When are people going to stop calling on These Communist Goons to solve their every problem?

If this lady were smart, she would SUE this Kop PERSONALLY.

This Kop they interviewed said that his Kop that did the shooting has 'Civil Rights' and 'Due Process' and is 'Innocent until proven guilty'. WTF! His Kop shouldnt be judges until the facts come out. I have never heard such BLIND hypocricy. It is PAINFULLY obvious, that the man who was MURDERED in his own home, did not enjoy any Civil Rights, Due Process, or Innocent until proven guilty.

Then he goes on to say that we only have 1 side of the story. Yeah, BECAUSE YOUR COMMUNIST GOON KILLED THE OTHER MAN. Now we will never know.....

These Luciferian psycho's have ego's the size of the sun.

Fear of reprisal is what fuels the "emergency". As soon as the emergency is over the indictments can begin. Don't think for a second this is not what is keeping these clowns from dumping the system.

Look at Bush canceling a trip to Switzerland because of the likelihood of his arrest as a war criminal.

The interviewed cop says, in defense of the murder suspect: "we do have civil rights."

We do? Where? Or maybe he means cops have civil rights but not the rest of us?

Physician, heal thyself.

I think that "eye for an eye" would be a fitting punishment for this cop. Taze him a couple times, put a gun to his head and shoot him. See how he likes it.

This cop has no concern over the guy that got killed....he has more concern over the image of the police force.

Only when we fight back will we be treated as equals under the eye of the law.........I really hate to use this as an example but it proves my point.......my dad just to beat me up with a belt for this or that, but when I was sixteen I fought back and he never touched me again...........is not what others do to you but what YOU allowed them to do to you.

Just to play devils advocate just so we can learn a few things.

1 - Once you give YOUR concent to the officers to come in your CASTLE, they don't need no stinking warrant
2 - DON'T CALL THE COPS unless you truly need their assistance

GoD's assumptions on this story. The kid (29) was being a fuckhead, he was probably drunk, smacked his mom and she called the cops because she's a stupid bitch and should never have had kids because she can't control or provide for them. Idiot cops show up, drunk kid runs his mouth, maybe even went for the cops gun, and gets carried by six.

Now, I have no dog in this hunt, other than the fact that if you keep cops out of your life, you don't get tazed or suicided. Stupid people deal with stupid cops. Just saying.

Heated Protests Outside PLEA Headquarters over Chrisman Fundraiser

Updated: Thursday, 07 Apr 2011, 9:18 PM MST
Published : Thursday, 07 Apr 2011, 9:18 PM MST

PHOENIX - Police officers were heckled Thursday by protesters outside the Phoenix police officer union headquarters in central Phoenix. The group is protesting a police barbeque to raise money for a former police officer charged with killing an unarmed man.
Officer Richard Chrisman was recently fired by the department, and he's been charged with second degree murder for the incident.

He claims the shooting was justified, but the family of the victim says the shooting was racially motivated.
Danny Rodriguez was shot during a domestic violence call last year. He and his mother were arguing and she called police.
Officer Chrisman arrived -- the situation escalated -- and Chrisman eventually shot and killed Rodriguez. Officer Chrisman maintains he had no choice but to shoot Rodriguez during the scuffle, but another officer on the scene says he never saw any reason to fire.
The police union has publicly defended Chrisman's actions, but some say raising money for him is wrong.
Protesters we talked to are angry. They say PLEA should never have done this.
As officers walked into the fundraiser Thursday, they're confronted by hecklers. "Shame on you... Danny Rodriguez's blood," someone shouts.

PLEA, the Phoenix police officers union holding the fundraiser, offered burgers and hot dogs for cash donations. They turned up the music so officers couldn't hear the protesters outside.

"We decided we would come out here and say this is inappropriate, how could you be supportive of this type of action by an officer who killed another man," says Carlos Galindo, a protester.
PLEA says Chrisman is innocent until proven guilty, and their job as a union is to support him.
We asked: "Can you see how a fundraiser like this might be insensitive towards the family of the person who died?"
"No I don't believe it's insensitive at all... We've had these types of fundraisers in the past," responded Joe Clure from PLEA.
The money will go towards Chrisman's living expenses. He's out of work after the Phoenix Police Department fired him weeks ago.
"Again Rich is presumed innocent… I don't think it's insensitive I think it's the right thing to do in support of our member."

PLEA hasn't told us how much money they've raised so far. They tell us this money will not go toward Chrisman's defense -- that's already being paid for.
The fundraiser starting early Thursday morning and continues until 1 a.m. Friday.Vid at link

Phoenix cop faces charges in fatal on-duty shooting
Officer who shot, killed unarmed man was already on 'Blacklist'

PHOENIX -- The attorney for a Phoenix police officer being investigated for shooting a man and his dog said his client was justified in using deadly force.
Danny Rodriguez, 29, was shot and killed in his mother's trailer in South Phoenix on Tuesday. Rodriguez's dog was also killed.
Police investigators said Officer Richard Chrisman was behind both shootings. They said Chrisman was trying to keep Rodriguez from leaving.
Another officer on scene, Sergio Virgillo, said Rodriguez was unarmed. Virgillo also said the victim was only a couple of feet away from Chrisman when he was shot.
Chrisman's lawyer said Virgillo is possibly lying to cover up something.
"Rather than get himself in trouble he decided to say things about Officer Chrisman that are not quite correct," Craig Mehrens said.
Chrisman has been charged with aggravated assault.

+1

People need to understand that these days you're just inviting trouble by calling the cops unless you really "NEED" the cops. They've become more militarized and aren't there "to protect and SERVE" these days. They're there to collect money for the state and eliminate anything they see as a threat to the state or themselves.
You have to ask yourself "Do I want someone to be shot" before you make the call. If it's a burglar or some other assorted criminal you'd like dead then by all means give them a call, but if it's Uncle Ed after a few drinks, you might want to ask yourself "do I want him dead?". Maybe you do?

I'd rather deal with things myself, thanks anyways.

They are setting a precedence. Do not get us involved...we will kill you, and your wife, and your kids, and your little dog too.

In other words...behave, and we won't need to come out and exterminate everything we find at your place of residence.

At the very least they should put the dogs up for adoption after disposing of the owners....ouch!

He was found guilty of 2nd Degree murder and kicked off the force.

Never have heard what happened to the murdered son's Mom after that. Wouldn't blame her at all if she wanted to move away from there. Hope she has that option, after she collects her wrongful death damages if she indeed ever sues both criminally and civilly if she takes a notion. That was disgusting video. I couldn't believe what I was hearing.

We need a Charles Bronson type to give these motherfuckers they give.

The "there are two types of people" thing works on many levels. There are those who involve the "authorities", and those who do not.

The guy that was interviewed used the cliche 'innocent until proven guilty', and that particularly irks me. I say cliche, because it is only used on the rare occasions when it works for them, and otherwise ignored. How about all the families that get broken up via bogus restraining order charges? How about all the people that go to jail for refusing to take breathalyzer tests or submit to unreasonable search and seizure?
Cops are the lowest members of the ruling class, the capos, and they enjoy a totally different set of rules than us prols.

I agree - Mom was not exactly the sharpest knife in the drawer. Calling them on a domestic and giving them permission to enter is like parading a raw Porterhouse in front of a hungry tiger. The spirit of the legal system is one thing, the reality of its application is another.
