FAKE "ELECTIONS" - Why Ron Paul Can't "Win"

I've posted about this fundamental "fake elections" issue in several disparate threads now, at the risk of derailing or being "off topic" in said threads, and it's worthwhile to collect these marginal posts into one dedicated, aptly titled thread...

Ron Paul's message is naturally appealing at a messageboard like GSUS, where there is "uncommon awareness" that our fraudulent/uber-usurious monetary system is the root of so many political/economic/social ills we endure; and we're similarly aware of the Orwellian/Huxley-esque NWO "technocratic police state (http://policestateplanning.com/id19.htm)" future, already halfway here, which the zio-banksters (http://gold-silver.us/forum/showthread.php?23047-The-Zionist-Elephant-In-The-Room) have planned for us and our progeny. Are we not already the targets of willful economic, social, psychological, environmental, chemical & biological warfare, with the ultimate perpetrators hiding behind a synthetic wall of secrecy & deception?

We're rightfully pissed off. So when a "reformer" like Ron Paul comes along, we're naturally inclined to support him and do whatever we can to help him "win the election". Hell, recall how "no ads, no spam GIM1" became a virtual cheerleading squad for RP leading up to the '08 "election"? And here ~14 months before the Nov '12 "election", GSUS is already shaping up with the same pattern, with threads discussing each of RP's latest campaign ads, blinks, burps, & farts; and our righteous indignation over the ZioStream Media's [ZSM] reaction/distortion/omission.

In the interest of not reinventing the wheel, following is that collection of posts I made across disparate threads, related to why Ron Paul is leading his parade of true-believing fans, down a dead-end alley. I added the bold/red here to allow for a quick scan "executive summary". it always pushes my skeptic buttons when an otherwise truthy piece like this bakes into their fine cake, something enshrining the hoax that "elections" are what tptb fear, that they're where the people might force change yada yada. Blathering on about how worried politicians are about their "sagging approval ratings" just builds on the myth that elections pose a threat to their jobs.

The final nail was driven into any former integrity in elections with the post-2000 passage of HAVA - Help America Vote Act (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help_America_Vote_Act). Since then they've been rigged from the paperless blackboxes through the counting, with full ZioStream Media complicity in puffing up the hoax of integrity & legitimacy.

The only political activism I'd put a dime of donation towards or a shred of shoe leather, is election reform... that's the fraudulent foundation which the rest of the dog & pony show is built upon. So many "patriots" (workin' hard for Ron Paul etc) seem to miss this. And where's RP on using his "voice" to address the fraudulent election process, which would snuff out any chance of his "winning" no matter how many votes he really got? He's playing along with the establishment, pretending elections have integrity... in effect being nothing but a complicit steam release valve... again...

When presidential approval ratings are at all time lows (total admin approval I guess) the likelihood of a new attack rises dramatically.

the "approval polls" don't get a pass either- they're conducted and publicized by the same ZSM which is integral to the legit elections hoax.

Word of mouth doesn't match official election outcome? Exit polls are at odds with official election outcome? The truth-observers have no voice, and the ZSM will just ridicule & marginalize the "whiners" and spin tales about how what happened is legit etc.

CIA (proxy for their zio-bankster bosses) & Co have been rigging "elections" abroad for decades, where the populations are much less trusting of gummit/institutions than Americans (historically) are; and they know that even blatantly rigged elections don't have any real consequences beyond a few days of complaining by an informed minority of the population with no media voice.

Nothing matters in "electoral politics" until the integrity of the foundation- the election process itself, is fixed- returned to having full transparency & indisputable, auditable integrity.

Low-tech is best: paper ballots, hand counted, precinct by precinct under the watch of many citizen eyes; results made public immediately and passed up to add to the larger count.



The biggest hurtle is the jew media.

The biggest hurdle is ultimately the sham election process - after which the zio-decreed "winner" gets placed in the white house & wears the zio-meatshield outfit for 4 years.

As we've seen demonstrated in numerous "the ZSM is ignoring RP!!" threads here @ GSUS, and as we'll presumably continue to see for the next ~14 months: the ZSM's role will be to "manage perceptions" [read: systematically deceive] so that come Nov-12, the "outcome" of the fake election is not perceived by "most of the public" to be fraudulent.




worrying about how RP's running his campaign is like worrying about the deck chair arrangement on the titanic.... a diversion of precious energy from the core "problem" which must be remedied (reform the sham 'HAVA (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help_America_Vote_Act)' election process) before getting giddy over any "reformer candidate" (who ISN'T talking about the very election reform which would enable their actually winning...)

Until he makes the fake elections a central talking point of his campaign, raising public awareness & thereby inciting election reform; he'll remain, willfully, controlled opposition - a steam release valve.


"Sobering question" for those readers tempted to "expend your activist energies" following RP's every (fraudulent election omitting) word/ad/speech/debate; getting out the vote for RP; convincing your acquaintances of the virtues of RP, donating your MONEY to RP's campaign, etc:

Isn't that a tragic misallocation of your finite activist energies/resources, given that the very mechanics of the electoral voting/counting process which would allow RP to actually WIN & become president, are hopelessly non-transparent, demonstrably rigged/fraudulent, and therefore a completely illegitimate sham?

RP talks about many exciting reforms, and attracting strong supporters of his message accordingly; but he's not talking about how he CAN'T WIN DUE TO THE SHAM MECHANICS OF OUR "ELECTIONS".

Instead, by "running for president", campaigning, debating, running ads on the ZSM etc-- all the while OMITTING discussion of the sham election process; he's enshrining the zio-establishment myth our "elections" have any sort of integrity such that he can actually win.

So it's "bitter medicine" to realize that by getting caught up in the virtues of RP's (spoken...) message; and by expending your activist energies/resources accordingly... all full of HOPE and VISIONS that he can actually "win", YOU TOO are playing a (diversionary) "audience clapping for Tinkerbell" role in the tragic deception which is our "democratic republic"... successfully distracted & deceived into thinking we're somehow governed "Of, By, And For The People"...

Wouldn't the highest & best expenditure of your activist energies/resources, be directed towards restoring transparency/auditability/integrity to our elections, such that the populace's "voice at the polls" could actually bring about real reform/change?

I only "pick on Ron Paul" in this thread because his campaign will inevitably be the focus of many bits & bytes exchanged at this messageboard. Realize of course, our sham "election" process, de facto [SPAWN OF THE] ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM (http://gold-silver.us/forum/showthread.php?23047-The-Zionist-Elephant-In-The-Room) that it is-- affects EVERY candidate, initiative, referendum, etc which appears on "the ballot".

I like Ron Paul, but I don't want him to win. If he did theoretically they'd just kill him, or collapse the economy and blame it on him/libertarianism. I'm just happy that he's out there educating people, since really that's what matters at the end of the day. He's waking a lot of people up (I was one of them back in his last presidential run.) One man cannot fix the problems we face, the people must suffer and experience completely collapse till they finally get it.

You do the forum a tremendous service in presenting this reality check. This is why GSUS is important because no matter who believes what, we respect the truth above all. For the sake of disclosure I admit to being a Ron Paul supporter. I have donated three times to the 2012 campaign, and regardless of what I'm about to say I agree you are near-ultimately right in the end.

Ron Paul appears to be a genuinely honest and good person - that alone is water to thirsty horses. In a way he is our messenger to the system that we refuse to roll over and will defend our ideals in our own way. He is the proverbial stick in the eye we've all been desperate to find, and the euphoria of his arrival on the cusp of absolute corruption is a powerful rallying cry.

Yet in the midst of these positives exists the totality of evil that dwarfs any manifestation of change. Ron Paul is a Porterhouse in front of a hungry lion. We know it's almost hopeless, but at the same time we support it because in America you can still make a stink with enough financial firepower. And that is why, ultimately, the Ron Paul campaign is important because it vitalizes those places we need to prevail as decent human beings with legitimate rage.

From a clinical point of view that sounds like his campaign is a drug, and let's face it there are drug-like qualities to the whole thing. But down deep, in my core, is a kicking and screaming individual demanding participation. That *does* want to try. That *does* want to see Ron Paul elected President. We can maintain the pressure with continued support instead of being marginalized as an early casualty. We CAN force the system to at least pay attention.

Some would ask what's the point? The point is this: the movement is growing. As the numbers of people that get it increases it creates a larger buffer for resisting. It becomes the agar that grows the bacteria of awareness into bigger colonies. This momentum of course hits headwinds like Bruce Fein and metered media exposure. And who knows - perhaps RP himself is ultimately corruptible as a mortal man.

But to say Ron Paul is unelectable remains a metric even you cannot prove. Most manipulations in the vote depend on believably slim margins. The reality appears to be his support is a good 10-15% percentage points beyond their formula. Television and radio remain potent reality shapers but the Internet remains a frontier to energize and coordinate. Regardless of a Paul win or lose, his supporters know the stakes and he is our conduit to put the system on notice that we are at the breaking point and ready to kick ass.

GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. -- It's deflated now, but a Ron Paul hot air balloon along the side of Interstate 85 caused traffic to slow down Thursday morning.

The balloon could be seen from a South Carolina Department Of Transportation camera.

DOT officials say the balloon had Ron Paul's name on it.

People looking at the balloon slowed down around Pelham Road in Greenville County causing a four-mile backup at one point.

SC Department of Public Safety spokesman Sid Gaulden told News 4 that the South Carolina Highway Patrol asked the operator of the hot air balloon, Remus Toppeta of Greer, to take it down because it was causing a hazard.

Gaudlin said SCHP gave Toppeta a written warning for improper lane use because the balloon was set up in the middle of the frontage road.

with Perry & Huntsman dropping out, we're left with close to a Romney vs. Paul situation. (Super-Sputum & Melonhead not withstanding).

Romney has some real weakness because of his Bain Capital background. keeping his wealth offshore in countries that are normally used for tax evasion. offshoring American jobs in his time in the private sector. being a chicken hawk.

Ron Paul is so much stronger in these key areas, including in pro-military states like South Carolina. I think he's done a good job in the debates of highlighting his strengths.

What's left is a VICIOUS (but well-thought-out) no-holds-barred attack on Romney. including dovetailing Ron Paul's attacks with other candidates attacks on Romney - if Gingrich & Super-Sputum are hammering on Romney about tax evasion, it creates a chance for Ron Paul to emphasize his military service and opposition to abortion - things that resonate with prototypical conservative voters.

I would not be surprised to wake up some morning to find out that Romney has fvcked up big-time-enough to leave Ron Paul as Last Man Standing. Of course this is the nightmare of Dick Morris and the other Jews.

I think the answer to your question is this. Ron Paul knows that it does not matter if he wins or not. The Republic cannot be saved, and if he were to find himself in a position of power, THE PTB WOULD USE HIM AS AN EXCUSE FOR THE INEVITABLE FALL OF THE REPUBLIC.

The only thing that matters now, is how long it takes us to form a new Republic. It will take much less time if Ron can plant the seeds of liberty in as many minds as possible before the dark ages come.

