I haven't figured out the angle on this whole ICC indictment. I heard it played on national radio spots over the weekend.

Is this a ploy to give credit to a global court for the sheep? Or a straw that is being grabbed by TPTB as some sort of reasoning for continuing hostilities. Something for the sheep to look to and say "Yeah, they say he is a criminal. Let's kick his ass."?
