Nope they fold and spill and create one hell of a mess.
At least in the 930, 1100 and the Saiga so I would think no for all
They did not cycle in a pump either they fold when they get moved on the elevator.
Now in a double barrel coach gun they are the cats ass of ghetto shells.

The vid shows the guy cutting almost all the way around. What I wonder if instead of doing it that way , is to make 4 cuts leaving 4 points of attachment at 0°,90°,180° and at 270°. If small enough the load should separate? But the shell would still have rigidity.

The plastic does nice damage to paper and plastic jugs. It would break skin on a creature but that would be about it. The lead is where the threat is.