Okay. It's time somebody says it. Something seems very strange about the GOP primary pre-polling and vote thus far.

As a Ron Paul fan, I didn't want to seem like a sore loser after the odd Iowa result where the failed no-name Senator, Rick Santorum, was catapulted to victory with very little tangible support.

But, now, how on earth could Newt Gingrich win the South Carolina primary when the day before the vote he had to cancel a major campaign stop because of lack of attendance?

Primary elections are traditionally driven by enthusiasm. In other words, the average voter does not turn out for primaries unless they are motivated by a certain candidate. So, could someone please explain to me how Newt Gingrich, who has virtually no ground game, no money, and no fervent supporters, just won the South Carolina primary?

Could the conspiracy to keep Ron Paul out of the Oval Office be this coordinated, this pervasive?

The Iowa caucus is only a few days away and the nation's attention will be directed to the results, which signify the beginning of the U.S. presidential race. But does anyone watch who tallies the results of the Iowa caucus?

The Iowa caucus results were tallied in 2004 by a company that is headed by a man whose company was bought by Elron Electronics, the Israeli defense firm. I suspect that it will be the same this year. Don't expect to see any grassroots political activists doing the tally in Iowa. The Israeli defense establishment takes care of that part of the American "democratic" election process.

In the summer of 2004, I first learned that a foreign and out-of-state company using Interactive Voice Response (IVR) technology tallied the Iowa caucus results.

The system used to tally the 2004 Iowa caucus results was provided by a company called Voxeo, which was apparently based in Orlando, Florida. (Yellow flag goes up in the mind of those familiar with Orlando and electronic vote fraud history. See Bollyn article on Yang below.)

The calls from the nearly 2,000 caucus centers in Iowa went to a Voxeo call center in Atlanta, Georgia.

On January 31, 2005, I wrote to Michelle Bauer, Iowa's Secretary of State with some questions about the use of Voxeo, a foreign company located in Florida, to tally the results of the Iowa caucus:

Subject: How was the Iowa Caucus Tallied?

Dear Sirs,

When I visited the headquarters of the Democratic Party in Des Moines last summer, I learned that the tally of the Iowa caucus had been "out-sourced" to a company in Atlanta, Georgia.

What this means is that the tallying of the Iowa caucus results was done over the telephone, using the touch-tone buttons, to enter the results from each caucus location…

I am interested in how this was done, and why. Why did the Democratic Party allow the crucial tally of the caucus results to be done by a company in Atlanta? Don't they trust their own math skills?

Can any of you provide any information about this matter?

I am responding to you about how the caucus results for the Iowa Democratic Party were tallied on the night of the nation's first caucus. After checking my sources, I can assure you that it is correct that an out-of-state telephone/computer system tallied the Iowa precinct results.

The system used was provided by Voxeo Corporation based in Orlando, Florida. The calls went from Iowa to a call center in Atlanta, Georgia.

This information was first provided to me last August by John McCormally, Communications Director for the Iowa Democratic Party in Des Moines, Iowa.

Today I called Voxeo (800) 305-5771 in Orlando and although I didn't go into detail, the receptionist confirmed that Voxeo had conducted the telephone tally of the Iowa Democratic Caucus results.

How is it that you don't know that?

McCormally told me that chairmen were selected in all 1,993 precincts and these chairmen called in on touch-tone phones and after giving their PIN number, were able to enter the results from their precinct using the touch-tone number pad.

I'm not going to go into great detail at this point, but this procedure of using an out-of-state computer company to tally the precinct results for the Iowa Democratic Caucus lacks the transparency and openness that one might expect in this exercise in grass-roots poll.

Clearly, if someone wanted to adjust the results, it would be the easiest thing to do to do it through this computer system in Orlando, Florida. The Democrats in Iowa would never be aware of it, regardless of their math skills, unless the paper results were carefully audited in an open and honest manner.

Now, who really is Voxeo, and why are the Iowa caucus results tallied by them? I don't know if the 2008 Iowa results will be tallied in the same way, but I wouldn't doubt it.

This is important information that Americans need to know and which they will not find in the Zionist-controlled media in the United States. It needs to be understood that the entire election process in the United States is a fraud. The sine qua non of an honest and transparent election process is the open counting of the votes by the voters themselves in each polling station in front of the open eyes of other citizens and members of the media. This is what Americans MUST get back to, in every polling station in the nation: paper ballots that are hand counted in front of the public.

I realize that people claim vote fraud at every turn, some don't trust electronic voting, others don't trust paper ballots. I do not doubt that voter fraud goes on, but this instance is on a mass scale and very very blatant. Action must be taken, this is not acceptable and if it is accepted than all of our other work is for naught. We can read, write and inform others about the issues of liberty, but if voting is rigged than absolutely no "non violent revolution" can ever take place.

Like JFK said, "those who make peaceful revolution impossible, make violent revolutions inevitable" remember these words.

In the first 4 states of 2012 Ron Paul got anywhere from 2 to 5 times as many votes as he did in 2008 and you mean to tell me that all the hard work that the Paul supporters did in Nevada only netted 86 votes in an entire state? Give me a break, this is voter fraud of the highest degree. I demand a recount, and possibly a revote, whatever is necessary.

Do not just sit on this information! Demand justice! Explain this to everyone that you know.

Sounds like a game changer.If I'm reading you right, I share your skepticism.

But I basically won't be happy until RP himself uses his platform to raise national awareness/activism demanding return to paper ballot elections, hand counted at every precinct at poll closing time.

As a practical matter, as many precincts are burdened by "long ballots" IE ~50 votable selections from federal down through state & local, I'd say some MIX of hand-count portion mixed with machine count for everything below say, federal or maybe state- might be a workable solution.

KEY is that ballots are ALL PAPER, auditable in all cases by hand-recount as necessary.

My concern with this latest RP development, or WRT this PAC (not even clear on what the relationship is between RP's official campaign & this PAC)- is that it ends up being the predictable formula where the RP voters upset over this most recent daytime robbery, get pacified feeling "good, they're doing something about this!", then a little time goes by, yada yada & in the end nothing whatsoever changes.

RP needs to prove himself through PERSONALLY stumping on this fake election issue. Without that, all his latest "campaign messages" about The Way Things Oughta Be, are for naught. RP's having once uttered the Stalin/elections/counting quote some years ago, is wholly inadequate today where the rubber is meeting the road.

A blackout is defined as "a suppression, as of news, by censorship," which is exactly what the controlled media is doing in its handling of the Ron Paul revolution. Ron Paul represents the hopes and dreams of millions of Americans for honest government and a return to true American values, as defined by the U.S. Constitution. After what we have seen this November, how is any American ever supposed to trust the integrity of our elections ever again? There were over 70,000 reports of voting problems on election day, and there are numerous eyewitnesses that claim that they saw voting machines change votes for one candidate to another candidate right in front of their eyes. In several of the swing states there were counties where the number of registered voters exceeded the total voting age population by a very wide margin. How in the world does that happen? Some of the vote totals that were reported in some of the most important swing states were completely and totally absurd, and yet we are just supposed to accept them on blind faith without ever being able to ask any questions.

#1 According to the Election Protection Coalition, voters across the United States reported more than 70,000 voting problems (http://blog.chron.com/txpotomac/2012/11/thousands-report-voting-problems/) by 5 PM Eastern time on election day.
#2 There were 59 voting divisions (http://articles.philly.com/2012-11-12/news/35069785_1_romney-supporters-mitt-romney-sasha-issenberg) in the city of Philadelphia where Mitt Romney did not receive a single vote. In those voting divisions, the combined vote total was 19,605 for Barack Obama and 0 for Mitt Romney.
#3 The overall voter turnout rate in Philadelphia was only about 60 percent (http://articles.philly.com/2012-11-09/news/34995157_1_voter-turnout-president-obama-gop-voters). #4 According to WND (http://www.wnd.com/2012/11/poll-watcher-sees-romney-ballots-changed/), one poll watcher in Pennsylvania actually claims that he witnessed voting machine software repeatedly switch votes from Mitt Romney to Barack Obama…
It was in Upper Macungie Township, near Allentown, Pa., where an auditor, Robert Ashcroft, was dispatched by Republicans to monitor the vote on Election Day. He said the software he observed would “change the selection back to default – to Obama.” He said that happened in about 5 percent to 10 percent of the votes. He said the changes appeared to have been made by a software program. Ashcroft said the format for computer programming has a default status, and in this case it appeared to be designating a vote for Obama each time it went to default.
#5 Somehow Mitt Romney won 55 out of the 67 counties in the state of Pennsylvania (http://www.rightsidenews.com/2012111617392/us/politics-and-economics/22-signs-that-voter-fraud-is-wildly-out-of-control-and-the-election-was-a-sham.html#.UKEjA_8mBAM.facebook) and still managed to lose the entire state by a wide margin because of the absurd vote totals that Obama ran up in the urban areas.

The Democrats stationed a self described “BIG Chicago pro bono attorney” as one of their two observers at this small polling place. He remained at the polling place from 7:00 a.m. until well after 8:p.m. …..A high priced CHICAGO attorney, sitting in a Sheboygan WISCONSIN polling place, observing wards comprised of 1500 voters? …. WHY???
Why would someone from Chicago be observing in Sheboygan Wisconsin? And WHY at such a small polling place? Finally, isn’t it interesting that this would occur at the VERY polling place in which all of the above described events ALSO occurred? AGAIN WHY WOULD A CHICAGO ATTORNEY BE OBSERVING AN ELECTION POLLING PLACE WITH FEWER THAN 1500 VOTERS IN IT, IN SHEBOYGAN WISCONSIN? Of all the places where there has been suspected voting irregularities, and OUTRIGHT FRAUD throughout the ENTIRE United States, WHY HERE? WHY SHEBOYGAN? WHY THIS SMALL WARD?
This lawyer spent the day running in and out making, and taking calls, which coincidentally then coincided with influxes of groups of individuals by the van and bus loads, coming in to register, AND VOTE, using what appeared to be copied Allient energy bills. These individuals often did not have photo I.D.’s, could not remember their own addresses without looking at the paper, and became easily tripped, confused and annoyed when questioned.
Many of these same individuals, just so happened to be dressed in/wearing CHICAGO BEARS apparel, and whom openly discussed “catching busses back to Chicago” with each other, with poll workers, via their cell phones in the lobby area just outside the polling place, as well as in the parking lot, both before and AFTER registering and voting.
One woman was dressed head to toe in CHICAGO BEARS apparel including perfectly manicured BEARS fake fingernails!
She complained because registering was taking too long and she had to hurry up to catch her bus back to Chicago.
We have photos of these people in vehicles with plates from different states, photos of them leaving the polls, and other irregularities.

