“First, I will veto any spending bills that contribute to an unbalanced budget.

Seems rather weak. He puts Planned Parenthood is in there at #2, but no mention of military spending? He will alienate half the population on a budget item that's not really a showstopper. Plus, his first point is really no point at all. If your budget is unbalanced, don't all spending bills contribute to it?
This type of strategy will lose more votes than it gains. Who's running his campaign?
