NOTICE OF NO CONSENT TO TRESPASS AND SURVEILLANCE, NOTICE OF LIABILITY
Dear (Energy Provider) and all agents, officers, employees, contractors and interested parties,
If you intend to install a "Smart Meter" or any activity monitoring device at the above address, you and all other parties are hereby deny consent for installation and use of all such devices on the above property. Installation and use of any activity monitoring device is hereby refused and prohibited. Informed consent is legally required for installation of any surveillance device and any device that will collect and transmit private and personal data to undisclosed and unauthorized parties for undisclosed and unauthorized purposes. Authorization for sharing of personal and private information may only be given by the originator and subject of that information. That authorization is hereby denied and refused with regard to the above property and all its occupants. "Smart Meters" violate the law and cause endangerment to residents by the following factors:
1. They individually identify electrical devices inside the home and record when they are operated causing invasion of privacy.
2. They monitor household activity and occupancy in violation of rights and domestic security.
3. They transmit wireless signals which may be intercepted by unauthorized and unknown parties. Those signals can be used to monitor behavior and occupancy and they can be used by criminals to aid criminal activity against the occupants.
4. Data about occupant's daily habits and activities are collected, recorded and stored in permanent databases which are accessed by parties not authorized or invited to know and share that private data by those who's activities were recorded.
5. Those with access to the smart meter databases can review a permanent history of household activities complete with calendar and time-of-day metrics to gain a highly invasive and detailed view of the lives of the occupants.
6. Those databases may be shared with, or fall into the hands of criminals, blackmailers, corrupt law enforcement, private hackers of wireless transmissions, power company employees, and other unidentified parties who may act against the interests of the occupants under metered surveillance.
7. "Smart Meters" are, by definition, surveillance devices which violate Federal and State wiretapping laws by recording and storing databases of private and personal activities and behaviors without the consent or knowledge of those people who are monitored.
8. It is possible for example, with analysis of certain "Smart Meter" data, for unauthorized and distant parties to determine medical conditions, sexual activities, physical locations of persons within the home, vacancy patterns and personal information and habits of the occupants.
9. Your company has not adequately disclosed the particular recording and transmission capabilities of the smart meter, or the extent of the data that will be recorded, stored and shared, or the purposes to which the data will and will not be put.
10. Electromagnetic and Radio Frequency energy contamination from smart meters exceeds allowable safe and healthful limits for domestic environments as determined by the EPA and other scientific programs.
I forbid, refuse and deny consent of any installation and use of any monitoring, eavesdropping, and surveillance devices on my property, my place of residence and my place of occupancy. That applies to and includes "Smart Meters" and activity monitoring devices of any and all kinds. Any attempt to install any such device directed at me, other occupants, my property or residence will constitute trespass, stalking, wiretapping and unlawful surveillance and endangerment of health and safety, all prohibited and punishable by law through criminal and civil complaints. All persons, government agencies and private organizations responsible for installing or operating monitoring devices directed at or recording my activities, which I have not specifically authorized in writing, will be fully liable for any violations, intrusions, harm or negative consequences caused or made possible by those devices whether those negative consequences are justified by "law" or not..
This is legal notice. After this delivery the liabilities listed above may not be denied or avoided by parties named and implied in this notice. Civil Servant immunities and protections do not apply to the installation of smart meters due to the criminal violations they represent.
Notice to principal is notice to agent and notice to agent is notice to principal. All rights reserved.

Watched with interest a neighbor go cover his smart meter with what appeared to be something he dismantled a window screen to get ahold of. I'll try to remember to look from time to time to see if the local utility company will come "remove it." Maybe I should go get acquainted. Looks to me like he might be a Rense regular.
However, on second thought, in this day and age it doesn't appear to me to be too advisable to get "too acquainted/identified" without concern for one's personal current and future safety.
After all, metal screen would spark like crazy in a microwave oven, yes? I have a gold plated insignia on a coffee cup that made all kinds of sparks and crackles when I forgot and stick it into the microwave at work back in the day.
Anyone have any thoughts about the effectiveness of what appears to be his response to his concerns? Did he build what is called a "Farraday cage?"
Looking forward to responses/input on what I think I figured out him doing.

Readings are not done monthly with smart meters. They are done real time with multiple sendings every day from my understanding.
So leaving it on would serve two purposes imho (if it works).
The power company cannot spy on your usage and you would be adding to the employment roles of the power company for a live person to inspect your meter.

Otherwise, what's the point of wi-fi in a meter?
If you leave it on, they'll never be able to read it. Why would you think that's an answer? They'd obviously come out to see why they can't read it.

my place has a smart meter and not one time have i seen a truck ride by . theres only two family live on this road and it over a half mile long and we know when someone drives down the road . so as far as wifi gones i just dont see that here . they may read it by wire
Joe King
20th September 2011, 12:50 PM
If they read it by wire, why would they spend the $ on buying wi-fi meters?
If there's no wi-fi to transmit anything, what are you worried about? The fact it might "phone home" so you can be billed? Are you worried about the effects of transmitting over a wire? That they have what amounts to a modem? Like what's probably hooked to your computer right now as you read these words?
I'd say what you need to do is to go down to the power company and ask some questions. Just go be friendly and talk to them. You are a customer, no? Go get'cha some customer service then.

Is Wi-Fi the new spy eye?
Neal Patwari of the University of Utah discovered that breathing affects Wi-Fi signal strength. Chest expansion during a breath bends the wireless signals and they lose some power. This slight drop can be measured and used to calculate your breathing rate.
Measuring someone’s breathing rate is helpful, but the use of this technology as a spy tool is where things get interesting…
In an earlier study, Patwari discovered that any movement can affect wireless signal strength and these changes in strength can be use to track your location within a room. He also discovered that these small changes can measured even when the Wi-Fi signal passes through a wall and travels into another room.
So a snoop who wanted to spy on you could theoretically setup a wireless network outside your house, measure signal strength changes and track your movement inside your house. It’s supposedly sensitive enough to detect whether you are standing up, sitting or lying down.

Part of being the leading edge of Bilderberger NWO rollout for North America has started leading to local resistance.
Such as the vote in August against integrating value created taxes. They will do what they want anyway, eventually, as long as the system remains this corrupted, but what is happening still at this level is the (NWO) sociopathic aggression (erupting as stupid moves by Provincial leaders out of the blue against citizens) is becoming naked to the average citizen.
Municipalities vote in favour of smart meter moratorium (http://thetyee.ca/Blogs/TheHook/BC-Politics/2011/09/30/SmartMeterMoratorium/)
September 30, 2011
Mayors and councillors from across British Columbia have passed a resolution calling for a moratorium on mandatory installation of smart meters.
The vote took place today, the last day of the Union of B.C. Municipalities' annual convention in Vancouver. The motion for a moratorium reportedly passed by a vote of 55.1 to 44.9 per cent.
Comments....If there was a credible business case for the implementation of the Smart Meter Program, Campbell & Co. would have put it up to the proper scrutiny. They didn't and that has to raise alarm bells no matter what one's political bent is.
...Governments at any level do not operate on the 'credible business case' - they provide services to the people that elect them. It is called democracy.Incredibly, the Liberal government still doesn't get it, that the days of shoving their pet projects down voters' throats are over. And because they don't understand the democratic process, they continue to make the most willfully, blindly stupid remarks I have ever heard - smart meters will go ahead regardless of the vote of the UBCM.It is a safe bet that most voters feel closer to their municipal politicians than to their provincial MLAs...I predict another forced referendum a la HST is on its way for smart metering.
The Liberals have to be defined as stupid, by virtue of doing the same thing they did with the HST.