Aiding Obama’s win was a devious suppression of the conservative vote. The conservative-leaning military vote has decreased (http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2012/10/01/military-ballot-requests-down-in-key-battleground-states/) drastically since 2010 due to the so-called Military Voter Protection Act that was enacted into law the year before. It has made it so difficult for overseas military personnel to obtain absentee ballots that in Virginia and Ohio there has been a 70% decrease in requests for ballots since 2008. In Virginia, almost 30,000 fewer overseas military voters requested ballots than in 2008. In Ohio, more than 20,000 fewer overseas military voters requested ballots. This is significant considering Obama won in both states by a little over 100,000 votes.

The CBS television station in Phoenix, KPHO, announced the results of the November 6 presidential election on October 19, more than two weeks before the election! These are the weird things that happen when elections are run by the media and private voting machine companies. Elections in the United States are not in the hands of the citizenry. The fundamental problem with elections in the United States is that the votes are not counted by the citizens in each polling station as they should be. We do not have transparent and open elections. We have lost our democratic franchise.

In a proper democratic election, like this one in France, the citizens count the votes openly in front of the public in each polling station. Without this most essential aspect, an election is neither transparent nor authentic. The U.S. presidential election on November 6 will be stolen, just like every election since 2000 has been, using electronic voting machines that are designed to steal elections. Even The Christian Science Monitor has caught on to the systemic vote fraud in U.S. elections with its recent article titled, “Could e-voting machines in Election 2012 be hacked? Yes.”

The evil character in the new James Bond film says he can throw an election to the highest bidder using computers, but he oddly uses Uganda as his example target - not the United States. Perhaps they don't want to be too obvious for the naive American voters who still believe their vote really counts. Why is it so easy to accept that massive vote fraud happens in places like Uganda, but not the United States? When was the last time you saw the votes being tallied by the citizens in a polling station in America?

YOU CALL THIS AN ELECTION? - The battered and chained eagle on the cover of Atlantic magazine represents the sad state of our elections - and our republic.

By now, it should be obvious that electronic voting machines are actually designed to steal elections. There is no valid reason why citizens in a free republic should allow a machine to control the most crucial aspect of their elections: the counting of the votes. In an authentic democratic election the votes should be openly counted in front of the press and the public in every polling station across the nation. It is very simple, inexpensive, and precise.

Most importantly, the open and public counting of the votes is the sine qua non, the absolutely indispensable aspect of a democratic election because the citizens’ tally of the votes in every polling station is what authenticates a proper democratic election. With the possible exception of a few rural counties, the vote counting and authentication process is no longer done by the citizens. This is to say that the elections in the United States are neither transparent nor democratic. In our American republic the representation is a fiction, as Thomas Paine said. The election has been stolen before we even cast our votes.

The counting of the votes in each polling station in front of the public is what makes the tally authentic. This is the most simple and transparent way to conduct a democratic election. It is time for Americans to return to this simple and fool-proof method of voting.

I wrote my first article about the subject of electronic vote fraud, “The Death of Democracy or May the Best Hacker Win,” the week before the 2000 election. I soon realized that the criminal network behind the electronic voting systems was stealing our elections in order to control our nation. The installment of the un-elected Bush administration in the White House in 2001 and its subsequent failure to investigate the false-flag terror attacks of 9-11 confirmed the criminal nature of the regime that had been put in power through vote fraud.

Now it has been reported that there are connections between Mitt Romney’s Bain Capital and Hart InterCivic, one of the companies that manufactures the electronic voting machines used in Ohio. Ohio is a “swing state” and the Hart voting machines are used in Hamilton County, the metropolitan area of Cincinnati. If Hamilton County swings for Romney there will certainly be questions raised about these connections, but by then the election will be over and even the most blatant cases of vote fraud are seldom news for more than a day or two.

Ohio’s Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner commissioned the Project Everest Report in 2007. The study was a “Risk Assessment Study of Ohio Voting Systems” to examine and evaluate the electronic voting systems used in Ohio. About the Hart machines, the report found a list of failures:

• Failure to effectively protect election data integrity
• Failure to eliminate or document unsafe functionality
• Failure to protect election from “Malicious Insiders”
• Failure to provide trustworthy auditing

The final evaluation for the Hart voting machines indicates that these machines were evidently designed to allow tampering with the results: “The researchers concluded that virtually every ballot, vote, election result, and audit log is ‘forgeable or otherwise manipulatable by an attacker with even brief access to the voting systems.’”

The report also evaluated the iVotronic voting machine manufactured by ES&S of Omaha. Again the study found that the machine was designed to facilitate tampering with the tally: The researchers found that access to administrative and voter functions are protected with “ineffective security mechanisms.”

The Ohio report concluded that the central server, software, and the precinct-based components for both DRE and optical scan voting machines “lack the fundamental technical controls necessary to guarantee a trustworthy election under operational conditions.” This is intentional, of course.

The ES&S machines also received a failing grade in security with vulnerabilities that were described as “pervasive, critical failures.”

• Failure to protect election data and software
• Failure to effectively control access to election operations
• Failure to correctly implement security mechanisms
• Failure to follow standard software and security engineering practices

About the ES&S machines, which are used in many states across America, “the researchers concluded that many of the most serious vulnerabilities in the ES&S system arise from the incorrect use of security technologies such as cryptography. This effectively neutralizes several basic security features, exposing the system and its data to misuse or manipulation.”

The report found that the ES&S voting machines were wide open to tampering: “The researchers discovered ‘exploitable vulnerabilities’ that allowed even persons with limited access – such as voters or poll workers – to compromise voting machines and election results, or to inject and spread software viruses into the central election management system."

Why is Ohio still using these seriously flawed voting machines in 2012? Why are the citizens of Ohio, or any other state, still voting on machines in which “every ballot, vote, election result, and audit log is ‘forgeable or otherwise manipulatable by an attacker with even brief access to the voting systems?” It just doesn’t make any sense unless one realizes that the system is designed for cheating on a massive scale.

Which raises the question, who is supposed to be overseeing the use of these machines at the federal level?

As Ohio’s Project EVEREST (i.e. Evaluation and Validation of Election Related Equipment, Standards and Testing) study says:

In 2002, the United States Congress adopted the Help America Vote Act of 2002 (HAVA), which aimed to improve the administration of elections in the United States. With the enactment of HAVA, new voting system requirements were established, and a national program was implemented to provide states with the funds necessary to replace punch card and lever voting systems with new, qualifying systems.

HAVA also created the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) and transferred the responsibility of developing voting system standards from the Federal Election Commission (FEC) to the EAC. Through HAVA, the EAC was also tasked with establishing the federal government’s first voting system certification program.

Well then, who is running the U.S. Election Assistance Commission, which is responsible for voting system standards and certifying the voting machines we vote on?

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (vacant)

It is a sign of the times that during the year leading up to the 2012 election there has been no Executive Director of the EAC. Thomas R. Wilkey submitted his resignation as executive director effective November 30, 2011. As the EAC website (http://www.eac.gov/about_the_eac/staff.aspx) says: “HAVA states that if the executive director position becomes vacant, the general counsel of the commission serves as acting executive director until the commission appoints a replacement.
GENERAL COUNSEL (vacant)

“EAC’s general counsel, in accordance with HAVA, is appointed to a four-year term and may serve additional terms by a vote of the Commission. The general counsel serves under the executive director and is responsible for reviewing all guidance, guidelines, best practices as well as overseeing compliance.”

But there is no general counsel either at the EAC. Mark A. Robbins submitted his resignation as general counsel effective May 15, 2012.

How odd. The federal commission responsible for voting systems has had no executive director or general counsel during the six months before a general election! This is an agency that is clearly not working. So, who are the political appointees on “the commission” responsible for this utter failure to regulate the voting systems in the United States?

The EAC Commissioners’ webpage is blank except for this one paragraph:

The Help America Vote Act of 2002 (HAVA) specifies that four commissioners are nominated by the President on recommendations from the majority and minority leadership in the U.S. House and U.S. Senate. No more than two commissioners may belong to the same political party. Once confirmed by the full Senate, commissioners may serve two consecutive terms. HAVA states that members of the commission shall continue to serve past their expired term until a successor takes office. There are four vacancies on the commission.

THE FRAUDSTER IN CHIEF

It seems that Alice P. Miller, the chief operating officer (COO), has assumed the executive responsibilities of the U.S. Election Assistance Commission, including the most critical task of testing and certifying the voting systems being used. When Miller was appointed to the COO position at the EAC in May 2008 there was a chorus of protest concerning her record of involvement in fraud (http://www.zoominfo.com/CachedPage/?archive_id=0&page_id=-1655788183&page_url=//www.countedascast.com/usa/alicemiller_boee.php&page_last_updated=2012-04-29T03:40:26&firstName=Alice&lastName=Miller) at the D.C. Board of Elections and Ethics (BOEE), where she was Executive Director.

The evidence indicates that Miller was involved in a criminal scheme to obtain $12,000 pay raises for herself and a colleague, and to collect $22,000 in back pay, each. In order to do this, she drafted two memorandums that falsely claimed that the pay raises were authorized and legal - the day after the changes in their job classification and pay had been improperly entered into a computerized payroll system. In 2003, the same year she was investigated for criminal fraud, Miller became the first African-American president (http://votingmachines.procon.org/view.source.php?sourceID=001307) of the National Association of State Election Directors.

In May 2008, when Miller was appointed as COO, an EAC press release (http://www.eac.gov/eac_selects_d.c._elections_director_for_chief_oper ating_officer_post_/) said:

"Ms. Miller will oversee the day-to-day operations at the EAC in six program areas: Voting Systems Testing and Certification, HAVA Funding, Election Administration Improvement Programs, Research, Administration and Human Resources."

Instead of being prosecuted for her crimes, Miller was promoted to a higher federal position. This is, of course, the way a crimocracy works and this is exactly the kind of regimes we are fostering in Iraq, Afghanistan, and the former republics of the Soviet Union.

ALICE P. MILLER - Without an executive director, general counsel, or any commissioners, the crucial responsibilities at the U.S. Election Assistance Commission have all devolved upon the chief operating officer, Alice Miller, who is currently running the agency that oversees U.S. elections. Miller has a documented history of unprosecuted criminal fraud (http://www.dcwatch.com/govern/ig030522.htm). She seems to have found the perfect federal job for herself certifying the fraudulent voting systems being used to steal our elections.

So we have a federal election agency, run by a known fraudster, certifying the fraudulent voting systems Americans vote on. No wonder voting machines that are so easily tampered with are still being used across the nation. The whole system is clearly designed to steal our elections, which is the real purpose of the voting machines in the first place. It’s time to go back to hand-counted paper ballots counted in every polling station in America. It’s time to take our republic back.

Unlike what you have been told, Ahmadenijad is not getting ousted. Iran has term limits that are exactly the same as America's, and Ahmadenijad has served his 8 years. Most likely he would win in a landslide absent term limits. Contrary to what you have been told, Iranian elections are not rigged. They all take place with public counts of anonymously cast hand counted paper ballots, the exact same way New Hampshire does it in America. Furthermore, if I remember right, the ballots in Iran have two parts that separate and you get to keep your ballot number, and can then check that number against public record to ensure your vote was counted correctly while remaining completely anonymous.

