The Hummingbirds have been feasting and fighting!
I was surfing around to make sure I was mixing the proper syrup and found an informative website. It says to not add red coloring. I like to add a few grains of red kool-aid. I tried going clear; but I don't think they like it!

I need to figure out how to insert my photo . . .drop and drag isn't working!

I was doing dishes the other day, looking out the window and a hummer was buzzing the window!!
It's been around 38 at night so I just wasn't expecting them so early this year.
Here's my newest friends: This is the very first copper hummingbird I've seen; he looks so bright in the morning sun!

It says to not add red coloring.
That red coloring is crushed insects, I would think that would be good for them...

Oh no, I think it's red No. 3. The red insects were too natural and had to be replaced.

^ Um, no, i'm sure it's just because it's you.
I always wished I could hold a hummingbird in my hand. Wonder how you can get one to sit on your hand like that ? I'm amazed !