Re: Smart meters key to a smart grid, Letters, Sept. 23, 2011.
Despite the disclaimer by the representative of Itron (the company making the “smart meters”), the meters will, indeed, invade the privacy of every homeowner in B.C.
Why else, according to Itron’s own documentation, do these meters contain a Zigbee chip? Not to connect wirelessly to the net grid.
That’s a different and more powerful telecommunications device imbedded in the meter that’s destined to radiate the entire province with a 2B carcinogen.
The Zigbee chip’s only purpose is to communicate (again, wirelessly) with the electrical appliances in your home.
And to allay our concerns about it, BC Hydro has assured us that it will not enable the chip until homeowners grant their permission to do so.
There is so much nonsense spouted by these people that they can’t help but contradict themselves, often in the same propaganda release.
Not to deny, of course, that there is a business case for this billion-dollar boondoggle.
After all, it will allow the firing of all the meter readers. It will provide BC Hydro with the excuse to overcharge its customers as this smart meter initiative has managed to do in every country in the world in which it has been introduced.
And, in a desperate but vain attempt by customers to lower their electrical bills by actually reducing their electrical use, it will free even more electrical power for BC Hydro to export to the U.S.
According to San Diego-based Global Energy Network Institute: “B.C. sells a lot of excess electricity ... into southern California. It’s the cheapest electricity we have and they’ve been selling it to us constantly over the past decade.”
Yes, it’s a sweet deal for all the well connected in this Liberal government scheme. But a bitter one for those paying the bills.
BY DOREEN MARION GEE, TIMES COLONIST OCTOBER 2, 2011 (http://www.timescolonist.com/health/Smart+meters+What+know+hurt/5490648/story.html#ixzz1Zd9J11PR)
Re: "Dissent won't unplug smart meters: Coleman," Sept. 28.
On Sept. 20, I had to stand and watch as a B.C. Hydro employee installed 30 smart meters inside my building in the basement below where I live. I was powerless to stop a new technology that will threaten my privacy and my health.
Needless to say, I am outraged.
This government is putting citizens' health and personal privacy at risk.
Energy Minister Rich Coleman has no right to violate my human right to protect my own health and security.
When it comes to the real skinny on smart meters, my money is on a Harvard-trained physician who headed up the New York State Department of Public Health for 18 years and is currently the director of the Institute for Health and the Environment at the University of Albany. Dr. David Carpenter says there is no scientific evidence that smart meters are safe. On an Internet video, the doctor concludes: "Even though there are no studies yet on long-term effects of smart meters, we do have evidence from other sources of radio-wave frequency exposure that demonstrates convincingly and consistently that exposure to elevated levels of radio wave frequency over a long period of time increases the risk of cancer, increases the risk of damage to the nervous system, has adverse reproductive effects and has adverse effects on a variety of other body organs. There is no justification for the statement that smart meters have no adverse health effects."
The truth is that what we do not know can definitely hurt us.

"It is never wrong to take freedom for yourself... It is never right to take the freedom of another."
What is
FREEDOMTAKER?
That term comes from the idea that freedom is never given, but inherent and resident in the individual if the individual is willing to protect his/her rights, powers and freedoms against constant attacks, denials and temptations.
The idea that freedom can be granted or that it is a "benefit of citizenship" is based on defective logic. Anything that must be granted to you cannot be your freedom because someone apart from you is controlling the granting of it.
The only true freedom is that which you imagine, take and protect for yourself. If you look to someone else for your freedom you are admitting that you do not understand what freedom is. Freedom is taken.
This does not mean freedom should be taken rudely or selfishly. Of course we must have the wisdom to know the boundaries of our freedoms and have respect for the freedoms and rights of others.
When to Compromise?
We compromise with the most valuable and important people in our lives, our family members and our trusted friends. There should be no compromise with strangers and institutions that make claim on our rights and property.
"No compromise" means all parties who wish to have any relationship or transaction with us must act in absolute transparency and accessibility, with high integrity, full accountability, never presuming contracts with us, honoring our rescissions of contract without question or hesitation, getting fully informed and voluntary consent from us for everything they do that affects us or that costs us, upholding EVERY provision of our Constitution and disregarding any and every unconstitutional statute, code, regulation and policy. This level of freedom does not currently exist in America or any other country, but it is the ideal, and it can easily achieved when a large enough fraction of the population demand it ... without compromise.
Not everyone understands or agrees with these positions. To some, the taking of power and rights is considered a natural function of government and a corporate entitlement. They believe we must forfeit rights and freedoms to have a "civil and orderly" society. We at FREEDOMTAKER believe otherwise. Honor and accountability is only found in individuals, not in institutions.
To see if you agree with the purposes of this site visit the above link to "FreedomTaker Philosophy" and see the paragraphs below...
HERE IS THE PROBLEM, SIMPLY STATED...
Our "protectors" have created an endless and growing series of crises, disasters and wars and dangers as a means to cause fear and to hold power. As governments, globalists, banks, courts, corporate oligarchs, bureaucracies and wealthy elites watch their frauds come unraveled, their debt obligation charts turn vertical and their currencies fail, as the public begins to recognize that not just politics, but even terrorism, wars and disasters are calculated mechanisms of public manipulation and control by the same small cabal of moneyed elite, as those power players demonstrate ever more desperation to control, tax, exploit, "suspect" and penalize everyone and everything in sight, basic freedoms and rights have been disappearing faster than we have been defending them, and that trend is now accelerating rapidly.
It is impossible to please the countless policies and false masters who seek to control and exploit us. Their hope is that we fail to comply and thereby be subject to even more control and economic exploitation.
They entice us to "consume" to preserve the economy and pay more taxes while they penalize us for depleting the planet's resources and polluting.
They zone our jobs far from our homes, then condemn us for commuting and polluting.
They say we must have "economic growth" while taxing us at every opportunity.
As we are bombarded with technology we are blamed for our use of it causing "global warming".
We are being squeezed into impossible traps of control and penalization by irrational collectivist agendas and ideologies.
By declaring a contrived crisis of "man-caused global warming", elites empower themselves to criminalize us for merely breathing. At the same time, each one of those elites who lecture us consume hundreds of times the resources of the average person for maintenance of their personal lifestyles.
Centralized control and policies that serve only the policymakers must be put away. Stale assumptions about "authority" must be seriously questioned for their failures, incompetence and corruption. Our "authorities" have created a public debt so massive that it can never be settled. In spite of the fact they did that without our consent and knowledge. they have the control mechanisms in place to cause us to be held personally responsible for the debts.
Society's "planners" and "leaders" have caused millions of people to die in senseless and counterproductive wars, they have enslaved three-quarters of the world to the service of fraudulent fiat currency-based debt while they use schools and media to condition us to believe they are "competent leaders" against all evidence.
between 2008 and 2012 a major percent of America, an astonishing 23% of all homeowners stand to lose their the roofs over their heads due to bank fraud and government corruption, failures and defective policies and official enforcement and protection of corporate agendas.
Police are becoming militarized and committing atrocities unheard of just a few years ago. Unmanned drone aircraft are being deployed within our borders to monitor a supposedly free populastion.
In the name of "security" our "authorities" are putting global peace and stability at greater and greater risk every day with utterly sensless military actions while causing country after country to fear, hate and swear vengeance upon America and Americans. Our "authorities" have now shown themselves to be total failures, if not our most determined enemies.
We do not need centralized control and institutional seizures of our power, wealth, rights, property and future.
This web site exists to search for and offer REAL SOLUTIONS to the major challenges and assaults upon the individual's rights, wealth, property and self-determination by "the collective", the institutional and political puppets and their puppetmasters behind the curtain.
If you have a solution that RETURNS power and rights to individuals, make sure to send us something about it that we can post. And if you need a solution like that, this will be a good place to look.
Please look over the topics to the right and contact us if you have any knowledge or connections to empower free individuals in those areas. We WANT to put a link up for your solution if it can be verified.
We want your video, redacted court filing documents, your proven ideas and methods of fighting the beasts called "corporate-controlled government", globalists, police states, monopolies, and institutional force and control.
On this site we plan to minimize theory and speculation and maximize real answers and solutions. The times have changed. People need help and they need results. People need remedies against predatory lenders, excess taxation, property seizures, personal control and manipulation by government, currency-controlling banks and globalist agendas.
FreedomTaker.com, like millions of other people and organizations, intends to be part of the solution, a resource and benefit to anyone who values freedom, individual sovereignty and self-sufficiency. We are losing these things at this point in history, but those losses are waking a lot of people up, and many of us are waking up angry.
Sadly, fighting for freedom is not generally done by only those who are materially comfortable or who cannot see the dangers ahead of them. Those who are blind and compalcent are the first to be defeated and destroyed at the crest of the collapse. Those who are hungry and desparate are more likely to drive a revolution. Hunger and desperation is currently a growth industry nearly everywhere.

I just watched our local news, OH My the people whinning about the smart meters and they are paying electricians to take them out, well for christ sakes why don't they quit depending on PGE and put and take charge of their own power then, whinny bastards, they want to bitch cause a company provides them power, and they don't like the meters. hahah LOL
We have been born and bred into a society that relies on "provided" power. So easy to mouth it up and tell people to produce their own (get f*cking real). Most here, I'll assume, live in a high density area with no means to "take charge" of their own power. Not everyone can move to the country, set up solar or whatever and scr*w the power people/water companies/etc. This changeover (at least in BC) was forced upon us without our consent, which also added over a billion dollar bill to the taxpayer when they can least afford it. For what? Better streamline power usage, bullsh*t. If you believe that load than I've got a bridge to sell you. This is one more tool to slowly poison us/watch us/control us.............. period.