It is America with the rigged elections, where except in a few jurisdictions, your vote goes into a black hole with no way to know how it got counted. The zionist media in America can STUFF IT with their lies about elections. The Israeli made electronic voting machines in America keep everything secret and can be tweaked at will, and if you are smart enough to find this site, I don't need to tell you that. The lawsuit alleged that:


The RNC and RSC targeted minority voters in New Jersey in an effort to intimidate them.



The RNC created a voter challenge list by mailing sample ballots to individuals in precincts with a high percentage of racial or ethnic minority registered voters. Then the RNC put the names of individuals whose postcards were returned as undeliverable on a list of voters to challenge at the polls.



The RNC enlisted the help of off-duty sheriffs and police officers with “National Ballot Security Task Force” armbands, to intimidate voters by standing at polling places in minority precincts during voting. Some of the officers allegedly wore firearms in a visible manner.

To settle the lawsuit, in 1982 — while Ronald Reagan was President (1981-1989) — the RNC and RSC entered into an agreement or Consent Decree, which is national in scope, limiting the RNC’s ability to engage or assist in voter fraud prevention unless the RNC obtains the court’s approval in advance. The following is what the RNC and RSC, in the Consent Decree, agreed they would do:
[I]n the future, in all states and territories of the United States:
(a) comply with all applicable state and federal laws protecting the rights of duly qualified citizens to vote for the candidate(s) of their choice;
(b) in the event that they produce or place any signs which are part of ballot security activities, cause said signs to disclose that they are authorized or sponsored by the party committees and any other committees participating with the party committees;
(c) refrain from giving any directions to or permitting their agents or employees to remove or deface any lawfully printed and placed campaign materials or signs;
(d) refrain from giving any directions to or permitting their employees to campaign within restricted polling areas or to interrogate prospective voters as to their qualifications to vote prior to their entry to a polling place;
(e) refrain from undertaking any ballot security activities in polling places or election districts where the racial or ethnic composition of such districts is a factor in the decision to conduct, or the actual conduct of, such activities there and where a purpose or significant effect of such activities is to deter qualified voters from voting; and the conduct of such activities disproportionately in or directed toward districts that have a substantial proportion of racial or ethnic populations shall be considered relevant evidence of the existence of such a factor and purpose;
(f) refrain from having private personnel deputized as law enforcement personnel in connection with ballot security activities.
The RNC also agreed that the RNC, its agents, servants, and employees would be bound by the Decree, “whether acting directly or indirectly through other party committees.”
As modified in 1987, the Consent Decree defined “ballot security activities” to mean “ballot integrity, ballot security or other efforts to prevent or remedy vote fraud.”
Since 1982, that Consent Decree has been renewed every year by the original judge, Carter appointee District Judge Dickinson R. The RNC argues that the District Court abused its discretion by modifying the Decree as it did and by declining to vacate the Decree. Guy Benson of Townhall.com (http://townhall.com/tipsheet/guybenson/2012/11/12/the_400000_votes_that_tipped_the_election) points out that in last Tuesday’s election, Obama only won by 406,348 votes in 4 states:


Florida: 73,858
Ohio: 103,481
Virginia: 115,910
Colorado: 113,099

Those four states, with a collective margin of 406,348 votes for Obama, add up to 69 electoral votes. Had Romney won 407,000 or so additional votes in the right proportion in those states, he would have 275 electoral votes.
All four states showed Romney ahead in the days leading up to the election. But on November 6, Romney lost all four states by a substantial margin, all of which have precincts that inexplicably went 99% for Obama, had voter registrations that exceeded their population, and had experienced problems with voting machines.
This election was stolen by the Democrats via vote fraud. Despite all the evidence of fraud, the Republican Party has been strangely silent about it.
Now you know why.
I’ll leave you with one last, even more disturbing thought: The RNC and DNC made their Consent Decree 30 years ago, in 1982. The agreement in effect gives a carte blanche to the Democrat Party to commit vote fraud in every voting district across America that has, in the language of the Consent Decree, “a substantial proportion of racial or ethnic populations.” The term “substantial proportion” is not defined.
The Democrat Party knew this 30 years ago, more than enough time to put a plan in place to identify and groom their “perfect candidate” — in the words of Sen. Harry Reid (http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/washington/2010/01/harry-reid-barack-obama.html) (D-NV) in 2008, a “light-skinned” black Democrat who has “no Negro dialect unless he wanted to have one.”


Being a black Democrat, this perfect candidate would get the support of almost all black Americans (96% in 2008 (http://www.usnews.com/opinion/articles/2008/11/06/5-voting-demographics-where-barack-obama-made-headlines)!) and other racial minorities (two-thirds of Hispanics in 2008).



Being a “light-skinned” black with “no Negro dialect”, this perfect candidate would get the support of white Americans perpetually guilt-ridden about America’s original sin of slavery.

It doesn’t matter if this “perfect candidate” has dubious Constitutional eligibility to be president. They would see to it that his original birth certificate (if there is one) would never see the light of day. The same with his other documents — his passports, school and college records, draft registration, and medical records (so we’ll never know why Obama has that very long scar running from one side of his head, over the crown, to the other side (http://fellowshipofminds.wordpress.com/2011/04/08/what-are-those-scars-on-obamas-head/)).
Now, we understand the significance of the account Tom Fife (http://fellowshipofminds.wordpress.com/2010/05/24/obama-a-sleeper-agent-for-world-communism/) wrote during the 2008 presidential campaign. Fife, a U.S. government contractor, claims that in 1992 while he was visiting Moscow, a woman with undying allegiance to Soviet Communism (the Soviet Union had recently collapsed, on December 31, 1991) told him that a black man named Barack, born of a white American woman and an African male, was being groomed by communists to be, and would be elected, President of the United States.

In 2008, this “perfect candidate” won the presidential election. And despite his many failures in his first term, he would be reelected in 2012 for a second term via massive vote fraud. But nothing would be done about the vote fraud, because of that Consent Decree signed by the RNC 30 years ago.
The Republican Party is dead — and with it, the U.S. two-party system as well — and the sooner we voters recognize that the better.

The question that remains is whether the American Republic is also dead.

1. If you are a registered Republican, QUIT! Switch your voter registration ID to non-partisan Independent.

The numbers don't add up, obviously. Ron Paul wins straw poll after straw poll, he wins hack-proof online polls such as AOL's and he gets unprecedented donations and still he gets wiped out by the Diebold machines, which was expected. Blackboxvoting.org has shown us how it is done. The exact same Diebold machines that were exposed in "Hacking Democracy" two years ago were used in New Hampshire yesterday to manage 81% of the primary ballots. Then we learned that the 2004 Iowa Caucus voting was handled by an Israeli-owned company, Elron. Were things different this year? Who is behind John Silvestro and his LHS company that counted the New Hampshire vote?


We should stop hoping that we can beat the house and its rigged roulette wheel, its programmed slot machines and its marked decks and loaded dice.


The Ron Paul campaign was given millions of dollars to clean out the corruption in the federal government. This will be impossible if vote fraud prevents Ron Paul from winning, despite his wild and growing popularity. Vote fraud is at the center of official corruption and will always prevent investigation and prosecution of those involved in criminal behavior.


The campaign should now shift gears and announce that vote fraud has clearly destroyed the American political process, as proven by the Collier brothers, by Jim Condit, Bev Harris, Harri Hursti and the Public Broadcasting System and by many others.


Vote fraud must now be the target of the Ron Paul Revolution. Ron Paul can make a calm announcement that calls for an audit of the vote-counting machine from one end to the other. The audit can be made by the Ron Paul campaign, which can now afford to do it. He should recommend that the General Accounting Office and Federal Election Commission assist the campaign's audit. He can invite the GOP and Democratic Party to participate. If they refuse for any reason, their refusal will prove that they know about the vote fraud and are willing participants.


Ron Paul should announce that fair elections cannot be held until it is proven that the vote counting process is honest and trustworthy. The best weapon his campaign has in the 2006 PBS program, "Hacking Democracy." Bev Harris' ongoing work at Blackboxvoting.org can be revealed to millions of Americans now, with the millions of dollars entrusted to the Ron Paul Revolution. The two Ohio election officials recently sentenced to prison for the 2004 vote fraud were exposed by Blackboxvoting's great work, which can be seen in the PBS program.


Ron Paul should file suit to order a suspension of the primary process until a comprehensive audit of the vote counting process has been completed and all doubts as to its honesty are removed. Computers must be outlawed in the vote-counting process. The only way to ensure honest elections is with paper ballots and receipts, as the Collier brothers proved in their groundbreaking book, Votescam. They showed that there are dozens of ways to steal the vote as long as machines are used to count it. The question we must all ask is, "Who programs the computers that count the votes?"


Ron Paul should demand that paper ballots be counted by hand in the open and measured against paper receipts in the event of a disputed result. But first, there must be an audit of the process we have been under for decades, to show how we have been cheated and defrauded.

A top Republican internet strategist who was set to testify in a case alleging election tampering in 2004 in Ohio has died in a plane crash. Mike Connell was the chief IT consultant to Karl Rove and created websites for the Bush and McCain electoral campaigns. He also set up the official Ohio state election website reporting the 2004 presidential election returns.

Connell was reportedly an experienced pilot. He died instantly Friday night when his private plane crashed in a residential neighborhood near Akron, Ohio.

Michael Connell was deposed one day before the election this year by attorneys Cliff Arnebeck and Bob Fitrakis about his actions during the 2004 vote count and his access to Karl Roves email files and how they went missing.

Velvet Revolution, a non-profit investigating Connells activities, revealed this weekend that Connell had recently said he was afraid George Bush and Dick Cheney would throw [him] under the bus. Cliff Arnebeck had also previously alerted Attorney General Michael Mukasey to alleged threats from Karl Rove to Connell if he refused to take the fall.

Now we get back to what the Network America Ewire usually does – bring you hard to find (often “incredible”) facts and news. And this ewire contains such information. But first –

So, in the fall of 2012, a month or so before the Presidential election, Ohio Secretary of State John Husted was the speaker at a Tea Party meeting held at a reception hall in Delhi, a community on the extreme west side of Greater Cincinnati, Ohio.

About 150 people were in attendance. John Husted is a well groomed, all American looking man in his early 40s. He was clearly doing everything he could to minimize the retail vote fraud that a disturbing number of Democratic oriented groups on the left seem to specialize in.

Husted has clearly inherited the rotten secret, computerized system we “vote” under, and his answer to my question showed that he would like to do something about it.

The whole evening was professionally audio-taped, and soon our exchange will be up on YouTube so you can hear it for yourself.
After complimenting him for the efforts he was making, I asked a somewhat complicated question that lasted about 90 seconds to 2 minutes. For the purpose of this Ewire, I will focus on one aspect of the question, and Ohio Secretary of State Husted’s answer.

