Here is some information that might come in handy some day.

I love the Scottish, in fact my family on my father's side are from the Baxter clan.
but if said Scottish man becomes a planning officer he gives up all rights.

If you are getting a bad time from a PO of the Scottish breed tell him you will only talk to him on a Sunday.
And also tell him due to international relations you can also only meet within the walls of our great City of York.

Even if it means you have to travel it is worth it.

If on your meeting he is still a jobsworth PO, Take out your Bow and arrows and tell him to run.

Under English law it is still legal to shoot a Scotts man with a Bow on a Sunday within the walls of the City York .

I'll have to ask my notary about this. Her husband is Scotts. He got nailed for fishing and took the case to the international court. Seems a Brit would not have received a fine under the same conditions.

I have no knowledge of Mexicans but if you were overrun with Puerto Ricans an offer to employ them generally does the trick.

You might cut an MP3 of the following song that was played with great effect at the Alamo ... put a few woofers in the back of your truck and go cruisin'

Èl Degüello is a bugle call of Moorish origin notable in its use by the Mexican Army in the 1836 Battle of the Alamo. According to James A. Michener's book Texas, the original meaning of the Èl Degüello call was an appeal to an enemy to surrender or else they would die by the sword. General Antonio López de Santa Anna of the Mexican Army used it to signify that no quarter would be given to the enemy.

According to various English-Spanish dictionaries, Èl Degüello means no mercy. The literal translation is slit-throat. Michener's book translates it as The Beheading.
