Wasn't the government preparing to invade Libya? Then Syria and Yemen? Maybe they are positioning themselves for the False Flag operation that they will use to justify further violence. No one is going to protect the people. The people are the enemy--in every country.

Summer. There are numerous summer training events for national guard, rotc, reserves, regular army, etc. Until there is some real evidence of actions with a purpose, this is nothing.
