I think hot babe reporters should wear hot pants and halter tops when they go into the middle of a riot to make a buck on a story. Notice the attention she got when she got a little smoke in her lungs.

They have plenty of non lethal means to employ before actually spilling blood. Shit, they just used sound cannons on drunk college students a few weeks ago.

yeah, there's probably a few hundred thousand engineers, FBI agents, military personnel, Pentagon'ers, etc. thinking about it right now - designing the equipment, passing the laws ... oh, Department of Justice lawyers, they're probably thinking about it too.