I can understand it if you live in a rental house or apt, but I can't understand why you or anybody else would think you would have any control over what they provide to you, they will do what they want to.
If you own your own house or are buying a house in a high density area you could provide yourself with your own power, you don't have to have a lot of money you just need to be tenacious.
We lived in a trailer house for years making 480 a week, I would have been happy to have a power company provide me with power, nope they didn't run power poles out this far , so we had no choice, he studied the home power magazines in order to learn to put a system together, (we were poor !) and were still able to purchase 1 panel a time maybe 1 every 2 months, when we got our tax return we would buy trojan L-16 batteries, and bought a very small 12 volt inverter. took years to do but well worth it, I guess it just depends on how bad you want something?

Gee, I can live in a trailer house, oh goodee, I can hardly wait.
Sorry, but I can't afford all the solar panels it would take to run my 60A 220V hot tub and my 40A 220V sauna plus all those other goodies that make life fun.
I wish I could get off the grid, but until someone makes something like this (http://hidroonline.com/) available, I'll just have suck it up and pay the power compnay for it.

Unless I pack up and move, solar panels aren't much of an option. If you have ever been to Vancouver you would realize that we get clouds and rain 8 mnths out of the year. Not very attractive for solar self sufficiency........

The only reason why you would REALLY need something is that you got used to it......one hundred years ago we didn't have all that we have today and were able to work, eat, sleep and shit just fine.......most of what we have we have it not because we need it but because we wanted, if I didn't have 85% of what I have today I would be doing great because I know that I really don't need it.............the first thing that you should do is to mentally prepared yourself for what you don't need or plan something else in case you do loose what you think you need..........life is nothing but a game that "others" wants you to play.

‘Take Back Your Power’ is a community-funded, public awareness documentary feature film which exposes the technocratic “smart” grid agenda, by which corporations are currently attempting to quietly assert the basis for further control in the lives and homes of the world’s citizens. The film will also focus on specific solutions – which are presently available – for humanity to leapfrog outdated ideas of control, and co-create a better future.
This undemocratic global smart metering program is emerging as a truly massive issue with many areas of focus, such as greatly increased utility bills, decimation of privacy rights, an array of health problems from radiation, hacking vulnerability, corporate fraud, democracy vs.corporatocracy, uninsured fires/damage… and how the entire story fits in with the big picture on our planet. With this crisis comes tremendous opportunity. Human beings everywhere come together, and we take back our power.

1. This is the result into which we substitute to get that set of conditions of prices of
commodities, bad news on TV, etc., which will deliver a collapse of public
morale ripe for take over.
Once the economic price and sales coefficients ajk and bkj are determined, they
may be translated into the technical supply and demand coefficients gjk, Cjk, and
1/Ljk.
Shock testing of a given commodity is then repeated to get the time rate of change
of these technical coefficients.
Introduction to Economic Amplifiers
Economic amplifiers are the active components of economic engineering. The
basic characteristic of any amplifier (mechanical, electrical, or economic) is that it
receives an input control signal and delivers energy from an independent energy
source to a specified output terminal in a predictable relationship to that input
control signal.
The simplest form of an economic amplifier is a device called advertising.
If a person is spoken to by a T.V. advertiser as if he were a twelve-year-old, then,
due to suggestibility, he will, with a certain probability, respond or react to that
suggestion with the uncritical response of a twelve-year-old and will reach into
his economic reservoir and deliver its energy to but that product on impulse when
he passes it in the store.
An economic amplifier may have several inputs and output. Its response might be
instantaneous or delayed. Its circuit symbol might be a rotary switch if its options
are exclusive, qualitative, "go" or "no-go", or it might have its parametric
input/output relationships specified by a matrix with internal energy sources
represented.
Whatever its form might be, its purpose is to govern the flow of energy from a
source to an output sink in direct relationship to an input control signal. For this
reason, it is called an active circuit element or component.
Economic Amplifiers fall into classes called strategies, and, in comparison with
electronic amplifiers, the specific internal functions of an economic amplifier are
called logistical instead of electrical.
Therefore, economic amplifiers not only deliver power gain but also, in effect, are
used to cause changes in the economic circuitry.
In the design of an economic amplifier we must have some idea of at least five
functions, which are:
1. the available input signals
2. the desired output-control objectives,
3. the strategic objective,
4. the available economic power sources,
5. the logistical options.
The process of defining and evaluating these factors and incorporating the
economic amplifier into an economic system has been popularly called game
theory.
The design of an economic amplifier begins with a specification of the power
level of the output, which can range from personal to national. The second
condition is accuracy of response, i.e., how accurately the output action is a
function of the input commands. High gain combined with strong feedback helps
to deliver the required precision.
Most of the error will be in the input data signal. Personal input data tends to be
specified, while national input data tends to be statistical.

