What I enjoy about him is he practices what he preaches.

That was a really good listen. Thanks for posting that! I've never heard of him before, but he's pretty well spot-on.
With all the references he gives that are for the most part easily verified, it's kinda hard to refute much, if anything, of what he's saying. I think most here would like it.

Do you think that his arguments are exhaustive and conclusive?

He seems to put it all together pretty well regarding the law and property. I'll say that from his perspective his arguements are exhaustive and conclusive, but everyone should decide for themselves in matters such as the ones he gets in to.
It kept my attention.....and the law he cites can be looked up.

I've listened a few times before and the first link. He reminds me of going to church listening to the preacher before I made my mind up about that thing.
Good start, I already know enough about the issue to understand why its important and many of the problems the first time the issue is mentioned in the first few seconds. Then I keep waiting for the good parts where what he is talking and promising about explaining is explained properly or more fully, but it never comes and the show ends just as it started.
Bottom line is I guess I'd have to pay for real advice. ;)

I took it as telling how our situation has come to be. Anyone can look up the cited Law and read it for themrselves. How he goes on to tie things in Biblicaly is up to the listener to decide what is right.
Personally, I like understanding the mechanics of why things are the way they are and how they got that way. If you know things aren't right, but don't know how you got where you are, you'll never figure out how to correct it let alone avoid falling into the same trap again.
The only thing I heard that I know some people won't like, is the part about exactly how when and why they gave their consent.
....but whether they blieve it or not doesn't make any less true. After all, their sig is on a dotted line somewhere on file.

I experience it as re-enforcement of things the way they are. That can be goy hole digging.

Better circles in the forest than digging a hole I guess. But one will still end up making a rut.

You have probably heard of contracts as well but how much do you know of quasi-contracts?

IMHO, some people will have a problem with the stated approach to explaining things in such a way that exposes the hand that they themselves had in creating the current situation they now find themselves in.
ie if what he says is true, it's kinda hard to say "I am innocent because they made me do it". But the laws in question are cited and easily verified.

I found his site a couple years back and it pissed me off, but eventually the state pissed me off more.
Listen long enough and it'll strike a nerve.

If anything is really going to change for the better, a nerve is what needs to be struck.
No one is "innocent" as all are responsible for their own actions and also the lack thereof.