My question culminated with asking the Ohio Secretary of State if it was true that the Election Officials in each of the 88 counties of Ohio signed a contract with the private vendor that they (the election officials) could NOT look at the computerized election software that was telling the computers what to do on election night.

Mr. Husted agreed in his answer that this was the case, and stated that if someone would file suit maybe they could do something about it.

(I appreciated Mr. Husted’s candor. If he had called me a “conspiracy theorist”, or ridiculed me in front of the crowd, he could have easily dismissed me and avoided the question. But he did not do that – he gave a straight answer.)

Now, understand, this incredible state of affairs prevails not only in Ohio, but in all 49 states, with the only exception I’m aware of in 20% of the state of New Hampshire, where neighborhood citizens still count the paper ballots by hand, in the polling place BEFORE the ballots are taken from public sight. (This would be easily possible in the entire country, which is explained in an article linked on the home page at votefraud.org )

Furthermore, there are only FOUR major vendors, which service about 96% of the counties in the USA. These were ES & S (Election Systems and Software), Hart Civic, Sequoia, and Diebold.

ES & S was trying to buy Diebold a few years ago, and I’m not sure where that stands.

TAKE NOTE: ES & S “counts” 60% of the ballots in the country every election day, primary and general. (All this and much more can be found in veteran reporter Ronnie Dugger’s article, “How They Could Steal the Election This Time”, linked on the right hand column of the home page at votefraud.org ).

Computerized voting began to be used circa 1973, but was consolidated in 49 states and half of New Hampshire by the Presidential Election of 1988.

How did this happen? The crooks behind the National Democratic Committee and the National Republican Party have urged, cajoled, and who-knows-what-elsed the state and local Party leaders to adopt one of these four mega-election vendors in their respective counties. It’s easy! And the private vendors will take care of everything!

And, the 5 major TV networks, AP wire, Clear Channel, the New York Times, and the Washington Post – protect the whole sordid situation by never mentioning. (We’ll go into the roll of the 5 Big TV Networks and AP wire, in a coming Network America e-wire.)

All of the four mega-vendors demand that the local election officials sign a contract which says that they can NOT look at the software which tells the local election computers what to do on election night. And all the election systems for 3131 out of our 3141 counties in the USA --

also demand that the citizens, the candidates, and the local press people are NOT allowed to examine or count any actual ballots on election day, or for about 21 days thereafter (plenty of time for someone to switch, or “doctor”, some or all of the ballots).

Finally, these secretly counted elections are unconstitutional and illegal.

* computer counts violate at least two standing US Supreme Court decisions, namely, US v Mosely, 1915, and Reynolds v Sims, 1964 . . . * In both cases, the US Supreme Court said that our right to vote consists of two parts: a) the right to cast a ballot; b) the right to KNOW that our vote has been counted accurately. When the “count” is conducted in secret (within a computer) powered by secretly programmed software (with source code usually programmed by persons unknown to even the local election officials) – then the second part of our right to vote is being violated and nullified.

You and I, as the voter, are still allowed to cast a ballot, but we have NO WAY to know whether our vote is counted accurately. (Once the ballots are snatched from the people and judges in the local, neighborhood polling places – the chain of evidence is broken, and can never be restored.

* Another US Supreme Court decision, Westbury v. Sanders, 1964, stated that all other rights, even the most basic, are illusory if the right to vote is undermined.

I’ve been doggedly trodding this road since 1979. The incredible thing is that so many otherwise intelligent people have allowed the USA to be reduced to, in effect, a tin horn dictatorship, or a Communist-style country with regard to elections – where our votes are “counted” in secret, on secret computer programs, by a relative handful of the Ruling Elite. This negligence includes not only the election officials themselves, but all the groups and leaders who participate, or comment on, elections, --- such as the NRA, Right to Life, the Campaign for Liberty, and all of the national Tea Party organizations, Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh, Bill O’Reilly, Meet the Press, etc. etc. etc. etc.

Last year ended with a number of voter database breaches — from the Sanders/Clinton/DNC database kerfuffle (http://bradblog.com/?p=11480) to the discovery of the still-mysterious posting of some 191 million voter records (http://www.politico.com/story/2015/12/voter-registration-data-exposed-217172) online shortly thereafter.

But those concerns may pale in comparison to the fact that the nation is about to begin voting in Presidential primaries and caucuses using electronic voting systems and tabulators that have failed time and again, that remain vulnerable to both malfunction and malfeasance, and that are often impossible for the public to oversee in any meaningful way.

Joining us to discuss the voter database breaches as well as concerns about election integrity and oversight in early caucus and primary states such as Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina, Nevada and beyond is Bev Harris of BlackBoxVoting.org (http://blackboxvoting.org/).

Harris, the election integrity watchdog featured in HBO’s Emmy-nominated 2006 documentary Hacking Democracy (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hacking_Democracy), has been investigating and writing about (http://blackboxvoting.org/voter-data-breaches/) those voter database breaches lately, including a new one that has just been discovered concerning tens of millions of additional voter records.

While voter registration databases actually contain public information, she explains, there are restrictions on their use, and they are not supposed to simply be posted publicly for download. “This stuff is not secure. It’ll probably never be secure,” she warns. “One of the things I did was really research how many of the breaches have occurred over time, and it’s a shocking number. You can’t secure this stuff.” As we discuss on today’s program, that point is something to keep in mind when you hear advocates of Internet Voting systems (the next nightmare that some hope to force upon American democracy) claim otherwise.

We then step through the differing voting processes used in each of the early voting states, with Harris explaining that completely unverified and/or unverifiable e-voting and tabulation systems — most of them hacked many times in the past — will once again be in use in every state in the union. Yes, even where hand-marked paper ballots are used, almost all of those ballots are tabulated by unverified computer systems.

“I’m not at war with a machine,” she explains. “I’m at war with no transparency. We have to be able to have some way to see and authenticate that count, before the ballots travel anywhere.”

Harris tells me: “The key here is not that there will never be a mistake, or never be fraud. The key is that the public has a right to accountability. If you can catch it, and do something about it — if you’re vigilant enough and doing a patriotic duty of vigilance — then that’s the whole point. When you start saying, ‘No, you can never see, you can never account for it,’ then you have a problem.”

We discuss how it was, in fact, public oversight of hand-counted paper ballots at GOP caucus sites (http://www.bradblog.com/?p=9023) in Iowa in 2012 which resulted in the correct results actually becoming known (http://www.bradblog.com/?p=9078) weeks later, long after the Republican Party misreported them on the night of the caucuses.

Transparency, however, is not quite as easy in other early voting states like New Hampshire (remember the unbelievably unverified mess (http://www.bradblog.com/?p=5538) there in 2008, when Hillary Clinton’s victory defied even Exit Polls (http://www.bradblog.com/?p=5535) taken on the day of the Primary?) and, especially, South Carolina (remember the unknown Alvin Greene’s (http://www.bradblog.com/?page_id=8954) 100% unverifiable and inexplicable victory in their 2010 Democratic U.S. Senate primary?)

“There’s not just one magic wand you can wave, but there are things to at least force some accountability into it,” Harris tells me, describing some of the ways election integrity advocates can try to force the issue a bit. Among her suggestions: “You can go [to the polling place at closing time] and snap a picture of what those [computer tabulated] results are with your cell phone and compare it with, at least, what they report” later on.

We cover a lot of ground in the conversation and I suspect we’ll be discussing this issue with her, and others, a lot more as the election year moves forward. But today’s show is a good place to begin.

18. Fake Republic

The US was set up to be a Republic, not a Democracy. What’s the difference? The difference is that a republic contains protections of individual and minority rights, so that no matter who is in power, these basic rights can never be infringed, while a democracy runs on majority opinion, so that if a majority (whose emotions can easily be swayed by controllers who own the media and understand psychology) votes to impose its rule on the minority, that’s how it goes.

The US has been deliberately turned from a constitutional republic into a corporate democracy. It is a fake republic now.

19. Fake Democracy

The above points about republics and democracies was talking about the technical or legal definition of those terms. In the broader sense, however, people use the word “democracy” to mean a system where the common people have a fair say in public affairs. The US loves to boast how it is delivering democracy to the world, but most invaded countries see – and it’s a long list of aggression (http://freedom-articles.toolsforfreedom.com/usa-history-of-aggression/) from the end of World War 2 until today, from Iran to Guatemala to Cuba to Chile to Panama to Kuwait to Libya to Iraq and many more – is not democracy but rather tanks, fighter jets, missiles and bombs. True democracy has nothing to do with invading other sovereign nations and stealing their resources to please corporate puppeteers.

20. Fake Elections

Elections in many societies have become a farce with the introduction of rigged electronic voting machines that leave no paper trail. If you can’t trust that your vote will be counted properly, how can you possibly think an average person could have any say at all in public affairs? Stalin is rumored to have said that “the people who cast the votes decide nothing. The people who count the votes decide everything.” The situation has become so absurd that in the 2012 US presidential race, it was candidate Mitt Romney’s company who actually purchased voting machines (http://freedom-articles.toolsforfreedom.com/romney-vote-rigging-now-possible/)! The film Uncounted did a great job exposing how rigged and dysfunctional the Diebold voting machines are.

In addition to rigged voting machines, consider how the fake debates we get shown on MSM TV, where elite-favored candidates are fed softball questions while anyone challenging the establishment is sidelined, given less air time and hit with personal attacks, unfounded accusations or hard questions.

HOW VOTES SHOULD BE COUNTED IN A DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC
I monitored the French presidential election in Avignon in May 2002 and observed how a proper and transparent vote count is done, using paper ballots, in each polling place across France, in full view of the public. It's really very simple, but such proper elections would put the crimocracy out of business, so they force us to use riggable voting systems.

It was in the run-up to the election of 2000 that I wrote my first article about electronic vote fraud in Chicago. In doing the research for that article, "The Death of Democracy or May the Best Hacker Win" I found that the voting machines being used in Cook County were wide open to vote fraud on a massive scale. I also found that organized crime was behind the production and use of these rigged voting machines. This is when I concluded that the United States had become a crimocracy, a government of criminals, by criminals, for criminals.

What was very discouraging to see was that nobody really cared that the voting machines used in Cook County were not secure and that there was no way to be sure that the tally produced by the machines accurately reflected how the voters had voted. The fact that the vote count could not be authenticated did not seem to bother anyone. As I wrote then:



NOBODY CARES

Tests of computer vote-counting systems used in Illinois from 1983-1987, which tested tens of thousands of ballots, revealed significant errors in the computer counting in more than twenty percent of the tests. Fulle said that in Illinois today there is “a 16 percent error rate” with ballot-counting machines. He expected numerous problems on election night saying “equipment will fail across the state.”

“I don’t understand why nobody cares,” Michael L. Harty, former Illinois director of voting systems and standards said, “At one point, we had tabulation errors in twenty-eight percent of the systems tested, and nobody cared.”