Table of Strategies
Do this: To get this:
Keep the public ignorant Less public organization
Maintain access to control Required reaction to outputs
(prices,
points for feedback sales)
Create preoccupation Lower defenses
Attack the family unit Control of the education of the
young
Give less cash and more More self-indulgence and more
data
credit and doles
Attack the privacy Destroy faith in this sort of
of the church government
Social conformity Computer programming simplicity
Minimize the tax protest Maximum economic data, minimum
enforcement problems
Stabilize the consent Simplicity coefficients
Tighten control of variables Simpler computer input data --
greater predictability
Establish boundary Problem simplicity / solutions of
conditions differential and difference
equations
Proper timing Less data shift and blurring
Maximize control Minimum resistance to control
Collapse of currency Destroy the faith of the American
people in each other.
Diversion, the Primary Strategy
Experience has prevent that the simplest method of securing a silent weapon and
gaining control of the public is to keep the public undisciplined and ignorant of
the basic system principles on the one hand, while keeping them confused,
disorganized, and distracted with matters of no real importance on the other hand.
This is achieved by:
o disengaging their minds; sabotaging their mental activities; providing a
low-quality program of public education in mathematics, logic, systems
design and economics; and discouraging technical creativity.
o engaging their emotions, increasing their self-indulgence and their
indulgence in emotional and physical activities, by:
unrelenting emotional affrontations and attacks (mental and
emotional rape) by way of constant barrage of sex, violence, and
wars in the media - especially the T.V. and the newspapers.
giving them what they desire - in excess - "junk food for thought" -
and depriving them of what they really need.
o rewriting history and law and subjecting the public to the deviant creation,
thus being able to shift their thinking from personal needs to highly
fabricated outside priorities.
These preclude their interest in and discovery of the silent weapons of social
automation technology.
The general rule is that there is a profit in confusion; the more confusion, the
more profit. Therefore, the best approach is to create problems and then offer
solutions.
Diversion Summary
Media: Keep the adult public attention diverted away from the real social issues,
and captivated by matters of no real importance.
Schools: Keep the young public ignorant of real mathematics, real economics,
real law, and real history.
Entertainment: Keep the public entertainment below a sixth-grade level.
Work: Keep the public busy, busy, busy, with no time to think; back on the farm
with the other animals.
Consent, the Primary Victory
A silent weapon system operates upon data obtained from a docile public by legal
(but not always lawful) force. Much information is made available to silent
weapon systems programmers through the Internal Revenue Service. (See Studies
in the Structure of the American Economy for an I.R.S. source list.)
This information consists of the enforced delivery of well-organized data
contained in federal and state tax forms, collected, assembled, and submitted by
slave labor provided by taxpayers and employers.
Furthermore, the number of such forms submitted to the I.R.S. is a useful
indicator of public consent, an important factor in strategic decision making.
Other data sources are given in the Short List of Inputs.
Consent Coefficients - numerical feedback indicating victory status.
Psychological basis: When the government is able to collect tax and seize private
property without just compensation, it is an indication that the public is ripe for
surrender and is consenting to enslavement and legal encroachment. A good and
easily quantified indicator of harvest time is the number of public citizens who
pay income tax despite an obvious lack of reciprocal or honest service from the
government.
Amplification Energy Sources
The next step in the process of designing an economic amplifier is discovering the
energy sources. The energy sources which support any primitive economic system
are, of course, a supply of raw materials, and the consent of the people to labor
and consequently assume a certain rank, position, level, or class in the social
structure, i.e., to provide labor at various levels in the pecking order.
Each class, in guaranteeing its own level of income, controls the class
immediately below it, hence preserves the class structure. This provides stability
and security, but also government from the top.
As time goes on and communication and education improve, the lower-class
elements of the social labor structure become knowledgeable and envious of the
good things that the upper-class members have. They also begin to attain a
knowledge of energy systems and the ability to enforce their rise through the class
structure.
This threatens the sovereignty of the elite.
If this rise of the lower classes can be postponed long enough, the elite can
achieve energy dominance, and labor by consent no longer will hold a position of
an essential energy source.
Until such energy dominance is absolutely established, the consent of people to
labor and let others handle their affairs must be taken into consideration, since
failure to do so could cause the people to interfere in the final transfer of energy
sources to the control of the elite.
It is essential to recognize that at this time, public consent is still an essential key
to the release of energy in the process of economic amplification.
Therefore, consent as an energy release mechanism will now be considered.
Logistics
The successful application of a strategy requires a careful study of inputs, outputs,
the strategy connecting the inputs and the outputs, and the available energy
sources to fuel the strategy. This study is called logistics.
A logistical problem is studied at the elementary level first, and then levels of
greater complexity are studied as a synthesis of elementary factors.
This means that a given system is analyzed, i.e., broken down into its subsystems,
and these in turn are analyzed, until by this process, one arrives at the logistical
"atom," the individual.
This is where the process of synthesis propery begins, at the time of birth of the
individual.
The Artificial Womb
From the time a person leaves its mother's womb, its every effort is directed
towards building, maintaining, and withdrawing into artificial wombs, various
sorts of substitute protective devices or shells.
The objective of these artificial wombs is to provide a stable environment for both
stable and unstable activity; to provide a shelter for the evolutionary processes of
growth and maturity - i.e., survival; to provide security for freedom and to provide
defensive protection for offensive activity.
This is equally true of both the general public and the elite. However, there is a
definite difference in the way each of these classes go about the solution of
problems.
The Political Structure of a Nation - Dependency
The primary reason why the individual citizens of a country create a political
structure is a subconscious wish or desire to perpetuate their own dependency
relationship of childhood. Simply put, they want a human god to eliminate all risk
from their life, pat them on the head, kiss their bruises, put a chicken on every
dinner table, clothe their bodies, tuck them into bed at night, and tell them that
everything will be alright when they wake up in the morning.
This public demand is incredible, so the human god, the politician, meets
incredibility with incredibility by promising the world and delivering nothing. So
who is the bigger liar? the public? or the "godfather"?
This public behavior is surrender born of fear, laziness, and expediency. It is the
basis of the welfare state as a strategic weapon, useful against a disgusting public.
Action/Offense
Most people want to be able to subdue and/or kill other human beings which
disturb their daily lives, but they do not want to have to cope with the moral and
religious issues which such an overt act on their part might raise. Therefore, they
assign the dirty work to others (including their own children) so as to keep the
blood off their hands. They rave about the humane treatment of animals and then
sit down to a delicious hamburger from a whitewashed slaughterhouse down the
street and out of sight. But even more hypocritical, they pay taxes to finance a
professional association of hit men collectively called politicians, and then
complain about corruption in government.
Responsibility
Again, most people want to be free to do the things (to explore, etc.) but they are
afraid to fail.
The fear of failure is manifested in irresponsibility, and especially in delegating
those personal responsibilities to others where success is uncertain or carries
possible or created liabilities (law) which the person is not prepared to accept.
They want authority (root word - "author"), but they will not accept responsibility
or liability. So they hire politicians to face reality for them.
Summary
The people hire the politicians so that the people can:
o obtain security without managing it.
o obtain action without thinking about it.
o inflict theft, injury, and death upon others without having to contemplate
either life or death.
o avoid responsibility for their own intentions.
o obtain the benefits of reality and science without exerting themselves in
the discipline of facing or learning either of these things.
They give the politicians the power to create and manage a war machine to:
o provide for the survival of the nation/womb.
o prevent encroachment of anything upon the nation/womb.
o destroy the enemy who threatens the nation/womb.
o destroy those citizens of their own country who do not conform for the
sake of stability of the nation/womb.
Politicians hold many quasi-military jobs, the lowest being the police which are
soldiers, the attorneys and C.P.A.s next who are spies and saboteurs (licensed),
and the judges who shout orders and run the closed union military shop for
whatever the market will bear. The generals are industrialists. The "presidential"
level of commander-in-chief is shared by the international bankers. The people
know that they have created this farce and financed it with their own taxes
(consent), but they would rather knuckle under than be the hypocrite.
Thus, a nation becomes divided into two very distinct parts, a docile sub-nation
[great silent majority] and a political sub-nation. The political sub-nation remains
attached to the docile sub-nation, tolerates it, and leaches its substance until it
grows strong enough to detach itself and then devour its parent.
System Analysis
In order to make meaningful computerized economic decisions about war, the
primary economic flywheel, it is necessary to assign concrete logistical values to
each element of the war structure - personnel and material alike.
This process begins with a clear and candid description of the subsystems of such
a structure.
The Draft (As military service)
Few efforts of human behavior modification are more remarkable or more
effective than that of the socio-military institution known as the draft. A primary
purpose of a draft or other such institution is to instill, by intimidation, in the
young males of a society the uncritical conviction that the government is
omnipotent. He is soon taught that a prayer is slow to reverse what a bullet can do
in an instant. Thus, a man trained in a religious environment for eighteen years of
his life can, by this instrument of the government, be broken down, be purged of
his fantasies and delusions in a matter of mere months. Once that conviction is
instilled, all else becomes easy to instill.
Even more interesting is the process by which a young man's parents, who
purportedly love him, can be induced to send him off to war to his death.
Although the scope of this work will not allow this matter to be expanded in full
detail, nevertheless, a coarse overview will be possible and can serve to reveal
those factors which must be included in some numerical form in a computer
analysis of social and war systems.
We begin with a tentative definition of the draft.
2. The draft (selective service, etc.) is an institution of compulsory collective
sacrifice andslavery, devised by the middle-aged and elderly for the purpose of
pressing the young into doing the public dirty work. It further serves to make the
youth as guilty as the elders, thus making criticism of the elders by the youth less
likely (Generational Stabilizer). It is marketed and and sold to the public under the
label of "patriotic = national" service.
Once a candid economic definition of the draft is achieved, that definition is used
to outline the boundaries of a structure called a Human Value System, which in
turn is translated into the terms of game theory. The value of such a slave laborer
is given in a Table of Human Values, a table broken down into categories by
intellect, experience, post-service job demand, etc.
Some of these categories are ordinary and can be tentatively evaluated in terms of
the value of certain jobs for which a known fee exists. Some jobs are harder to
value because they are unique to the demands of social subversion, for an extreme
example: the value of a mother's instruction to her daughter, causing that daughter
to put certain behavioral demands upon a future husband ten or fifteen years
hence; thus, by suppressing his resistance to a perversion of a government,
making it easier for a banking cartel to buy the State of New York in, say, twenty
years.
Such a problem leans heavily upon the observations and data of wartime
espionage and many types of psychological testing. But crude mathematical
models (algorithms, etc.) can be devised, if not to predict, at least to
predeterminate these events with maximum certainty. What does not exist by
natural cooperation is thus enhanced by calculated compulsion. Human beings are
machines, levers which may be grasped and turned, and there is little real
difference between automating a society and automating a shoe factory.
These derived values are variable. (It is necessary to use a current Table of
Human Values for computer analysis.) These values are given in true measure
rather than U.S. dollars, since the latter is unstable, being presently inflated
beyond the production of national goods and services so as to give the economy a
false kinetic energy ("paper" inductance).
The silver value is stable, it being possible to buy the same amount with a gram of
silver today as it could be bought in 1920. Human value measured in silver units
changes slightly due to changes in production technology.
Enforcement
1. Factor I
As in every social system approach, stability is achieved only by understanding
and accounting for human nature (action/reaction patterns). A failure to do so can
be, and usually is, disastrous.
As in other human social schemes, one form or another of intimidation (or
incentive) is essential to the success of the draft. Physical principles of action and
reaction must be applied to both internal and external subsystems.
To secure the draft, individual brainwashing/programming and both the family
unit and the peer group must be engaged and brought under control.
Factor II - Father
The man of the household must be housebroken to ensure that junior will grow up
with the right social training and attitudes. The advertising media, etc., are
engaged to see to it that father-to-be is pussy-whipped before or by the time he is
married. He is taught that he either conforms to the social notch cut out for him or
his sex life will be hobbled and his tender companionship will be zero. He is made
to see that women demand security more than logical, principled, or honorable
behavior.
By the time his son must go to war, father (with jelly for a backbone) will slam a
gun into junior's hand before father will risk the censure of his peers, or make a
hypocrite of himself by crossing the investment he has in his own personal
opinion or self-esteem. Junior will go to war or father will be embarrassed. So
junior will go to war, the true purpose not withstanding.
Factor III - Mother
The female element of human society is ruled by emotion first and logic second.
In the battle between logic and imagination, imagination always wins, fantasy
prevails, maternal instinct dominates so that the child comes first and the future
comes second. A woman with a newborn baby is too starry-eyed to see a wealthy
man's cannon fodder or a cheap source of slave labor. A woman must, however,
be conditioned to accept the transition to "reality" when it comes, or sooner.
As the transition becomes more difficult to manage, the family unit must be
carefully disintegrated, and state-controlled public education and state-operated
child-care centers must be become more common and legally enforced so as to
begin the detachment of the child from the mother and father at an earlier age.
Inoculation of behavioral drugs [Ritalin] can speed the transition for the child
(mandatory). Caution: A woman's impulsive anger can override her fear. An irate
woman's power must never be underestimated, and her power over a pussywhipped
husband must likewise never be underestimated. It got women the vote
in 1920.
Factor IV - Junior
The emotional pressure for self-preservation during the time of war and the selfserving
attitude of the common herd that have an option to avoid the battlefield -
if junior can be persuaded to go - is all of the pressure finally necessary to propel
Johnny off to war. Their quiet blackmailings of him are the threats: "No sacrifice,
no friends; no glory, no girlfriends."
Factor V - Sister
And what about junior's sister? She is given all the good things of life by her
father, and taught to expect the same from her future husband regardless of the
price.
Factor VI - Cattle
Those who will not use their brains are no better off than those who have no
brains, and so this mindless school of jelly-fish, father, mother, son, and daughter,
become useful beasts of burden or trainers of the same.
This concludes what is available of this document.

