Thomas E. Woods gives his strongest speech yet on the topic of Nullification at Nullify Now in Los Angeles. Thomas Woods is a Senior Fellow at the Mises Institute http://www.mises.org and a bestselling author of "Meltdown," "Nullification," and "Rollback." The Nullify Now conference is sponsored by The Foundation for a Free Society http://www.f4fs.org and the Tenth Amendment Center http://www.tenthamendmentcenter.com.

Looked good until I got to the bottom of their website and found

We’re a 501c3
The Foundation for a Free Society is a 501c3 non-profit educational organization. Your contributions are tax-deductible

Makes me wonder if they truly know what freedom is all about.

Juries are now Commercial entities. They are not 'peers'. (From the peerage). They are paid by the Government to be there, so dont be cryin' when they convict you. Just like most Americans took money from the Government to be on a Jury.

Would be interesting to see a case where the Juror denied the payment, and decided to serve on his own time/money.

I REALLY disagree with his assessment of the 15th Amendment, Rosa Parks, etc.

There is no such thing as a 'Right' to vote. It doesnt exist. No more than a glass of dry water, or Civil Rights exist. They are the complete opposite of each other, and are in direct conflict at all times.

'Rights' = Come from our Creator. Something that cannot be increased/decreased, cannot be bought/sold/transfered, cannot be restricted/prohibited, and cannot be altered/amended.

Voting = PRIVILEGE. Benefit, comes from a 'Civil' Government, can be taken away at the whim of Government

Did the Creator give me the 'Right' to vote? NO. He gave me the 'Right' to make my own decision, and then earn my own vote. (If that makes sense)

ANY society that has practiced '1 man, 1 vote' has fallen to the most devastating forms Tyranny ever imagined. There will ALWAYS be more leeches than producers. There is a reason 'Voting' was limited in the founding of the country. 'Voting' is political allegiance. 'Voting' = consent to be governed. 'Voting' = Consent to be TAXED.

When the country was founded only white male property owners could vote. Because, only white male property owners paid taxes.

Couldnt Rosa Parks have used any other means available to boycott, etc? NO. She chose to use Government, to crack down on the people, to try and solve a social problem. (Communist RED FLAG!)

I enjoy Tom Woods, he is a smart person. But I have zero tolerance for perpetuating the myth that the "civil rights" movement was ANYTHING more than a marxist takeover of the US. I turned the video off when he started sucking off Red Rosa.

For anyone who wants the real story about this uppity marxist nigger you can get it here.
