Scumbag appears to be getting off lightly.
Needs to have the shit kicked out of him daily for a few years...
But, Only The Best Wear The Badge. Oh yeah.
CENTERVILLE, Tenn. - Aggravated robbery landed her in the Hickman County jail for nine months, but Priscilla Flottman will tell you a sheriff's deputy handed her more of a life sentence.
"He was coming to my cell (almost daily)," Flottman told NewsChannel 5. "To do whatever he wanted to do. He forced his hand, you know, down my pants."
The man in uniform Flottman is describing is former deputy Kenneth Smith, 43, who pleaded guilty this week to inappropriately photographing at least two female victims of domestic violence; four counts, in all, that carry a maximum one-year prison sentence for the first three, and a maximum five-year sentence for the fourth and most serious charge.
Still, Flottman thinks he deserves an even stricter punishment.
"I'm sorry to say it: Yes, he's a horrible man," she told NewsChannel 5 exclusively Thursday. "And I really think the state ought to look at this case a little bit closer."

For the deal he struck with federal investigators, Kenneth Smith will be sentenced in October. Neither of his two defense attorneys in Nashville returned NewsChannel 5 phone calls Thursday.
Hickman County Sheriff Randal Ward said he investigated Ms. Flottman's claims the moment they were called to his attention. Ward said he suspended Deputy Smith almost immediately, turned the investigation over to the TBI, and ultimately fired the long-time lawman.
Sheriff Ward told NewsChannel 5 he's relieved this is all behind him, that justice has been served, and that Kenneth Smith will have a hard time ever wearing a law enforcement badge again.