I will try this experiment. Does the wifi just have to be on or does traffic have to been going through the router?
Don't know, but, with the amount of it actively surrounding us, there is something always on. Smart meters will be communicating (pulsing) constantly. Look at all the towers these days spread across the cityscapes and countryside. From what I can tell (article), it just has to be on. Won't be able to turn smart meters off or turn the cell towers.......

An overwhelming majority of US and Canadian citizens are entirely unaware that an especially dangerous device has been attached to their homes. While installation of “smart meters” across North America has continued apace since 2009 the health effects such devices pose have yet to be fully realized. Left unaddressed the broad use and continued deployment of such equipment will almost certainly influence human health for many generations to come.
On May 22 my household received a “Notification Letter” from Florida Power and Light (FPL) stating the company’s intent to replace our existing analog meter with a new device equipped to communicate with other such meters in the utility’s wireless “mesh network.”{1] According to FPL we are among roughly 20,000 of Florida homes that have rejected the new digital device in lieu of an analog model.[2] The letter carries the industry’s familiar line–that the “meter upgrade” is intended to “provide you with more information so you can take more control over your energy use and monthly bills” while more readily “identify[ing]” and resolving power outages.

I think the privacy argument is much stronger now with the NSA leak. I mean with smart meters, they know when you are home and when you aren't. When you do laundry, cook something in the oven, take a shower, etc. It's totally ridiculous.
How can putting a digital, wireless, meter at every single home possibly be justified for "saving costs"? It's all about spying and wirelessly cutting our power if it is desired. Control control control.

Josh del Sol - Hour 1 - Take Back Your Power: Smart Grid Agenda (http://www.redicecreations.com/radio/2013/10/RIR-131010.php)
October 10, 2013
Josh del Sol is the producer/director of the film Take Back Your Power. Around the world, corporate utilities and governments are racing to replace electricity, gas and water meters with new-generation 'smart' meters with surveillance capabilities, quietly using billions in taxpayer funds. But at what cost to human rights, finances, security and health? With compelling insight from insiders, government representatives, whistle-blowers, lawyers, doctors and environmentalists, Take Back Your Power investigates claimed benefits and emerging risks of this ubiquitous 'smart' grid program. Transparency advocate Josh del Sol takes us on a journey of revelation and discovery while asking: Are 'smart' grid technologies effective, safe and eco-friendly? Are corporations violating foundational rights and privacy - without providing benefit - in the name of 'green'? What are the end goals of the smart grid? What truly sustainable solutions are now unfolding that can meet the great challenges faced by our civilization? Josh del Sol will talk about the dark agenda, hiding under the guise of energy, unless we prevent it. What can someone do, who either does not want to have a smart meter, or who already has one and wants it removed? We'll discuss all of this and more.

http://takebackyourpower.net/wp-content/uploads/2012/09/truman-awakens-300x208.jpg Ah, yes. I see now…This message you are reading is perhaps the most important I have ever written to date, summarizing the better part of one full year of research.(In brief: The past two weeks has been packed with major news & updates, as more people wake up and speak truth. Over the next couple days, I will send a separate update on the news. Last weekend we also screened 25 minutes of rough cut at an outdoor festival, which was very well-received. Our work continues and there will be updates soon on the film & new website.)In this update I have included all of the relevant documentation and links. While all of it is fact-based and verifiable, I encourage you to dig deeper for yourself, so you can really come to your own solid conclusions. Coming closer to the truth in your own way will help you stand tall in your convictions, even amongst a sea of lies, corporate rhetoric, and directed propaganda.I will summarize two key areas of my research, with historical facts. Connecting these dots is paramount to help us to understand why these corporate forces have been so committed to an ubiquitous globalized smart grid installation, which does not save energy, is making people ill, jacks up your bills, causes fires, is neither tested nor approved, nullifies your privacy rights, and instantly creates massive hacking vulnerability. In other words, it”s becoming obvious that the smart grid is a runaway train headed for total collapse, and most even within the industry, know it. Why are they not getting off this train… why are they so invested in ramming it through a growing mountain of obstacles?Major Point #1: Systemic suppression of energy technology – admitted by US Patent OfficeWe are given the impression that the entire “smart” grid programme is being implemented to “reduce energy use and increase efficiency” [sic]. Wikipedia says that the grid may potentially reduce energy use by a whopping “more than 4% by 2030 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Energy_policy_of_the_Obama_administration)“[8]. It is increasingly reported that smart grids are not reducing energy use at all (http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/science-environment-11199771) [9], and in fact will likely increase energy usage. The meters themselves use considerable electricity as they emit potentially harmful microwave radiation 13,000 to 190,000 times per day according to PG&E.[10,11] And the coming “smart appliances” will be required to be always on, always communicating with the meter (called “vampire power” or “phantom load”).[12]However, what we haven”t been told is that patents for new energy technologies are being massively suppressed. And this is now public. (Evironmentalists: these are energy technologies which could save your planet.) What”s more, is that not only are the patents denied, but steps are also apparently taken tosilence the inventor. Within the US Patent office”s own laws, the process is admitted:
“Whenever publication or disclosure by the publication of an application or by the grant of a patent on an invention in which the Government has a property interest might, in the opinion of the head of the interested Government agency, be detrimental to the national security, the Commissioner of Patents upon being so notified shall order that the invention be kept secretand shall withhold the publication of an application or the grant of a patent therefore under the conditions set forth hereinafter.”[13] – US Patent Laws, Appendix L,http://www.uspto.gov/web/offices/pac/mpep/consolidated_laws.pdf , section 181 on page 53-54And on the Federation of American Scientists website, http://www.fas.org (http://www.fas.org/)[14], details are revealed. Including the disclosure:
At the end of fiscal year 2011, there were 5,241 secrecy orders in effect.” link (http://www.fas.org/sgp/othergov/invention/index.html) [15]In the process of making our film Take Back Your Power, I actually have interviewed a current US Patent examiner who is sick and tired of the suppression of energy technologies, and has admitted that these blockages have been directly due to the interests of ”big energy” and ”big oil” corporate forces. He says he is rather looking forward to retirement. And if this isn”t enough, ask yourself why you don”t know about this:nhttp://www.guardian.co.uk/environment/2012/may/28/solar-power-world-record-germany [16]
…whoops, that”s been taken down… try this:
http://www.reuters.com/article/2012/05/26/us-climate-germany-solar-idUSBRE84P0FI20120526 [17]Germany is now producing up to 50% of its energy from solar photo-voltaic panels. Its 22 gigawatts/hr equal 20 nuclear power stations operating at full capacity. This massive amount of energy is generated almost completely by individuals or small businesses that feed into the grid. This allowed Germany to make a public pronouncement, following Fukushima, to completely abandon nuclear energy.[18]This outstanding, potentially earth-saving progress is the work of a statesman named Hermann Scheer (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8fCfdo6h7l8)[19] (1944-2010), who dedicated the latter part of his life to actualizing legislation introducing what”s called feed-in tariffs throughout Germany, which forced power utilities to pay anyone who produces solar energy a very good rate for it.To state the mostly-obvious, decentralized (produced-by-people) solar power generation:
does not produce any carbon, pollution, or chemical by-products,
is available to anyone to produce, allowing people to be truly self-sustaining and independent of corporate coersion,
continues to rapidly drop in cost to install,
does not use up any ongoing natural resources,
panels can now be manufactured out of sand (this is what Libya had planned to do on a big scale)[20],
is now effective even in cloudy, low-light climates,
is increasingly storable, as new techs develop, and
will be available at least a few billion years.
And there are technologies being developed to minimize and eliminate any issue with dirty electricity, which may arise from the DC-to-AC inversion when feeding into the grid.[21](Environmentalists, we appreciate your efforts to minimize carbon footprints and pollution, but we realize the Hegelian tactic we”ve all been a part of… and we invite you to take note of, and please participate in, this new paradigm.)Not surprisingly, this massive development toward true sustainability (not the version that has been co-opted by globalist corporates) has not made it very far into public consciousness… but the day is now at hand.* * *(Note: As an indication of the importance of this issue and the globalist smart grid plans, Google is now filtering searches on “smart grid” to promote industry sites, and demote sites critical of the agenda. Case in point: in a search I did for “Smart Grids may not cut energy use BBC (https://www.google.ca/search?q=Smart+Grids+may+not+cut+energy+use+bbc)“[22], the BBC article mentioned (here (http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/science-environment-11199771)[23]) did not come up in the first 200 search results – even though only one word was changed from the BBC headline. It does appear that Google is now doing this same flagging “demotion” process for most truth-based articles from oft-mainstream sources which are critical of the smart grid.)Major Point #2: The technetronic “smart” control grid… history unveiledJumping back 42 years years, Barack Obama”s current geopolitical advisor (some say handler) Zbigniew Brzezinski wrote a book called “Between Two Ages: America’s Role in the Technetronic Era”. In this book, he outlined a strategy for control, and outlined what appear to be the foundations for a “smart grid”, using technocratic ideas first espoused in the 1930”s by M. King Hubbert. (Technocratic = using technology to control society.) It was this work that got him noticed by David Rockefeller, who then partnered with him in founding the Trilateral Commission.[1,2]In Brzezinski”s own words, here are three very telling quotes (emphasis mine):
“More directly linked to the impact of technology, it involves the gradual appearance of a more controlled and directed society. Such a society would be dominated by an elite whose claim to political power would rest on allegedly superior scientific know-how. Unhindered by the restraints of traditional liberal values, this elite would not hesitate to achieve its political ends by using the latest modern techniques for influencing public behavior and keeping society under close surveillance and control.” [3] – Zbigniew Brzezinski, Between Two Ages: America’s Role in the Technetronic Era, 1970, p97“In the technetronic society the trend seems to be toward aggregating the individual support of millions of unorganized citizens, who are easily within the reach of magnetic and attractive personalities, and effectively exploiting the latest communication techniques to manipulate emotions and control reason.” [4] – Zbigniew Brzezinski, Between Two Ages: America’s Role in the Technetronic Era, 1970, p11“No matter how deeply disturbing the thought of using the environment to manipulate behavior for national advantages to some, the technology permitting such use will very probably develop within the next few decades.” [5] – Zbigniew Brzezinski, Between Two Ages: America’s Role in the Technetronic Era, 1970, p28So here we have someone who is generally credited as the envisioner of the current “smart grid”, who in his own words is talking about themes of:
Open domination of society by an “elite”
The “unhindering” or removal of values of liberty and personal freedom
Using technology to influence public behavior, control reason, and even manipulate people”s emotions
Constant surveillance and control
Using the environment as a pretext to manipulate all of this into being
Unorganized individuals being conned into supporting the plan
Another interesting piece: Zbigniew Brzezinski”s nickname is apparently “ZeeBig” or “ZBig“[6]. What do you think the name is, of the 2.4 GHz transmitter on your smart meter… the device that”s designed to wirelessly collect and report and sell every blasted detail of activity in your home? thank you for these infos. I read a news paper this past week. I was disaapointed to read how they are needing to urgently deploy (Force through) the installation of smart meters. They want to do this so they can turn off peoples airconditioners to save power and money and some other non real reasons. But basically the PR campaign at the moment is against air conditioners because we are approaching summer.
For some reason, most people here believe that the most efficient way to run their airconditioners in summer is to never turn them off. So they start them up, cool the house down and leave them running all summer. Of course I know people to do this and they spend about $1000 per month on electricity. I cannot see how they cannot realise the cause of their high bills, which they complain about. I think it's fear. The Dads I know, who pay these bills, in my experience are too scared to tell the kids and the wife to go easy on the air cond, amongst other things..... like the iTunes account. It's weird to say the least.
Anyway looks like they are going to try and railroad them through down here as well. Starting now. I think I am going to have to get off my butt and take on this fight.

