I was at an Airporter terminal with my wife this morning. This car pulls up next to me and out steps a black guy packing like five pieces of MOLLE gear. As he was turning to say goodbye to his old lady he saw my Ron Paul sticker, looked at me, and smiled. That's when I noticed the subtle USMC stitched into his cap. The campaign says they have more military contributions than all the other candidates combined. It gave me goosebumps to actually have the man acknowledge me and connect through what felt like at the moment an honest mutual respect as Americans. It blew my mind.
