My guess is that the U.S. Department of Education is intending to start a skeet shooting class. Oh, wait!! Nobody ever uses cop grade riot 12 gauge shotguns for skeet. Wonder what they are going to do with them? Suppose they are gearing up for all those homeschooler uprisings when winning spelling bees loses their appeal.

I could see where spending time on this site to keep up on weaponry, parts, and materials would be a major asset to awareness of operational capabilities. Good find Palani +1.

This story is over a year old and was big news back then.
Only recently did we see what they were going to be used for when we had the Dept. of Education send Communist Goons to a citizen's house for not paying her student loan.

Kind of an escalation of the Seinfeld where the NY Public Library sent Bookman to track down a 20 year old book that had not been returned. Educators on steroids .... Eduroids?

There is NO portion of the economy that does not belong to the government. Government is private not public.

Considering the unlimited resources available to them, I wonder why they didn't just opt for the 14" Benelli M4 rather than a gussied up 870 with all the bell and whistles.

Sawed off classes will be given to those who don't have long enough arms to reach the trigger assembly.

With all the people not wanting to pay these days, it puts their revenue stream in danger.
After all, they've got interest payments to make.
...and they will be made. Even if the revenue stream that supports those payments has to be defended at the point of a gun.