Given that aircon, like (modern) heating, is thermostat-regulated... doesn't that mean it's not "running" when the indoor temp is below [< in the case of aircon] the set temp? I could see having it "off" when the household is at work/school/vacation of course. I would add "also during sleeping hours", but then my own bias gets in the way, coz I find I sleep way better/deeper in cool dry air, than when I'm too warm & maybe sweating. :(

I'm not really sure about the logic of it. To me it sounds logical if you want to maintain the comfort but wasteful if money is an issue. Thermostats should definately affect running costs when its cool enough. I can see the point in places where it is tropical because if you have it running then turn off the aircon in high ambient humidity could cause mold problems. I don't know if that is true. I don't have much experience with a/c.
I thought the systems these days were pretty efficient but even the smalllest split here will be $0.26/hr. So that is $6.00 per day if running 100% at 1 x 1Kw unit.
I am looking at a dealer and they say 2kw for a bedroom 10m2. So probably double what I said and maybe 12Kw for a house. $3/hr everything flat out. Maybe 1/3 -1/2 that as a better consumption number. I'm guessing but it seems a lot.
Houses here would be running 3 units, probably 6kw.

Little known to many is the thorough research and success to date of a Smart Meter activist group in B.C. (Canada) whose members have amassed and are sharing documents to stave off encroachment of the Smart Grid on their lives in the form of digital utility meters. I came to know Brian Thiesen of Kamloops, B.C. as he launched his website (www.BCFreedom.com (http://www.bcfreedom.com)), and in this interview he explains the effects of Smart Meters on our homes, our health and our wealth.
Did you know that digital meters can create as many as 190,000 voltage surges per day? Brian's research into corporations and banks reveals the hidden economic/profit angles to Smart Meter implementation, alongside the constant data-mining of the surveillance state. Be sure to see his excellent talks on YouTube (http://www.youtube.com) as well (search "Brian Thiesen Smart Meters").