The indifference of election officials, the people ultimately responsible for the integrity of the elections, proves a point made by a former president of the University of Chicago, Robert M. Hutchins, who said, “The death of democracy is not likely to be an assassination from ambush. It will be a slow extinction from apathy, indifference, and undernourishment."



OUR SHAM ELECTIONS

Today, 16 years later, electronic vote fraud is still the name of the game in Chicago, Cook County, and across the nation. The following 7-minute video shows that when it comes to vote fraud in Chicago - nothing has changed. This is, of course, not a problem limited to Chicago - it is a national problem. We want to believe that we have democratic and transparent elections when it is crystal clear that we don't.

It is, of course, very simple to have proper elections, but in our corrupt system there is no political will to have open and transparent elections, like those I have observed in France and other countries. If we had proper and transparent elections we could restore the integrity of our democratic republic.

To explain how simple it is to have democratic and transparent elections, I wrote an article with photos from my experience monitoring the French presidential election. The article is entitled "Restoring Democracy in America"

It is, after all, exactly as Thomas Paine said to Americans in 1803: "To have the representation real, the election must be real; and that where the election is a fiction, the representation is a fiction also."

Dallas elections officials say allegations “likely false or instances of user error”

Over the past few weeks corporate news media have interpreted Donald Trump’s repeated claims of a “rigged” election as exaggerated. The Republican presidential candidate’s response in the third presidential debate of perhaps not accepting the election result was met with similar bluster by the major punditocracy.

The experience of voters in Texas and other states may be bearing out Trump’s warning as multiple reports are surfacing of electronic voting machines changing virtual ballots from Republican to Democratic presidential candidates. Because Texas law prohibits videos and photos in polling places many voters in that state explain the apparent polling shenanigans on social media.

As The Economic Collapse Blog observes,

[A] number of voters in Texas are reporting that the voting machines switched their votes from Donald Trump to Hillary Clinton. The odd thing is that none of the other choices were affected when these individuals attempted to vote for a straight Republican ticket. If Hillary Clinton is declared the winner of the state of Texas on election night, a full investigation of these voting machines should be conducted, because there is no way that Donald Trump should lose that state. I have said that it will be the greatest miracle in U.S. political history if Donald Trump wins this election, but without the state of Texas Donald Trump has exactly zero chance of winning. So those living down in Texas need to keep reporting anything unusual that they see or hear when they go to vote.

Trying to reconcile DT'S official 47.5/47.7% win, with my overall paradigm which asssumes the spooks, as servants of (((TPTB))), have total control over "election results".

After the JSM spent months pimping utterly fake polls giving killery the lead to prep the public for the fake results, now with DTs win by 0.2% of the popular vote, they're babbling on about DTs "stunning upset", and wondering aloud what could have gone so wrong with their polls?

When in reality it was obvious all along that DT led by somewhere in the double digits, and I expect the same was true in the REAL pop vote numbers from last night... IE we're looking at fraudulent vote numbers making it appear as some kind of photo finish when it was actually a DT landslide.

I speculate something changed in the recent month behind the scenes in killery's preordained installation as potus. Deals were made-- guessing something about DTs forgetting about his killery prosecution, & his installing a cabal of dinjooz for his cabinet & key appointments, in exchange for allowing him to become prez.

Point was not blowing up the whole poker game-- the secret societies, pedo rings, satanism, JWO, etc.

Plus with neocon pence as veep, they can always just whack DT & have their boy be prez.

[Democratic Party operatives clearly believed they could steal the 2016 Presidential Election for Hillary Clinton, just as they had done for her in the Democratic Primary. This is suggested, for example, in House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi’s November 8 remarks on PBS’s NewsHour, where she exhibited strong confidence in a Clinton victory. This no doubt is the type of hubris that drove much of the electorate to vote against the incumbent party. Further, Dems chose an embodiment of establishment incompetence, insincerity and corruption who remarkably failed to even inspire her own purported base to turn out the vote, CNN observes. Still, as this brief article below suggests, the public will likely never know the Republican candidate’s true margin of victory, -Ed.]

As luck would have it Hillary Clinton’s landslide loss was so big that massive election fraud by Democratic Party operatives in various cities could not overcome her deficit.

The “shock” by insiders of having lost obviously reflects their earlier certainty of prevailing, which hints at the extent of their vote rigging schemes. The unverifiable system of voting in America is so flawed that foreign observers are now being blocked from monitoring US elections. The topic of fraud can no longer be swept under the rug.

Surely Clinton and the media will try to make a big deal of having “received more votes” than Trump in the popular vote total, which according to the current tabulation has already occurred, with an even higher differential to come once West Coast state results are all counted.

Those inside the DC Beltway and within elite campuses will claim that this is “unfair” and that Hillary really “should have won”.

However, this assertion should be vociferously challenged. Surely this surplus is artificial. Is it really possible that so many Americans would have ignored the prospect of going to war with Russia?

The question needs to be raised publicly: How many hundreds of thousand votes were switched from Trump to Clinton altogether and how many invalid (illegal) votes were registered for her?

Aside from that — assuming all the votes were legitimate — the electoral college system is intended to prevent, say, a concentration of votes in urban centers to the detriment of rural voters across the country. As is the case in Maine and Nebraska, voters in individual states can decide how to allocate their electoral votes, so it doesn’t have to be a winner-take-all system.

It is a tribute to the designers of the US Constitution that the Electoral College mechanism still exists. It’s almost as if though they might also have already suspected long ago that there could be illicit efforts in the future to change an election outcome simply by stuffing the ballots in a few locations. The indirect US electoral system has saved the country from a big crisis brought on by election fraud. Instead of changing the Constitution future election reforms should focus on making vote fraud impossible or extremely difficult to carry out.

I’m all for the overall vote fraud issue of this article; but where it (and a couple reader comments) go off track IMHO, is pinning the mainly electronic voter fraud on “Clintons/the DemRats”.

AFAIC the whole fake “election” system introduced with 2001’s mockingly named “Help America Vote Act” (HAVA) was a product of the alphabet spook agencies, in service to their real bosses: the NWO banksters. TPTB/NWO obviously have a problem with a fullly honest/transparent/auditable election process, given that their global tyranny agenda isn’t in the lower 99.x percent’s best interests.

I was active in the “verifiable voting” movement circa ’04 when the blackbox/fake “election” nightmare was coming into focus. I recall the question of why the software running these blackboxes was allowed to be closed-source/secret/proprietary rather than open-source & inspectable by anyone? The official answer as smugly disseminated by the NWO-propaganda-MSM was how the blackbox supplying corp’s (then Diebold & others) had a legitimate need to protect their investments in the software they developed, and the NWO media dismissed any further questions/discussion of it. Imagine, software tasked with a simple 1+1=2 job which any beginner programmer could write; software depended on at the core of our (pretend) democracy, yet allowed to be ‘secret’. I also recall a bill in Congress to prohibit all wireless tech capabilities in the blackboxes, which was quietly, bipartisanly dismissed.

The above only makes sense when accepting that the current HAVA pretend-“election” process is fully, ‘invisibly’ corrupt/manipulable from its inception BY DESIGN by TPTB/NWO. I recall watching the propaganda-MSM’s post ’04 “election” coverage, where WRT voter’s impressions of the new HAVA blackboxes, they paraded out exiting voter after voter who gushed about how they loved it; so simple & easy, oh such an improvement!! No dissenting opinions to be heard.

Point is, the HAVA pretend voting system is a product of, and under the full control of the NWO banksters through their spook agency proxies, aided by their propaganda-MSM in pretending it’s all so legit… not “the clintons/DemRats.”

I’ll add, given my belief above re our HAVA/fake “election outcomes” being under full NWO bankster control– following is what I believe happened wrt Trump’s recent “upset victory” (as the MSM has labored to discharacterize it…). I’d personally guess DT’s real lead over HRC, both through the couple months preceding 11/8, and in the TRUE 11/8 vote outcome, was in the double digits somewhere… in spite of the NWO-Propaganda-MSM’s incessant pre-election pushing of fake latest poll numbers indicating HRC leading… psyop’ing the electorate in preparation for her seemingly inevitable installment as POTUS. Well it did appear the NWO/backroom machinations were furiously in play in the 1-2 weeks prior to 11/8… Comey’s re-opening then re-closing of FBI’s HRC investigation; the ongoing Wikileaks disclosures including some tips of TPTB’s ritual satanic abuse/pedo iceberg, team-HRC’s purchasing a NYC fireworks show 1-2 weeks before the fake election then cancelling it the day before, etc. This all after months of blatant MSM pro-HRC anti-Trump psyop’ing of the public. So it does appear to me that TPTB/NWO did in fact switch horses around the last minute; and their MSM was/is still in disarray as to how they should spin things come 11/8.

The stunning win by Donald J. Trump in the November 8th U.S. presidential election took many by surprise, since Hillary Clinton was the chosen candidate. Everyone seemed to think that Clinton would win – either legitimately or in a rigged election. News coverage favored Clinton by a wide margin, and the only major network to give Trump a break was Fox News.[1] Most polls predicted that Clinton would win the presidency, with her odds of winning put as high as 85% and Trump’s as low as 35%.[2] The pundits are now asking how they all got it wrong.[3]

Blame is being placed on “the e-mail scandal,” with James Comey’s letter of October 28 to the U.S. Congress refocusing attention on Clinton’s private e-mails just 11 days before the election.[4] FBI Director Comey reopened the investigation after another 650,000 e-mails were found, this time on the laptop of Anthony Weiner, husband of top Clinton aide Huma Abedin. The laptop was confiscated by the New York Police Department (NYPD) and turned over to the FBI. On November 6, Comey caved to pressure, announcing that no charges were warranted, but some said the damage had been done.[5]

Election night was a long, drawn-out affair, with final results not in until 2:40 am on Wednesday. The television networks “called” the electoral vote in the states, a notoriously undemocratic way of deciding U.S. elections before all the votes have actually been counted. Fox News ran consistently high vote counts for Trump, as opposed to the lower numbers predicted at CNN. Dramatic coverage continued into the wee hours, with a number of states said to be “too close to call” – including Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Arizona, all of which eventually went to Trump, who won by a landslide.[6]

Although many states were “called” earlier in the evening based on partial results and exit polls, the last few states were agonized over by the networks, with Fox anchor Megyn Kelly walking back to the desk of experts twice to ask them why they could not call these key states – and when they might be able to do so. According to Kelly, she thought Fox would be able to call the election around 11 pm. She said she expected Clinton to win, until there was an abrupt shift, when “the real vote” started to come in. She ascribed the dramatic turnaround to

“a hidden Trump vote…It was a resounding victory. I have never seen anything like this. You will never have a result this shocking where people got it shockingly this wrong.”[7]

A return to Anthony Weiner’s laptop may provide an explanation.

