Quote from the article..
"Trailnet says the latest attack was last Thursday (8/25) afternoon near Missouri Botanical Garden where a group of 10 to 15 African-American teens charged and attacked a cyclist."
Sounds to me like the attacking mob were the one's who were racist. We are seeing more and more of these mobs. It's a concern, and we need to pay attention to it, not blindly ignore this issue.

This stuff is really scary. I can not understand why hurting anyone else is fun. It's got to be some kind of crazy group-think.
I made me think about an article I read today about a local (black) guy who was sentenced to multiple consecutive life sentences for an armed robbery. He has said that he and his buddies would go "hunting" for people. At his sentencing he said "if it wasn't [the victim] it would have been someone else." WTF? Not even human, if you ask me.

i got chimped (mugged) about 17 years ago in San Francisco, walking on Geary.
shame on me for not paying attention.
i called the cops (like that helped http://www.leadslingersgaming.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/sarcasm.gif )
the cop said, "we know who they are, we don't have enough evidence to convict."
my soiled pants (i peed in my pants, i was knocked out for about 10 seconds) were apparently not sufficient evidence.
i remember how intense it was, all i could think to do when i found myself laying on the ground was to look, "is there blue steel in this picture" - looking for a gun.
there was no blue steel.
a year later the same group shot & killed someone at a bus stop 50 yards from where i got mugged (Geary & Masonic). when i got attacked, people sat at that bus stop & watched.
hunting other people - usually white - is "what there is to do" for some of these kids. that doesn't excuse it. i'm just saying, it's sort of like their hobby.
in San Francisco the idiot judges (many of them Affirmative Action hires themselves) show their Faux Compassion by releasing violent juvenile offenders on furlough. the cops get frustrated because they can bust their asses to put kids like the ones that attacked me behind bars; the judges require an extreme burden of proof.
so, between kids with a hobby of Chimping Out, pseudo-understanding judges (who may be acting out some of their own anger by releasing young people known to be violent back into the general population), and cops who don't like going through the motions, it's a dangerous combo.
there was another incident where a furloughed Juvie African American was pan-handling at Fisherman's Wharf about 2 AM in the morning. An Irish tourist named Tracey Keene ignorred his request for 25 cents. He shot her in the back, and killed her.
i think there is something 'in the system', where the judges can't be sued.
if the judge that released Tracey Keene's killer was held liable - like releasing a wild tiger from its cage, he did something that could reasonably be expected to hurt somebody bad - if those judges were held liable ... i think the "good" cops would start doing their job and going after the Chimps - before the Chimp-out.

K, there's animals amongst us. We once arrested 6 young black guys, for assualting and robbing a chinese guy with an ice cream cart. Multiple felonies, years in prison. All for ice cream? I talked to these guys and they just had no sense of right or wrong, or what they had done, they wanted ice cream. They took it, and by doing that, they took what's left of their future for many years.
As the saying goes, bunch of frickin' savages.
To deny the truth in that statement, is denying reality.

y'all got's get yer shit ge'er...
whites are racist, blacks are victims...
Mel Gibson and America's hidden racism
Actor and director Mel Gibson appears to be at it again. This time the issue is not a tirade berating Jews and women in front of police officers. Instead, it's an outrageous message that was apparently left on his girlfriend's answering machine and likely was never supposed to come under public scrutiny.
The despicable message ended with the voice of someone purported to be Gibson telling his girlfriend that her dress was so provocative, she was likely to be "gang-raped by a bunch of n*****s." ....
Let's set aside for the moment whatever Gibson's psychological issues may be. Of even more concern are what such "behind the scenes" remarks can tell us about ourselves and our culture.
Americans, so anxious to believe that we have entered into a "post-racial era," tend to ignore the one element needed to corroborate such a conclusion: a lack of racial animus....
The reality is that racism is very alive today. It has simply morphed into a more dangerous, odious and insidious form. In fact, 21st-century American racism looks and sounds precisely like the alleged Mel Gibson recording.... ::)

Not even human, if you ask me.
Don't forget the programming that's been going on for 50 years in schools teaching the abominable EVOLUTION religion in which we came from "APE-LIKE" creatures.
If you teach children they came from animals, they will act like animals.

TPTB induce race war as part of their design to keep the attention off of them. Keep the serfs fighting amongst themselves.
It will only get worse.

I remember watching a documentary about Thomas Jefferson where he was wanting to educate, free then ship slaves away because he was afraid of the animosity that he feared would never subside and cause future problems.
Ximmy, I heard that call over the radio and they left out the part where Mel states that his wife is supposed to blow him on command.

You want the judge held liable for another persons action? How about their parents? The schools? Anyone else besides the bastard committing the crime or issuing the orders?
The judge is restricted by the law. Change the law to narrow the leeway a judge has if you want to keep these pukes in prison...or change the gun law to shall issue and save the court some money.
I know it's easier said than done.

under common law, the victim was the primary factor, and restoring him or her to "pre-crime" level/status....
not much chance of that coming back anytime soon...
you just need to pay attention to your surroundings, stay away from certain areas, avoid public intoxication (open invite there), etc
