I sold the majority of my metals (still have a little for emergencies) to buy some land. I'm anxious to get the land deal done so I can start putting my cash back into metals. I feel VERY vulnerable holding this cash while the deal goes through all the paperwork.

So if you've got land, what would be next? Making sure you've got all the equipment you need to actually use it? Also, what about making sure you've got enough money to continue making payments..assuming you have a mortgage or something.

All the best on this and keep us updated. I think you are doing the right thing. At this stage in the game, the only reason I'd sell physical is to purchase land.

If you have a mortgage then you will need some form of money, this can be made off the things produced off of the land.
It is not very attractive but not impossible.