Unnamed but highly-placed sources, including NYPD detectives and prosecutors, revealed that the laptop contained “enough evidence to put Hillary (Clinton) and her crew away for life.” Also reportedly involved were Huma Abedin, Bill Clinton, Jeffrey Epstein – convicted pedophile, as well as members of the U.S. Congress, the Saudis, and other interests in the Middle East. Epstein and his “Lolita Express” have been associated with numerous well-known people, such as Alan Dershowitz, Prince Andrew, and Bill Clinton.[8] The NYPD reportedly said that if the FBI and Department of Justice did not issue indictments against “Clinton and co-conspirators,” they would go public with the e-mails. According to an NYPD chief:

What’s in the emails is staggering and as a father, it turned my stomach…There is not going to be any Houdini-like escape from what we found. We have copies of everything. We will ship them to WikiLeaks or I will personally hold my own press conference if it comes to that…People are going to prison.[9]

This being the case, what better way to stanch the blood than to give Trump the presidency?

Although Comey let Clinton off the hook, it seems clear that forces within the government had decided she was a liability. Should she be elected, the emails would come out, and she would be indicted along with many others. And Trump had vowed to investigate “crooked Hillary” with chants from supporters to “lock her up.”[10] Inconveniently, as it now turned out, the election had been fixed in favor of Clinton.[11] Clearly it was time to make a deal with Trump.

The best thing you can do is deal from strength, and leverage is the biggest strength you can have. Leverage is having something the other guy wants. Or better yet, needs. Or best of all, simply can’t do without.

Let’s say that Trump was approached by government insiders and told he could be president – if he agreed to certain terms. Let’s say that the deal was this: Trump gets a win on November 8th and becomes the nation’s 45th president; he lets all allegations against Clinton and her foundation drop; he respects Obama’s “legacy”; and he agrees to partner with Israel.[12] This deal was struck after Comey’s letter of October 28. Clinton was given notice as Election Day approached (although she may have held out hope that she could win). And the news teams were informed during the course of the election.

When the counter-fix went live, the networks experienced the turnaround – the “hidden Trump vote” referred to by Megyn Kelly. Around 10 or 11 pm, the anchors began to refer to Trump as the winner, frequently correcting themselves or qualifying their statements: “I mean, IF he wins,” or “that is, presuming he is elected.” This included Anderson Cooper and his cronies at CNN, who suddenly turned conciliatory toward Trump after months of abuse and slander. The consolation prize went to Clinton: winning the popular vote. Even this was predicted by the networks, with no surprise or consternation.

It’s strange how things can turn around.

Put the brakes on “mystery elections” once and for all. A simple 3-step method places public elections back under public control.

THE BRAKEY METHOD

Preserve and make public the “ballot images” — Modern voting systems take a picture of every ballot, called a “ballot image.”
Peg the ballot image to the actual ballot using a unique ID number (not connected to any voter identifier in any way).
Make sure ballots are a public record so that any person can arrange to inspect the actual ballots at any time.

Ballot images can be released electronically, either upon request or — better — by placing them on the Web, allowing any person to examine pictures of any or all ballots. These electronic images can be authenticated by any person by checking any ballot, which must contain same unique ID number.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Q. Do all voting systems make ballot images?

A. Most of them do. The best ballot images are actual photographic images of voter-marked paper ballots, but even the paperless DRE machines are capable of, and usually do, automatically make ballot images.

Q, Where do I go to ask to see ballot images?

A. Public records and freedom of information laws direct persons to the “custodian of the records.” For most locations, the custodian of the records for ballot images is the county elections office. In some locations, primarily in New England, the custodian of the records is a municipality.

Q. How do I ask for the ballot images?

A. You can go to the elections office with a USB stick in hand and ask for a copy as a public records request.

Q. What if they tell me the ballot images don’t exist?

A. There are two possible reasons this could be the case: (1) They destroyed the ballot images, which violates records retention requirements and destroys a crucial audit record, and, in some states, constitutes a felony. (Note that one case, in Alameda County Calif, required an election official to re-run an election after she destroyed audit records.) Or (2) They are using old, out of date voting machines, some of which do not produce a ballot image. If they destroyed the ballot images, seek out a qualified attorney to take appropriate legal action, or focus on obtaining legislation to require preservation of ballot images and making them public. If they are using machines which do not produce the images, focus on public pressure to purchase the right kind of voting machines next time, and/or on getting legislation requiring the use of machines that produce ballot images, plus public release of the images.

Q. What if they won’t let me see anything at all?

A. Some states, like Kansas, Utah, and Nevada, have passed exceptionally undemocratic laws which prohibit any inspection of key election audit documents. If this is the case, litigation or change of legislation will be the appropriate action.

Q. How does the Brakey Method address issues like voter purges or voter ID?

A. It doesn’t. The Brakey Method solves transparency problems with the counting of the vote. There is no magic wand that solves all types of election integrity issues in one swoop. It helps to parse election integrity into four components:

– Who can vote (voter lists)

– Who did vote (participating voter lists)

– Counting of the vote (The Brakey Method produces transparency and auditability of the count).

– Chain of custody (Are the ballots and images the real ballots? Have any gone missing or been added?)

Q. Why is it called The Brakey Method?

A. Actually it has a lengthier pedigree. The first election integrity advocate to propose using ballot images to authenticate the count was Harri Hursti, in 2006. Hursti is the computer security expert who demonstrated hacking voting machines in the film Hacking Democracy. (See http://hackingdemocracy.com). Black Box Voting promoted this concept in 2006, working with Hursti to produce a prototype to allow public, open source, automated counting of ballot images if desired. A commercial fisherman named Kevin Collins, from Humboldt County California, together with Carolyn Crnich, a Humboldt County election official, met with Bev Harris to discuss actually implementing the use of ballot images to authenticate the count. Humboldt County purchased an off-the-shelf scanner and began making its ballot images available to the public in 2008. A Humboldt County citizen named Mitch Trachtenberg developed free open source software which improved on the original Hursti prototype. The first time Humboldt County allowed public authentication of the count using ballot images, it was discovered that the central tabulator had miscounted. A Colorado citizen named Marilyn Marks filed, and won, a succession of lawsuits establishing that both ballots and ballot images must be treated as public records in Colorado. But it was in 2016, under the relentless and strategic efforts of Arizona election integrity advocate John Brakey, that the ballot image concept really began to take off.

Brakey requested ballot images from Pima County, was told they were being destroyed. He sought and obtained a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) to prohibit Arizona officials from destroying the images. His work mushroomed out into many other U.S. states, generating cooperation from some and obstruction from others. It is Brakey who boiled this important transparency measure down into a simple three-part method (images, connector ID, right to examine actual ballots). It is Brakey who has been most effective at propagating this excellent solution. We need a name for it. Bev Harris started calling it The Brakey Method to make it easy to say and easy to explain as a 1-2-3 process that:

a. Is already available with most voting systems

b. Is already pinned into Freedom of Information rights in most places

c. Costs little or nothing to implement

OBJECTIONS

“This might allow voters to sell their vote.” — No, it won’t, and if you are concerned about that you are against vote-by-mail right? Because it is far easier to sell a vote by just taking a picture of an absentee ballot than by trying to identify an anonymous ballot image.
“This might jeopardize secrecy of the ballot.” — No, it doesn’t, unless your election administration is permitting an identifier on the ballot which ties back to the voter. One state, Colorado, was caught doing this, embedding a QR code on each ballot which connected to vote ID number, permitting election officials and vendors to see how you voted. The solution is to prohibit printing identifying information on the ballot. There is no special class of persons such as election officials or vendors who have a right to see how you voted.

Using The Brakey Method, it doesn’t matter if Attila the Hun owns the voting machines, the public will once again own its elections.

Work on getting The Brakey Method going in your location. It is, at this time, the most important thing you can to do protect the counting of the vote.

This is the first part of a three-part article.



An extraordinary number of former intelligence and military operatives from the CIA, Pentagon, National Security Council and State Department are seeking nomination as Democratic candidates for Congress in the 2018 midterm elections. The potential influx of military-intelligence personnel into the legislature has no precedent in US political history.


If the Democrats capture a majority in the House of Representatives on November 6, as widely predicted, candidates drawn from the military-intelligence apparatus will comprise as many as half of the new Democratic members of Congress. They will hold the balance of power in the lower chamber of Congress.


Both push and pull are at work here. Democratic Party leaders are actively recruiting candidates with a military or intelligence background for competitive seats where there is the best chance of ousting an incumbent Republican or filling a vacancy, frequently clearing the field for a favored “star” recruit.


A case in point is Elissa Slotkin, a former CIA operative with three tours in Iraq, who worked as Iraq director for the National Security Council in the Obama White House and as a top aide to John Negroponte, the first director of national intelligence. After her deep involvement in US war crimes in Iraq, Slotkin moved to the Pentagon, where, as a principal deputy assistant secretary of defense for international security affairs, her areas of responsibility included drone warfare, “homeland defense” and cyber warfare.

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) has designated Slotkin as one of its top candidates, part of the so-called “Red to Blue” program targeting the most vulnerable Republican-held seats—in this case, the Eighth Congressional District of Michigan, which includes Lansing and Brighton. The House seat for the district is now held by two-term Republican Representative Mike Bishop.


The Democratic leaders are promoting CIA agents and Iraq and Afghanistan war veterans. At the same time, such people are choosing the Democratic Party as their preferred political vehicle. There are far more former spies and soldiers seeking the nomination of the Democratic Party than of the Republican Party. There are so many that there is a subset of Democratic primary campaigns that, with a nod to Mad magazine, one might call “spy vs. spy.”


The 23rd Congressional District in Texas, which includes a vast swathe of the US-Mexico border along the Rio Grande, features a contest for the Democratic nomination between Gina Ortiz Jones, an Air Force intelligence officer in Iraq, who subsequently served as an adviser for US interventions in South Sudan and Libya, and Jay Hulings. The latter’s website describes him as a former national security aide on Capitol Hill and federal prosecutor, whose father and mother were both career undercover CIA agents. The incumbent Republican congressman, Will Hurd, is himself a former CIA agent, so any voter in that district will have his or her choice of intelligence agency loyalists in both the Democratic primary and the general election.


CNN’s “State of the Union” program on March 4 included a profile of Jones as one of many female candidates seeking nomination as a Democrat in Tuesday’s primary in Texas. The network described her discreetly as a “career civil servant.” However, the Jones for Congress website positively shouts about her role as a spy, noting that after graduating from college, “Gina entered the US Air Force as an intelligence officer, where she deployed to Iraq and served under the US military’s ‘Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell’ policy” (the last phrase signaling to those interested in such matters that Jones is gay).


According to her campaign biography, Ortiz Jones was subsequently detailed to a position as “senior advisor for trade enforcement,” a post President Obama created by executive order in 2012. She would later be invited to serve as a director for investment at the Office of the US Trade Representative, where she led the portfolio that reviewed foreign investments to ensure they did not pose national security risks. With that background, if she fails to win election, she can surely enlist in the trade war efforts of the Trump administration.
How this article was prepared

The House of Representatives is currently controlled by the Republicans, with a majority of 238 compared to 193 Democrats. There are four vacancies, one previously held by the Democrats. To reach a majority of 218 seats in the next Congress, the Democrats must have a net gain of 24 seats.


