You guys want to try something FANTASTIC next time you grill a steak?
The Asians have something called "Hoisin Sauce" - it's soy/sweet potatoe/garlic based thick sauce... squirt a bit on the steak before grilling along with whatever other seasoning/marinade you typically use - then squirt a little more on when the steaks are almost done. VERY, VERY tasty!
