CLEVELAND -- It's about 2 inches wide and just as deep, stretching from Ontario to East Sixth Street and running the length of the new Medical Mart construction.

Fear of the unknown may run much deeper.

The point man for Medical Mart construction, Jeff Appelbaum, says he can't say yet what the cause of the crack is or what the contributing factors are.

Appelbaum isn't passing on or shouldering the blame, but the construction team is investigating the cause.

Appelbaum says the excavation is supported by a massive dirt mound and earth anchors on the north side of St. Clair Avenue.
Still, the street split this seam.

"We're monitoring for movement in the street. We're monitoring to see if there is movement in the wall of the excavation," Applebaum said. "If there has been movement it's not visible to the naked eye. So if you look at the excavation, you wouldn't see any movement."

The city is taking it seriously enough to close the north side of the street and allow only eastbound traffic through.

Three police officers are keeping a close eye on the crack and a closer eye on those who get near it.

Until the experts can determine what is causing the street to split, Appelbaum says the priorities are to maintain traffic flow and ensure the street stay protected.

They expect to get to the root of the problem here in the next 72 hours. In the meantime, construction continues on schedule.

Mysterious Cracks Everywhere:Is this a Sign of A Pole Shift?

It seems mysterious cracks are appearing all over. Is this a real sign that the Earth is coming apart? Or at least the outer crust is readying itself for a pole shift? Is it possible? When else have we seen such strange disasters all come together at once?


We’ve had a 9.0 earthquake in Japan, and earthquakes in New Zealand and Chile as well. Smaller earthquakes in Hawaii and Japan. We’ve had tsunamis in Japan and Thailand and Hawaii. And now a possible nuclear meltdown that could last for years.
We’ve had all kind of birds falling out of the sky, dead. We’ve had all kinds of marine life floating up, all dead. All kinds of fish, seals, crabs, penguins, sardines, whales, bats, and more, all dead. And the numbers are in the millions. Even reports of mass cow deaths. Is this strange or what?
We have reports that indeed there is a 10th planet in our solar system, possibly Nibiru, which could be causing strange electromagnetic fluctuations. Could this be the cause of the birds and fish dying?
We have the sun beginning its peak season of sun flares, and will possibly get worse in the next year and half. This is the first time we will witness the full sun flare season with our ENTIRE electronic infrastructure system vulnerable.
The Earth will be, in 2012, at its closest to the Milky Way’s center and the black hole that reside there.
The Earth completes its procession on December 21, 2012.
We have the LHC, Tevatron, and HAARP firing up at all time energies and who knows what these guys are doing to the Earth, the atmosphere, the electromagnetic field of the Earth, causing earthquakes, creating mini black holes, who knows. Chemtrails are at an all time high as well. What kind of damage could they be causing?

All this and more has happened recently. Are the cracks that have been appearing just normal earth changes or is it a sign that the Earth’s crust is getting ready to shift?
I first posted about the large Peru crack (http://www.unsolvedrealm.com/2011/03/02/large-crack-appears-in-southern-peru-haarp-or-lhc-the-cause/) on March 2 and now I find that there are more cracks seemingly all over.

First, there are cracks appearing in Nantou County in Taiwan. A 20 meter long and 8cm wide crack appeared at an elementary school. There are several cracks in and around the area as well. School teachers at the elementary stated the cracks have been widening for the last two years. Now fears of possible severe landslides may occur if an earthquake hits or there is heavy rains.
People are also worried, as I would be, that their homes may collapse or be washed away in a mudslide. Is this phenomenon just part of the tectonic plates settling?

This also comes from pole shift.ning.com. Residents in Villa Rivero, on March 15, 2011 have been evacuated according to sources. Most have complied with the evacuation orders, but a few families refuse to leave, even as cracks appear in their homes. The cause may be heavy rains from the previous week. In 2010, an underground fire on a farm in the same area seems to be where cracks are appearing. Is this a sinkhole?

More large cracks have appeared in the Philippines as well, in the area of Sierra-Bullones, Bohol. See video above for pictures. Geologists have been dispatched to determine exact cause, however, heavy rains have been occurring, and a sink hole is suspected. The area has been evacuated for precautions.

Another area that has seen land cracks appear is Indonesia. Indonesia has had problems with cracks for several years, in several places. Landslides have relocated many people in an effort to stay ahead of the cracks. A new toll road has also been found, for a second time, to contain massive cracks in it. Workers have covered the cracks with plastic. I guess so people won’t notice? See third photo above.

So where else has cracks appeared? How about Michigan. (see video above) In October 2010, a large crack appeared in the upper peninsula of Michigan, near Birch Creek. Since then, a professor has said that the crack was caused by a small earthquake. But who knows if that is really the cause. Another mysterious crack though. What is happening to the Earth?

People think that this is a precursor to a new ocean forming. After Dabbahu erupted, the crack appeared several months later. The African and Arabian plates seem to appear to be drifting away from each other. That certainly would cause cracks to appear.

People say you can put your ear to the ground and actually hear the lake draining. This was reported by National Geographic in October 2001. A “quiet” earthquake in June 2000, may be the cause, but more study needs to be performed to “crack” the enigma of this lake draining. And even a book has been written about it.

Arizona, in February 2010, had a “Y-crack” re-open again in the area of Queen Creek, which is in Maricopa County. It opened in August 2005 the first time. It is centered around 4 water valves, so that may have a lot to do with it. This provoked legislation for the AZGS to map all earth fissures/cracks and make the information available publicly.

They are probably more mysterious and strange cracks, but you get the picture. It seems the Earth is “cracking” up. Could this be a sign? Is there more to come?
I know that many cracks and fissures are normal events, caused by earthquakes, heavy rain, mudslides, and tectonic plates moving. But all that has happened since the dawn of time. Why all of a sudden are we seeing more of these cracks appearing in the last few years? Are we actually seeing more cracks appearing? Maybe the media is just bringing more attention to this phenomena due to the fact that 2012 is approaching fast. You and I can only speculate as to whether this is just normal geological events or if there is more to it than that. I find myself wondering that this may be a sign of something to come. I think there is more to it. As I stated above, lots of weird and uncanny events are taking place globally, and many have been claiming that a pole shift is inevitable. Is that what is happening? Are we seeing the signs all around us? Is there anything we can do about it anyway?
