while I choose not to consume drugs, ETOH or marijuana, I agree with Dr. Paul, it should be left up to the individual states and the people that LIVE there....and I beleive he's right, that marijuana is no where near the driving danger that ETOH is.....sheesh..how many ETOH-related highway deaths are there every year compared to marijuana related deaths?
