I wasn't aware of the Westphalia treaties until now. This puts together a few loose ends for me. I know that Joe Lieberman has been associated with a group called The Committee for the Present Danger, whose objective is to spend all US government resources on war. Given Clinton and Bush's shift to the Roman principle for starting a war, you would think Lieberman could relax, but he is still, by a wide margin, America's biggest champion of endless, limitless, ubiquitous WAR. For Israel, of course. We now take our responsibilities to protect the world's people seriously so we kill them for the humanitarian reason that we are protecting them. Maybury showcases this corrupt thinking in a way where nobody would be fooled by it. Maybury is right about voting. Voting only legitimizes the criminals in power. Nobody should vote except with their feet and their money.
