This is a reply to a friend, don't get on him as he is a waking sheeple that I have been working slowly on over 4 years. Guess old don't matter once the mind comes active.
Read the bottom article first then my answers, messed up twice trying to simply modify this so read it as an email I guess.

A: SUGAR, white cane processed SUGAR. The chemical sweeteners is a given and most should know that.
Salt... sea salt is the brown dirty kind of salt, the "white" sea salt is from the sea alright, perhaps a bazillion years ago and really can't be termed "sea salt". The dirty stuff has minerals in it, white does not.
Why they start with sugar, jump over the facts and go to chemical sweeteners then jump to table salt is in the design of the Elite. Think Zionist Rockefellers.
B: Milk... what can I say here. Cows milk is for calves, your all grown up and not even a cow why in the world would you consume such a disgusting item? OK your human, would you be suckling down on your mothers... you get it I am sure.
C: Acid environment breeds cancer, now this IS true. Most US meat is processed by 3 main plants across the nation, smaller plants are dictated how to grow and what to feed the animals or they lose their contract and go bust.
Find a smaller animal habitat that let their animals walk free to eat what they wish. Although we are accustomed to shitty buffered meat that seems tender it was fed grains at least in it's last 6 months on Earth, this causes their bodies to become very acidic because in nature they would never consume grains (except chickens when they run out of bugs). (See acid environment above)
D: Is more correct than I have read so far in this email. I'll let this one go.
E: Green tea and regular tea made for US has a disproportionate amount of fluoride in it. The farms are required to water the fields with fluoride water and thus the plants absorb it. We can go into fluoride later if you want, Pretty obvious so I'll just say it's better to avoid it. Has not a huge connection with cancer but more to do with "docility"
15: mind body and spirit! They got this one right but all that fluoride killed your "pineal gland" so real connections are hard to establish.
16: Oxygen... Back to acidic environment. In Germany they have a 3rd alternative which involves an IV of peroxide to oxygente, it also causes cancer so choose carefully.

Johns Hopkins has recently sent this out in its newsletters. This information is being circulated at Walter Reed Army Medical Center as well. Dioxin chemicals cause cancer, especially breast cancer. Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies. Don't freeze your plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic. Recently, Dr Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Castle Hospital , was on a TV program to explain this health hazard. He talked about dioxins and how bad they are for us. He said that we should not be heating our food in the microwave using plastic containers. This especially applies to foods that contain fat. He said that the combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body. Instead, he recommends using glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramic containers for heating food. You get the same results, only without the dioxin. So such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc., should be removed from the container and heated in something else. Paper isn't bad but you don't know what is in the paper. It's just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc. He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the foam containers to paper The dioxin problem is one of the reasons.
Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such as Saran, is just as dangerous when placed over foods to be cooked in the microwave. As the food is nuked, the high heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food. Cover food with a paper towel instead.
