Dennis Craig devised some documents and a strategy that have apparently caused the government to recognize him in a status that is very much like that of a “sovereign”. I’ve published those documents on this blog Dennis Craig #2—31-page Document.
Since the publication of Dennis’ documents (and subsequent excitement), “Michael” and his legal research group have identified several flaws in those documents. Those flaws were first reported on this blog at Dennis Craig #3—Dayahm!
Dennis has since explained that these “flaws” were not mistakes, but were intentionally included as “traps” to ensure that people didn’t merely copy his documents, but had to read and fully understand them in order to “make them work”.
Since the disclosure of these “traps,” there’s been a persistent controversy between Dennis Craig (the documents’ author) and “Michael”—one Dennis’ strongest critics. This controversy seems to be growing more personal as the sides not only attack the other’s facts and logic, but also the other’s motives and character.
The documents discussed are available through the recorders office in Vermillion county, indiana.

Publishing stuff like that sounds like the work of a trapper setting his traps.
Dennis should have said up front that it was a sample of what he used, instead of presenting it as the actual documents he used.

I could be wrong but the documents posted in pdf format on Adask's site are the actual documents filed. The recorder number has been given and these docs are available for a fee from the recorder. Craig did not make the pdf's posted ... it was done by others.

I think in the current wednesday mp3 Craig states that things are altered to make people read and comprhend what the hell is going on.
To paraphrase, If you go in front of a judge and say "I understand" you are in for a world of hurt.
Links to last Wed and Thurs mp3s. Both deal with the documents.

Dennis Craig is still being interviewed by Alfred Adask on Wednesdays. MP3's are available for download as well as the docs in question.
He presents an interesting approach. Way back in June of 1948 Congress adjourned with the intention to return in December. Several days after they adjourned Truman signed into law as a POLITICAL act changes to 28 USC dealing with the organization of the federal courts. Later in the month of June he called Congress back in emergency session.
The problem is that the president may only sign bills into law while Congress is in session. Congress established a committee to convey these bills to the President yet Congress is not authorized to delegate this power to anyone else, not even a committee. Why does this matter today? Because you now know there was some discrepancy involved in the relationship between Congress and the Executive branch and if you remain silent you accept this new political state of affairs. What political state of affairs? The idea that federal courts may overlay the several States of the union. This is major problem and Dennis Craig took the logical step to remove himself from this new political state of affairs. What effect does having this information have? How about there are only 48 states in the union as neither Hawaii nor Alaska have ever been given the same opportunity to enter the union on an equal footing with the other 48? The 50 state flag is then not the flag of the union, the 48 star flag never having been displaced due to these treasonous acts of Truman in 1948.
Interesting material. Good stuff to listen to if only to open your mind.

Above is a link to Adask's 1 hour mp3 from Thursday evening. Dennis Craig was arrested for no insurance, no tags, no DL back in September. His court "hearing" was Wednesday, in which he was given the opportunity to state "I am the man present representing the defendant" (or words to that effect) whereup the prosecutor dismissed the charges stating "It is a federal matter."
