This is a really well done investigative journalism piece by F William Engdahl. TPTB seem to have learned how to foment 'regime change' by stirring up public unrest. Our foreign policy establishment has discovered how to set the population of a country against their government. They train people how to conduct popular revolutions. You'll get a better idea of what drives the (phony) news.
