United States vs China. Moving towards World War III?.

June 26th, 2011

Tensions have been growing between US and China recently. You might remember, at the beginning of the month, internet giant Google accused China for hacking into Gmail accounts belonging to high ranking US officials.

This came weeks after Pentagon, for the first time, developed a cyber strategy, determining cyber attacks as acts of war that could merit a military response by the US.

China was outraged by the accusation and said that Google may be punished for it.

Is this just a coincidence, or a strategic game played by the United States?

A story was published on The Telegraph with the headline reading “US ready to arm Philippines against rise of China”:

Foreign Secretary Albert del Rosario, on a visit to Washington, said the Philippines hoped to lease equipment to upgrade its aged fleet and called for the allies to revamp their relationship in light of the friction with China.

“We are determined and committed to supporting the defence of the Philippines,” Secretary of State Hillary Clinton told a joint news conference when asked about the hardware wish-list from the Philippines.

Mrs Clinton said the two nations were working “to determine what are the additional assets that the Philippines needs and how we can best provide those.” She said del Rosario would meet Defence Secretary Robert Gates and other Pentagon officials.

Tensions in the strategic and resource-rich South China Sea have escalated in recent weeks, with the Philippines and Vietnam alarmed at what they say are increasingly aggressive actions by Beijing in the disputed waters.

“We are concerned that recent incidents in the South China Sea could undermine peace and stability,” Clinton told reporters, urging “all sides to exercise self-restraint.”

Del Rosario, with Mrs Clinton at his side, said: “While we are a small country, we are prepared to do what is necessary to stand up to any aggressive action in our backyard.”

The Philippines has announced the deployment in disputed waters of its navy flagship, the Rajah Humabon. One of the world’s oldest warships, the Rajah Humabon was a former US Navy frigate that served during World War II. (Read Full Article)

Here is another example of United States provocations against China. Last year US and South Korea launched numerous joint military drills in Korean Peninsula despite China’s protests:

Plans by the U.S. and South Korea to conduct military exercises in the Yellow Sea aimed at North Korea, despite China’s strong objections, are ratcheting up tensions between Beijing and Washington, already at loggerheads over sensitive regional security issues.

Chinese officials warn that the exercises threaten a crisis on China’s doorstep by provoking North Korea, and could inflame public opinion in China.

“There’s a real danger things could get out of control—and that would be a real threat for China’s national security,” a senior official said.”The very fact that you have such a strong military presence in the Yellow Sea at this particular moment could hardly be interpreted as a friendly gesture by the Chinese public,” the official said.

“This is really a political signal the United States is sending to the Chinese public, so I think a high degree of restraint is very much in order.”(WSJ)

Mahdi Darius Nazemroaya puts it very well in his article “The “Great Game” and the Conquest of Eurasia: Towards a World War III Scenario?”:

The chess pieces for a colossal geo-strategic project are being put into place and coming together. The ultimate goal of this project is the encirclement and control of Eurasia through the jackboots of an ever expanding military machine.

While these developments are barely covered by the media, the fate of humanity literally hangs in the balance. It is because of this project to conquer Eurasia that Russia, China, and Iran have moved closer towards one another and pushed for a united Eurasian front against America and its cohorts.

All three Eurasian nations are encircled by a ring of U.S. military bases, military alliances dominated by the U.S. and NATO, and hostile governments supported and armed by both the U.S. government and military.

We need to be watching current geopolitical events very closely. There is a hidden agenda behind every step United States and its allies take. And this agenda is NOT one of peace.

Russia collapsing in the '90s was a strategic blow to the U.S. Hard to demand money for a cold war that no longer is in existence. The war on terror was a quick substitute for no (read that zero) boogeymen on the horizon. Expect some foreign potentate to step in and help the U.S. out in their struggle to be confrontational (and in debt).

Well, if a vote were to be taken today as to who would be for the US and who for China the votes would probably be ten for China and 2 for the US........Chinas only crime is to be successful with their economy and to be able to make business and friends all over the world while the US makes wars and enemies.......right now China is taking more and more of Africa by setting up factories and opening new businesses, and the US? we now have the Afrian con or something that sounds to me like preparations to make war in Africa...........more friends will you make by giving food instead of bullets.

Australian Defence could protect oil, gas industry

More warships and combat aircraft could be based in western and northern Australia to provide frontline defence against terror or pirate attack on the booming oil and gas industry.
Defence Minister Stephen Smith said a new review of the defence force's posture would ensure the Australian Defence Force (ADF) was geographically positioned to meet emerging security and strategic challenges.
That included the rise of the Indian Ocean rim powers, the need to be able to respond to regional humanitarian disasters and the emerging challenge of energy security.
Mr Smith said there was a prospect that more ships and aircraft would be based in Western Australia, the Northern Territory and northeast Queensland.
"As circumstances change our posture needs to change," he told reporters in Canberra.
"Off the coast of the northwest of Western Australia and off the coast of the Northern Territory we are now seeing a significant petroleum resources energy belt.
"So, into the future, considerations arise which go not just to the physical security of a growing resources industry infrastructure but also the general question of energy and energy security."
The review will be conducted by former Defence Department secretaries Alan Hawke and Ric Smith who will report by March 2012.
It will feed into the next defence white paper, due in 2014, and take into account a number of other reviews.
They include the Australia-US assessment of joint use of Australian defence facilities, the base consolidation study and the Palmer review of security of offshore oil and gas facilities.

