I listened to most of it, and it's nothing we haven't heard before. A nuclear attack is inevitable, here's how it would work, here's how the city would blow up, etc. etc. We need to stop people from getting nukes, the UN makes it easy for people to make nukes, we need to protect our nukes, etc. It wasn't even that interesting to be honest.