Josh del Sol -- Smart Meters: A Surveillance and Control Con Job ... Revealed
SMART METERS: A SURVEILLANCE AND CONTROL CON JOB REVEALED
By Josh del Sol, filmmaker and rights advocate
Take Back Your Power (http://www.takebackyourpower.net/)
April 28, 2015
NewsWithViews.com
So-named “smart” meters constitute the basis of the current version of a “smart” grid – which is being rolled out in all western nations. Also referred to by utilities as “AMI”, “advanced”, “modernized”, or “automated” meters, they are chiefly data-capturing and 2-way wireless communications devices, which also have the ability to meter your utility usage (electricity, water or gas).
A vast array of personal information can be harvested on your in-home activities, and then transmitted to corporations and governments in hackable, low-level microwave radiation bursts. Approximately 50% of homes and businesses in North America how have a “smart” electricity meter attached.
Though the issue of utility meters may at first seem innocuous, it is set to have profound consequences for virtually all aspects of our lives, and even nature itself. As such, there is growing awareness and resistance – which has been met with massive utility propaganda.
Despite the resistance, utilities and governments are for the most part having their way with their deployments, charging punitive “opt-out” fees for those who do not wish to participate. But this may all soon be changing.
This fascinating investigation is the subject of our award-winning grassroots documentary, Take Back Your Power (http://www.newswithviewsstore.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=NWVS&Product_Code=DV69&Category_Code=D-BB), and our solutions-based work at www.takebackyourpower.net.
See Take Back Your Power film trailer below.
Why are utilities saying “smart” meters are necessary?
It is rather ironic that the stated intentions of smart meters are:
A) “to give customers tools to save energy and/or reduce bills”;
B) “to increase grid resiliency”; and
C) “to save the environment”.
In reality:
A) Where smart meters have been installed, there are no energy savings – but bills go up.
B) Individual homes and the entire power grid become much more vulnerable to hacking.
C) Radiation from smart meters has now been demonstrated to negatively impact all plants, insects, animals and all biological life – including humans.
The issues with “smart” meters: What’s at stake?
Utility customers around the world are choosing to take a stand against the installation of smart meters for a variety of reasons, summed up below:
1. Billing increases
Whenever a smart meter is installed, the bill usually goes up. Your bill will increase in three ways: 1) upon installation, 2) with planned usage rate http://gold-silver.us/forum/safari-reader://www.newswithviews.com/NWVexclusive/images/billing-increases.gif (http://www.newswithviewsstore.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=NWVS&Product_Code=DV69&Category_Code=D-BB)increases – happening everywhere, and 3) later, with “time-of-use” billing.
Bills immediately increase due to systemic accuracy issues with most types of digital smart meters – which have been demonstrated in the UK to show electricity usage even when power to the home is shut off (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XCLvM-zzwsA).
President Obama stated in 2008 that, “Under my plan of a cap-and-trade system, electricity rates will necessarily skyrocket.” So, the rate increases seem to be moving according to that plan… and it’s not just limited to the United States. However, there are no demonstrated energy savings – in fact, it appears that energy is being wasted by smart meters and related infrastructure.
The bottom line is that smart meters do not save energy, and you will be charged more for your electricity, water and gas.
2. Fiscal negligence
Utilities are spending billions of dollars to deploy smart meters. In addition, governments such as the United States have funneled billions from “economic stimulus” funds to provide incentives for utilities to deploy smart meters. http://gold-silver.us/forum/safari-reader://www.newswithviews.com/NWVexclusive/images/02-fiscal-negligence.gif (http://www.newswithviewsstore.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=NWVS&Product_Code=DV69&Category_Code=D-BB)(Time Magazine reported that the U.S. allocated $11 billion of stimulus funds to utilities deploying “smart” grid.)
In the U.S., utilities get government funds – up to $200M per utility – only if they install smart meters. This huge financial incentive is a huge reason why utilities are still attempting to continue installations despite an array of problems, legal violations and ratepayer pushback.
Whether it’s billions spent by utilities or government – it all ends up being paid for by the people.
3. In-home spying
Smart meters are designed to collect and report data of in-home activities, with corporations set to capitalize on your private data. The value of this data is considered to be likely worth more than the entire electric utility industry (http://www.politico.com/story/2015/01/energy-electricity-data-use-113901.html?hp=r3_3).
According to my research over the past 3 years, the plan involves achieving a greater and greater level of granularity and extraction of in-home data over time. Unless stopped by the people, a centralized smart grid will mean total eradication of privacy – even within your own home.
While the former CIA director admitted his intentions to spy (http://www.wired.com/2012/03/petraeus-tv-remote/) on all Americans through their household appliances, even the U.S. Department of Energy http://gold-silver.us/forum/safari-reader://www.newswithviews.com/NWVexclusive/images/03-in-home-spying.gif (http://www.newswithviewsstore.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=NWVS&Product_Code=DV69&Category_Code=D-BB)(DOE) has confirmed that data harvested by smart meters and smart appliances will be very detailed and invasive. From the DOE report (http://energy.gov/sites/prod/files/gcprod/documents/Broadband_Report_Data_Privacy_10_5.pdf):
“Such information could reveal personal details about the lives of consumers, such as their daily schedules (including times when they are at or away from home or asleep), whether their homes are equipped with alarm systems, whether they own expensive electronic equipment such as plasma TVs, and whether they use certain types of medical equipment.”

The DUMB Aspects of Smart Meters
http://www.activistpost.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/smart-meter-1024x638.jpg (http://www.activistpost.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/smart-meter-1024x638.jpg)
Analog (mechanical) electric meters, in service for decades—close to a hundred years, typically lasted between 30 and 40 years before they had to be replaced, plus they were totally safe with no plastic parts that can ignite easily from “hot sockets” or arcing, and they were “grounded”.
AMI Smart Meters, which are being retrofitted on to electric, natural gas and water meters, will have to be replaced anywhere from every 6 to 7 years (according to a utility company executive at a congressional hearing in October 2015), with consumers obviously, and unknowingly, being billed and forced to pay for new replacement meters each time one is installed at their dwelling.

Last night, a video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dvCAxGmDq9k) came out showing the Malheur Occupiers carefully removing surveillance cameras that were installed on utility poles near an electric substation. There were two locations for cameras probably one pointed at the road and one pointed towards the substation. Those devices are components of the Smart Grid. The Smart Grid is a computerized control system that is being built over the top of our electric grid.
http://i0.wp.com/tvoinews.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/Transmission_Grid_Smart_Grid.jpg?zoom=2&resize=410%2C193 (http://i0.wp.com/tvoinews.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/Transmission_Grid_Smart_Grid.jpg)
Notice on the box, it says SCADA. SCADA is the acronym for Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition device. SCADA systems are the interface devices between hardware and software systems.
http://i2.wp.com/tvoinews.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/Surveillance_Camera.jpg?zoom=2&resize=496%2C314 (http://i2.wp.com/tvoinews.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/Surveillance_Camera.jpg)
But the Malheur Occupiers were not entirely correct in thinking this was a government installation. It was a utility company installation but that’s kind of a distinction without a difference because the government and utility companies have a “public-private partnership” for surveillance of the citizenry as well as the electric transmission grid. Public-private partnership is just a warm and fuzzy way to say Fascist. General Benito Mussolini is said to have described fascism (http://www.channelingreality.com/new_federalism/fascism_described.htm) this way:
“Fascism should rightly be called Corporatism as it is a merger of state and corporate power”.
There couldn’t be a more clear example of a merger of state and corporate power than the Smart Grid. Below is a graphic of the systems feeding into command and control central – a Fusion Center. You’ll notice on the right, the EOC includes the utility systems.
http://i1.wp.com/tvoinews.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/fusion1.gif?zoom=2&resize=150%2C150 (http://i1.wp.com/tvoinews.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/fusion1.gif)

Fusion Centers are collection and command and control centers. At the national level, the Total Information Awareness System (TIA) brought to you by DARPA (ARPA or whatever the hell they are calling themselves now) is the “System of Systems” that was designed to provide government access to the data in all of the systems in the above graphic. Collectively, the systems above are the dreams come true for the STASI, KGB, SAVAK, etc. Once these systems are all in place, you won’t be able to scratch your nose without it being recorded and the appropriate authorities notified.
http://i1.wp.com/tvoinews.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/tia.jpg?zoom=2&resize=150%2C150 (http://i1.wp.com/tvoinews.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/tia.jpg)
Ironically, the technology for these systems (http://www.channelingreality.com/nwo_wto/1991_year_the_world_changed.htm) was the result of the Nunn-Lugar Cooperative Threat Reduction Act of 1993. Since there was no longer a threat from the Soviet Union, the DOD contractors were re-purposed to develop technologies for peaceful use. The systems above and system below were some of the systems they came up with.
http://i0.wp.com/tvoinews.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/TIA_Total_Domain_Awareness.jpg?zoom=2&resize=564%2C407 (http://www.channelingreality.com/Documents/NAFTA_Superhighway_07.pdf)
NAFTA Superhighway Memory Hole (http://www.channelingreality.com/Documents/NAFTA_Superhighway_07.pdf)
The “peaceful use” was to turn the American people into the enemy and our civilian landscape into the battlespace because you can’t retrain a wolf to be a sheep dog. Surveillance cameras everywhere are components of Total Domain Awareness which is the location component of Total Information Awareness.

Smart Meters attached to Smart Grid
The objective of the Smart Grid is to be able to control our electric infrastructure which includes the electricity usage in our homes using the Smart Meter control device. Our electric usage provides a data map of our daily activities within the walls of our homes and ultimately, it will allow the utility company to control the electric devices in our homes. The utility company of course, says they won’t do that, but they are liars as a retrospective analysis of my smart meter case (http://thetechnocratictyranny.com/smart-meters/smart-meter-case/) will prove.
When Idaho Power first tried to install this surveillance and control device on my home, I did not give my permission (http://thetechnocratictyranny.com/smart-meters/smch-01-introduction/). I filed a complaint with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission and went through the process for what ultimately became a meaningless exercise because Idaho Power simply brought a Deputy Sheriff to my home to intimidate me while they illegally installed the smart meter surveillance and control device over my objections. I pursued the complaint to the point of next step being a hearing in front of the Idaho Supreme Court but because I didn’t have a lawyer, I thought it best not to poison the well by allowing them to set a precedent based on my incompetence as a lawyer in a court of law.
Regulatory Structure
A significant amount of the research that I’ve done on the systems of the Technocratic Tyranny included the deregulation of our utilities and the establishment of a “self-regulatory” structure that is NOT American. I used the Brain software to map the organizational structure but unfortunately, I couldn’t afford to keep online access to it available so I’m using screen prints of the structure instead. I won’t go through all of it – just enough for you to see who is really controlling the electric transmission grid and smart grid.

NERC is the electric reliability organization (ERO) for North America, subject to oversight by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and governmental authorities in Canada. NERC’s jurisdiction includes users, owners, and operators of the bulk power system, which serves more than 334 million people.”