Bankster involvement ... to be sure.

Phils' money supply growing 10% a year ... tied pretty heavily to USD ... credit is exploding in that country, all led by Citi and Chase etc. increasing their credit card and loan operations.

Believe it or not , Phils is 12th most populous country - lots of ways to sink USD inflation into that country as we are already doing with China.

Ponce- your commentary is PISS-poor. I see you bow to anything that comes along as anti-American. Why is it that you don't live in China? Why are you not in Cuba? You think each Chinese soldier is a superman- unrivalled in the world. Based on what? You say China's only crime is being economically successful. Bullshit!

The chinese stole our technology and bought off corrupt people like Bill Clinton. The globalists set china up to be the opposing force in the new game... using the soviets as well to take down the last bastion of liberty in this world. And we have a pissin and moanin puerto rican taking advantage of American blessings while denigrating what he was given. Yeup... PISS-poor you are.

If to see, and tell, the truth, is to be anti-American then I guess that I am one........but I rather think of myself as anti-government, I don't care how China got to where they are but I blame people like you, who don't see the truth, for allowing them to get to where they are..........I was six years in the US army an know what they can and cannot do and the troops of today are not the troops of yesterday.............by the way, India is now #2 in the world economy with the US #3.

PS: I am a pissing and moaning Cuban and not Puerto Rican...........to me that's worse hahahahahahaahahah.

I saw what was happening in the 1980s when factories in New England were being shipped off to China. I KNEW what was happening when the companies saw profits in China and their greed blinded them to the losses they would reap.

YOUR truth was your conjecture:
Chinese army soldiers can drink their own piss so they were much tougher than American soldiers.

I find that stupid. If they are made to live off of earthworms, would that make them better too?

The betrayal of America happened at the top levels and the fools who let the education system and the news media be corrupted are also at fault. That is not me.

..........I was six years in the US army an know what they can and cannot do and the troops of today are not the troops of yesterday.

When? What kind of unit? Have you called in air strikes? Artillery? Ever use a thermal sight on a tank? Are you familiar with the latest munitions?

Sure, the ash & trash dregs of the military- like any other, will be washed out in conflict. There are some killing machines notwithstanding. The chinese have numbers of bodies. When they amass, they are an easy target for wipeout. Where they are a threat, is spread out... and continuing to use their slave & abused labor to keep any manufacturing from returning to Amerika. The chinese are evil task masters. Not a nation to laud with honors.... not at all.

............by the way, India is now #2 in the world economy with the US #3.

The betrayal of America was for this purpose... the break down the last land of freedom to a third-world, feeble force.

PS: I am a pissing and moaning Cuban and not Puerto Rican...........to me that's worse hahahahahahaahahah.

Oh.... I thought you were a Puerto Rican... by the way you were talking. Got any proof? You might contact your buddy- Obama- and see if he can loan you his photoshop expert.

I sense a dissenter. Where in this world is there more liberty? Amerika is not the same place it was 100 years ago.... or even 20 years ago. The attacks have been from the very start. The devil employs many people to steal & kill and destroy.

- With regard to the topic.... yes, I think WW3 is just around the corner. China will march across Iraq where its 200million man army will be destroyed. I know it as sure as if I just read their obituary in the paper.

Spec? I had to give you a thanks for your last posting to me......the Chinese army not only can also eat worms but also make soup out the bark of trees........by the way, the group that I was in the US army also ate worms, and worse, no biggie.......and you are also right about the US not being the same, or near it, as 50 years ago.

By the way, you are one of my favorites because you like to attack me, most of the time, as I have seen in the past.....and that's good because it makes me think as to how you think.

Hey Ponce.... I like you even if you are a Puerto Rican. I will tell you a little secret. One of my customers is Cuban and she told me the best way to give a Cuban a hard time is to tell them they are Puerto Rican.

I give you a hard time because you have a twisted view on things. Sometimes your view is good because the world (and our govt) is twisted.... and the twisted view un-twists the facts to reveal reality. But one thing you seem to lack is the foundation in old school Americana. There was a time when this country had a moral backbone. It was really beginning to rot in the 1960s. Now, it is hollow and diseased.

And still, I would like someone to show me a better place to live. I am here for the fight. Those who think this country always was as it is now really don't know the history. This is why we need to be limiting how many Puerto Ricans and Mexicans (and Chinese) come into the country each year..... but, alas... it is too late now.

Spec, i think the country would be better off if lobbyist were outlawed and income tax was done away with.as far as immigration is concerned if the playing field(i.e. no affirmative action bs) was level and immigration laws were actually enforced I think it would be a non issue.

When the policies in America begin to sound like soviet russia, we are in big trouble. It seems that this world is run by devils. You take a dictator or a conglomerate of control bureaucrats. The world governments are various kinds of meat. Some are chicken, some beef... some fish, some fowl.... some snake, some feline.... but all are dead meat. And that meat is rotting more all the time.

Christians were charged with being salt & light- to slow the decay of meat down.

China has more real christians than Amerika. The real Church there (not the state-sponsored fakes) is persecuted and grows with the Spirit of God. In Amerika, we fall away in our fat prosperity gospel religious social clubs.

We were given a great system that had to be maintained by good people. It was lost long ago.
