A man investigating a Judge who allowed his home to be fraudulently stolen from him ends up dead after receiving death threats demanding he stop investigating the judge Autopsy shows the man’s death was the result of blunt force trauma, which the police initially tried to cover up . Now the police are refusing to release the results even under freedom of information act requests.

The details are thin but they sure don’t smell right. The short form is that Sunny Sheu had his house stolen from him by fictive buyers who used forged documents. Judge Golia of Queens engaged in what appears to be highly questionable behavior in failing to reverse the sale. Sheu started investigating the judge, was told by policeman who specifically referred to information he had provided about Golia, and that if he didn’t drop it, he’d wind up dead. Sheu disregarded their warning and did wind up dead.
The authorities are also refusing to honor requests for information regarding Sheu’s death made under New York’s Freedom of Information Act. This story has been publicized by Foreclosure Fraud and The Daily Bail and I hope it gets more traction.

“Since his death last summer, associates of Sun Ming Sheu, an activist fighting alleged judicial corruption in New York, remain convinced that he was murdered and that police aren’t aggressively investigating his death because of a coverup.”

Two months ago, Sunny made the video below, stating that if any harm came to him, Golia should be the main suspect. Sunny also wrote a letter to FBI agent Rachel Rojas, asking for witness protection. Obviously his request was ignored.
Sheu has been fighting judicial corruption since his home was stolen by mortgage fraud allegedly aided and abetted by Judge Joseph Golia of Queens (http://www.nakedcapitalism.com/2011/06/sunny-sheu-murdered-for-investigating-ny-foreclosure-judge-joseph-golia.html). Sunny was kidnapped, intimidated and threatened by two NYPD detectives at the Queens DA bureau. He was told by the detectives that if he took his case to the media or filed a complaint against Golia he would be killed.
Sunny was told by the Captain of the 109th pct that the cops detained him because he had put a letter in Golia’s mailbox, proving it was Golia that ordered the illegal detention.
Later, Sunny uncovered evidence of misrepresentations on Golia’s financial disclosure statements and on Thursday, June 24, 2010 he announced that he had evidence sufficient to have Golia arrested.
Two days later Sunny was found dead with trauma to the head, according to the Medical examiner that performed the autopsy. Video is below.

And today, April 9th, the Unified Court ethics director, Janice Howard, she called me [that] Judge Joseph Golia already amended his Financial disclosure statement. This means my evidence is true. At least that he was forced to amend (misrepresentations) on his financial disclosure statement.
For the security issues, for the security concerns, I make this recording, that if anything wrong goes to me, it should be come from Judge Golia and his people because before I had been kidnapped by his people, and threatened and intimidated by his people not to file a complaint against Judge Golia.
So I make this recording for safety. For protection. If anything wrong please go to Judge Golia and his people.

NYS Medical Examiner CONTRADICTS POLICE REPORT ON MURDER OF SUNNY SHEU

In this conversation, the coroner who autopsied the body of Sunny Sheu states that:
1) Sunny died of blow to the head which caused bleeding of his brain
2) It was impossible to tell how the injury was sustained, whether from a weapon or from an unexplained "collapse".
3) That he determined the injury was from a "collapse" solely on the basis of a "police report " that claimed a witness saw Sunny collapse.
Reporters from ABC news and the Blackstar News among others have requested copies of the Police report, and the 911 call from the "witness" but in violation of New York State Law:

Below is another very strange conversation. The officer can’t find the report on Sunny’s death in their system, then eventually finds it and as the commenter on the video says, volunteers that there was ‘no head trauma’. The problem is there had been no mention of head trauma before his statement.

I wouldnt worry too much on who has the last say when it comes to this judge and those like him. Sunny holds the key to this judges salvation just like any person who was murdered has a definate say in their murderers salvation.
This judge is going to kneel before God like everyone else will and does. This judge is going to be begging and pleading for forgiveness. What most people dont know about Gods law is that murders, the very moment they are brought before God, have a trial awaiting for them in Heaven. Sunny will be there to convict this judges evil ways.
Those who are found guilty of murder in this trial where God is presiding "Judge" are destroyed in the lake of fire. For those of you who dont understand, they dont exist any longer and they dont ever come back!

To all those who say he will be judged later by a higher authority ... Screw that!!! I want justice now in this world. The world we know exists! Not at some later date by someone/something and someplace that cannot be quantitatively measured.

You know religion has a perfect con set up. No one will know for sure if god(s) and heaven exists until you die... once dead you cannot come back and tell anyone what you have found. They say its all about faith... What???? If a man came to me on the street claiming that he had 1 million dollars and it was mine... all I had to do is Give him $1000 and go to Australia and get it. No one in his right mind would trust the man on his word alone... and once you leave the mans vicinity and go to claim your million... the man could skip and never be found again.

I dont know... maybe I am not so trusting of the words of men.... whether it be about money or a book that claims it is the only truths in the world just because they say so. If god is real then I dont need a book a priest or a church to validate my faith.
