I actually know David Hahn. I was in the navy with him. Guy was a genius in some aspects. I was on the USS Enterprise CVN-65 with him back in the late 90's. Haven't spoken to him in years. Last I had heard he was arrested for stealing smoke detectors out of his apartment building to harvest the americium from them