You’ll notice that the description above says that NERC is subject to the oversight of FERC. Baloney. That’s not how the dynamics of organizational control works. NERC develops and enforces regulations for the transmission grid and they are in control of the regional command and control centers for the transmission grid so NERC is the regulatory organization and FERC is subservient to NERC. And NERC is NOT an American organization and it is not a government organization so what’s been done here is that a key component of our critical infrastructure has been turned over to a private organization that is not even American. In my book, that’s treason.
One other thing – smart meters were designed to monitor inputs of electricity (renewable energy) to the electric grid as well as outputs (usage of electricity). Because of that, smart meters are a component of the electric transmission grid subject to the regulatory control of NERC despite the fact that electric service to residential consumers is part of the electric distribution system theoretically under state regulatory authority. When we start having brown-outs due to electricity “shortages”, it will be due to the regulatory authority of NERC – not FERC.
Bottom Line
To sum it up, what the Occupiers of Malheur did is a far greater service for the American people than they even knew. By the removal of those surveillance cameras, they provided the opportunity for me to explain at least partially why I don’t believe that we have an American government at the federal level anymore. Governing authority has been transferred to non-governmental, North American and/or United Nations Organizations. Our only hope of reclaiming the Republic with an American government for the American people is to begin by reclaiming local government at the county level where we still have a lawful, Constitutional structure from which to rebuild.
Thank You Occupiers! You are true American Patriots!

Recall the article I wrote about LaVoy Finicum and the other guys removing the cameras from the utility poles? I said they were utility company cameras - part of the smart grid, but maybe they are BLM / FBI cameras. The name of my article on tvoinews is Malheur Occupiers reveal more than they bargained for.

Seattle Utility Company Under Fire for Secret FBI Surveillance Camera Network
City Light, Seattle’s utility company is feeling the heat. Not only are they involved in a bizarre legal battle (http://www.theregister.co.uk/2016/05/25/seattle_suehawks/) over its proposed smart meter network (http://www.theregister.co.uk/2016/05/25/seattle_suehawks/) (that may expose user’s personal information to unauthorized third-parties) but the FBI uses its utility poles to conduct secret surveillance on city residents.
Spotted last July, the surveillance cameras are covertly “housed in birdhouse-like concealments” attached to city street lights, according to the Seattle Times (http://www.seattletimes.com/opinion/an-eye-on-the-eyes-in-the-sky/). A local reporter filed a public-records request with City Light to learn more about their installation. City Light released information about the cameras on its utility poles and property, but redacted the exact locations of FBI cameras.
Following reports that City Light was going to make public the locations, the DOJ sued the city and the utility company to prevent its release. Last month, a federal judge issued a temporary restraining order (http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2016/jun/13/feds-sue-seattle-to-block-disclosures-about-fbi-su/) to block Seattle from releasing any additional details about the surveillance cameras.
“It appears … Seattle City Light has been running a rogue surveillance camera scheme, allowing federal agencies to install surveillance cameras and personally maintaining an inventory of those cameras. If that’s what’s happening, the public should know about it.” said Phil Mocek, a privacy activist who requested the records about the cameras.
Most law enforcement cameras are employed to prevent criminal activity or assist with an investigation after a crime has occurred. But the Justice Department attorneys say the FBI’s cameras are used for surveillance on certain individuals and are posted outside their homes or businesses. They are built and concealed “to prevent the target or any passer-by from detecting the surveillance installation,” the DOJ attorneys wrote in court documents. (my emphasis)
“Disclosure of even minor details about them may cause jeopardy to important federal interests … and would allow law enforcement subjects, or national security adversaries, to accumulate information and draw conclusions about the FBI’s use of this technology, in order to evade effective, lawful investigation by the FBI,” the DOJ said.
This argument raises many legal questions. Shouldn’t the use of cameras be under the supervision of a court order? What about approval by the city? Will recordings of those unaware “passer-bys” be used in legal proceedings? If so, isn’t that a violation of their Fourth Amendment rights?
In its lawsuit, the government says that the installation of the pole cameras takes place under FBI guidelines. But according to those guidelines, the FBI is required to get a warrant to install surveillance cameras when installation “involve[s] physical trespass” — something the placement of the pole cameras clearly does.
Despite what the FBI guidelines say, the DOJ will likely win this argument and the locations of the cameras will remain secret, according to legal experts. This is not just a problem in Seattle. Recent court rulings (https://www.eff.org/deeplinks/2016/03/eff-urges-sixth-circuit-revisit-case-finding-no-warrant-needed-ten-weeks-covert) from Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan, and Tennessee found the use of warrant-less surveillance by law enforcement agencies for months at a time did not amount to a “search” under the Fourth Amendment. This is an alarmingly narrow interpretation of the law, and if it persists, will continue to erode Americans’ privacy rights.

TruthStream Media, the Aaron Dykes couple (I used to think they were bro/sis!) in TX jumped through the hoops of opting out of their installed s.meter; and they tell of the fiasco. In the end they say their bills are lower now, and they can sleep, no more headaches, happy ending.

Give em and inch......and eventually they will arbitrarily and without compensation take and fuck with your power!
Said every critic of smart meters a decade ago and said would never happen by those forcing smart meter propaganda and legislation.
DailyMail.UK: Government mulls emergency measures that would enable networks to SWITCH OFF your electricity without warning or compensation (https://www.dailymail.co.uk/money/bills/article-8706033/Smart-meters-used-switch-electricity-without-warning-compensation.html)
(Sept.17,2020)
The Government is considering giving energy networks the power to switch off a household's energy supply without warning or compensation for those affected.
A series of 'modifications' to the Smart Energy Code (https://www.dcusa.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/DCP-371_Last-resort-arrangements-for-Distributors-to-manage-specific-consumer-connected-devices.pdf) [.pdf file] have been proposed by officials and look set to pass into law by next spring.
These include giving networks the right to decide when they consider the grid to be in a state of 'emergency' and the power to switch off high usage electrical devices such as electric vehicle chargers and central heating systems in British homes.
Under the plans all homes would need to have a third generation smart meter installed, to include a function that allows meters in the home to receive and carry out orders made by the energy networks.
This would dramatically alter the role of smart meters, which are currently capable only of sending data on energy use to energy networks.
If passed unchallenged, these 'modifications' to the law would mean that electric vehicle owners could plug in at the end of the day and wake up without sufficient charge to travel the next morning.
Similarly, central heating systems could be turned off in homes across a whole area if too many electric vehicles are plugged in to charge at once, for example.
Currently, consumers are entitled to compensation if their power supply is cut off, but under these plans, this recompense would likely be scrapped.

Long range low power WI-FI is a reality. So is WSPR (whisper). The later is fascinating. Long range comms used to be with lots of power and huge antennas with Morse code. The noisier the conditions the slower the speed. Under ideal conditions perhaps 40 to 50 wpm is possible but CW is possible down to 12 DB below the noise level. With WSPR transmitters might operate at 200 mw and the antenna can fit on a picnic table. The software syncs transmissions at 2 minute interval with some need for accuracy, speed is very low and transmissions consist of power level, call sign and Maidenhead location. Contacts may be made at 25 DB below the noise level. The software reports contacts by internet and 6,000 mile contacts are possible.
Intriguing.
But did you get that the noise can be 25 DB HIGHER than the signal? You are exposed to noise 24 hrs a day. There is so much noise people buy earthing sheets or pillowcases so their body has an 8 hr chance to recover.
You get more radiation from your house wiring than any SMART meter. Of course the power company isn't going to tell you this. If you did ever figure this out you wouldn't need SMART meters because you wouldn't have 60 hz power in the house (thank you Mr tesla)

Everyone but the politicians, their government bureaucrats and the cheerleading corporate journalists saw this coming from the start (about 15 years ago).

There is also a question mark over whether to force households to install the new smart meters, or make it an opt in or opt out scheme.
When energy networks are allowed to declare an 'emergency', triggering their right to switch off private domestic energy devices, is also so far undefined.
The modifications, tabled by Richard Hartshorn of Scottish and Southern Electricity earlier this summer, argue that networks must be given these powers if major power cuts are to be avoided as the UK switches from fossil fuels to renewable energy sources.
He says: 'Electricity networks in Great Britain were not designed to accommodate the significant additional demand that certain consumer devices, such as electric vehicle chargers, presents.
Legislation webpage says still in proposal stage, although government website could be poorly maintained.

The electric utility has always had the ability to shut down the entire grid.
One company I used to work at had a deal worked out with the utility for better price per KwHr. The plant used 20 Mw routinely but when the grid was being stretched they could voluntarily knock it down to 6 Mw. If they didn't do this the penalty was substantial. To keep the plant running they installed five 2 Mw Caterpillar diesels which they could drop across the utility lines.
The problem was when workers went to lunch. They all got back at the same time and would all start up their machines simultaneously.
As abhorrent as it seems for the utility to cut services they are still trying to keep everyone satisfied. If rolling blackouts, brown outs or selectively targeting smart utensils doesn't work all you have to do is put in your own battery bank and an inverter. Use solar or wind or even a small generator and take care of your own perceived problems.
