I don't know... sometimes they show small like you have... sometimes large... I don't get it...

If you have the link of the picture itself you can add that link too the insert image icon above.
If you dont have this icon on a first post of a thread you need to set your settings so they are fully enabled to get this as I didnt have it for ages,,,,,,,