The DCCC has designated 102 seats as priority or competitive, including 22 seats where the incumbents are not running again (five Democrats and 17 Republicans), and 80 seats where Republican incumbents could be defeated for reelection in the event that polls predicting a sizeable swing to the Democrats in November prove accurate.


The World Socialist Web Site has reviewed Federal Election Commission reports filed by all the Democratic candidates in these 102 competitive districts, focusing on those candidates who reported by the latest filing date, December 31, 2017, that they had raised at least $100,000 for their campaigns, giving them a financial war chest sufficient to run in a competitive primary contest. In addition, there a few cases where a candidate had less than the $100,000 cutoff, but was unchallenged for the nomination, or where last-minute retirement or resignation has led to late entry of high-profile candidates without an FEC report on file. These have also been included.


The total of such candidates for the Democratic nomination in the 102 districts is 221. Each has a website that gives biographical details, which we have collected and reviewed for this report. It is notable that those candidates with a record in the military-intelligence apparatus, as well as civilian work for the State Department, Pentagon or National Security Council, do not hide their involvement, particularly in the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. They clearly regard working as a CIA agent in Baghdad, an Army special ops assassin in Afghanistan, or a planner for drone missile warfare in the White House or Pentagon as a star on their résumé, rather than something to conceal.
One quarter of all the Democratic challengers in competitive House districts have military-intelligence, State Department or NSC backgrounds. This is by far the largest subcategory of Democratic candidates. National security operatives (57) outnumber state and local government officials (45), lawyers (35), corporate executives, businessmen and wealthy individuals (30) and other professionals (19) among the candidates for Democratic congressional nominations.


Of the 102 primary elections to choose the Democratic nominees in these competitive districts, 44 involve candidates with a military-intelligence or State Department background, with 11 districts having two such candidates, and one district having three. In the majority of contests, the military-intelligence candidates seem likely to win the Democratic nomination, and, if the Democrats win in the general election, would enter Congress as new members of the House of Representatives.


There are some regional differences. In the Northeast, 21 of the 31 seats targeted by the Democrats have military-intelligence candidates. This area, not the South or Midwest, has the highest proportion of military-intelligence candidates seeking Democratic nominations.


In the West, only 7 of the 23 targeted seats have military-intelligence candidates, while in a half dozen seats the leading candidates are self-funded millionaires, mainly from the IT industry. There has been a wave of Republican retirements in California and wealthy people are bidding for these seats.


The military-intelligence candidates are disproportionately favored by the party apparatus, encouraged to run in districts that are the most likely takeover targets. Military-intelligence candidates account for 10 of the 22 districts selected for the most high-profile attention as part of the “red-to-blue” program, or nearly half. In some cases, military-intelligence candidates have amassed huge campaign war chests that effectively shut out any potential rivals, an indication that the financial backers of the Democratic Party have lined up behind them.

I feel Rick Wiles really had the help of the Holy Spirit when he confronted yesterday, January 31 2020, that Israeli reporter, Cohen, about the spying and software of the Israelis.

Rick Wiles just received a phone call the same day of the interviews requesting him to be the guest on an RT show, so he had no preparation time for what I thought was his excellent testimony. He said he gets many such requests but almost always turns them down but he did accept yesterday. Rick Wiles was perfectly clear and outspoken and told it like it is. He left no big bombshell truth about Israel and the Mossad unmentioned. He covered every thing in an articulate poised way. Such a refreshing change from MSM and Fox News talking heads. Mr. Cohen just kept making the weak assertions over and over again and just looked like a pitiful joke.

This was a major breakthrough for truth about Israel technology and spy operations.

Rick Wiles also gave his Christian testimony and prayed for the Kingdom of Christ to take over the world and for Christ to help all the people of the world right now.

The silence was deafening in response to that.

When it comes to election manipulation, left-leaning American technology companies make the Russians look like rank amateurs.

No matter which weak candidate the Democrats (https://www.theepochtimes.com/t-democrats) ultimately nominate, and even with Russia’s help (https://edition.cnn.com/2020/02/20/politics/trump-russia-intelligence-2020/index.html), President Donald Trump can’t win the 2020 election. For that matter, in races nationwide in which the projected winning margins are small—say, under 5 percent or so—Republicans (https://www.theepochtimes.com/t-republicans), in general, are likely to lose.

That’s because of new forces of influence that the internet has made possible in recent decades and that Big Tech (https://www.theepochtimes.com/t-big-tech) companies—Google (https://www.theepochtimes.com/t-google) more aggressively than any other—have been determined to perfect since Armageddon Day—oh, sorry, Election Day—in 2016.

For the record, I’m neither a conservative nor a Trump supporter. But I love democracy (https://www.theepochtimes.com/t-democracy) and America more than I love any particular party or candidate, and rigorous research (https://aibrt.org/downloads/EPSTEIN_2018-Manipulating_minds-The-power_of_search_engines_to_influence_votes_and_opi nions-UNCORRECTED_PROOFS.pdf) that I have been conducting since 2013 shows that Big Tech companies now have unprecedented power to sway elections.

While I cheer the fact that 95 percent of donations from tech companies and their employees go to Democrats, I can’t stand by and watch these companies undermine democracy. As long as I’m still breathing, I will do everything I can to stop that from happening—and, for the record, I’m NOT suicidal.




The threat these companies pose is far from trivial. For one thing, they can shift opinions and votes in numerous ways (https://www.theepochtimes.com/10-ways-big-tech-can-shift-millions-of-votes-in-the-november-elections-without-anyone-knowing_2671195.html) that people can’t detect.

Remember the rumors about that movie theater in New Jersey that got people to buy more Coke and popcorn using subliminal messages embedded into a film? Well, those rumors were a bit exaggerated—those messages actually had a minimal effect—but Google-and-the-Gang are now controlling a wide variety of subliminal methods of persuasion that can, in minutes, shift the voting preferences of 20 percent or more of undecided voters without anyone having the slightest idea they’ve been manipulated.

Worse still, they can use these techniques without leaving a paper trail for authorities to trace. In a leak of Google emails (https://www.wsj.com/articles/google-workers-discussed-tweaking-search-function-to-counter-travel-ban-1537488472) to the Wall Street Journal in 2018, one Googler asks his colleagues how the company can use “ephemeral experiences” to change people’s views about Trump’s travel ban.

Ephemeral experiences are those fleeting ones we have every day when we view online content that’s generated on-the-fly and isn’t stored anywhere: newsfeeds, search suggestions, search results, and so on. Speaking of content, I’m getting sick of seeing headlines about Russian interference in our elections. Unless the Russians suddenly figure out how to massively hack our voting machines—and shame on us if we’re incompetent enough to let that happen—there’s no evidence that bad actors such as Russia or the now-defunct Cambridge Analytica can shift more than a few thousand votes here and there. Generally speaking, all they can do is throw some biased content onto the internet. But content isn’t the problem anymore.

All that matters now is who has the power to decide what content people will see or will not see (censorship), and what order that content is presented in. That power is almost entirely in the hands of the arrogant executives at two U.S. companies. Their algorithms decide which content gets suppressed, the order in which content is shown, and which content goes viral. You can counter a TV ad with another TV ad, but if the tech execs are supporting one candidate or party, you can’t counteract their manipulations.




Forget the Russians. As I said when I testified before Congress (https://www.c-span.org/video/?c4807816/congressionalhearing-16july2019-testimonybydrrobertepstein) last summer, if our own tech companies all favor the same presidential candidate this year—and that seems likely—I calculate that they can easily shift 15 million votes to that candidate without people knowing and without leaving a paper trail.

By the way, the more you know about someone, the easier it is to manipulate him or her. Google and Facebook (https://www.theepochtimes.com/t-facebook) have millions of pieces of information about every American voter, and they will be targeting their manipulations at the individual level for every single voter in every swing state. No one in the world except Google and Facebook can do that.

In President Eisenhower’s famous 1961 farewell address, he warned not only about the rise of a military-industrial complex; he also warned about the rise of a “technological elite” who could someday control our country without us knowing.

That day has come, my friends, and it’s too late for any law or regulation to make a difference—at least in the upcoming election. There’s only one way at this point to get these companies to take their digits off the scale, and that’s to do to them what they do to us and our children every day: monitor them aggressively.

We need to look over the shoulders of a diverse group of thousands of American voters—with their permission, of course—to aggregate and measure the ephemeral content that Google-and-the-Gang are showing them every day. When bias is detected that has the potential to shift votes, it needs to be reported immediately to the media, the Federal Election Commission, members of Congress, and other authorities. That will force the tech execs to back off; if they don’t, they’ll be risking humiliation, fines, and, quite possibly, criminal prosecution.

I and probably you and most on this forum are already well aware of the threat bigtech companies pose to free and fair elections. What do you find especially insightful about Dr. Epstein's insights? The harm they do goes far and beyond "free and fair elections" and the thing that is causing "obscene threat" is something that was in existence long before there was something called "bigtech". I am more concerned about the harm done to the abstract concepts of "free and fair".

The Selectmen have chosen Mark Lindeman, the co-director of the nonprofit Verified Voting as part of the audit team. VV fought for paper ballots years ago, when the country was being told to go with paperless electronic voting machines. VV fought that and made sure we bought machines with a paper ballot.
It used to be the trusted and factual voice of computer scientists fighting on the side of election honesty and integrity.

Not any more.

First we found out two respected computer scientist board members (https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2021/05/shocking-indictment-company-chosen-windham-nh-audit-accused-2019-downplaying-voting-machine-security-risks-providing-cover-untrustworthy-companies/) of VV resigned, Phil Stark, Ph.D., and Richard DeMillo, Ph.D.

Mr. Stark said in his Nov. 21, 2019 letter:
“I believe that Verified Voting has lost its way.
It has been providing cover for inherently untrustworthy voting systems–and the officials who bought them, the companies that make them, and any officials who might contemplate buying them in the future–by conducting “risk-limiting audits” of untrustworthy paper records, creating the false and misleading impression that relying on untrustworthy paper for a RLA can confirm election outcomes (and debasing the meaning of “RLA” in the process).”
“Our message to jurisdictions that buy poorly designed, insecure, universal-use BMD systems should be, ‘We tried to warn you. You need a better voting system.’ Instead, we’re saying, ‘Don’t worry: VV will teach you to sprinkle magic RLA dust and fantasies about parallel testing on your untrustworthy election. All will be fine; you can use our authority and reputation to silence your critics.’”



Mr. DeMillo said in his Dec. 1, 2019 letter:
“Although my concerns have been growing for some time now, Verified Voting’s involvement in a “pilot RLA” in Georgia following the recent election makes it impossible to continue as a member of the advisory board. VV issued and supported misleading public statements that those pilots confirm outcomes and even prove the security of new election systems. Verified Voting’s seal of approval for the security theatrics in Bartow County undermines efforts to make elections more accountable. This exercise conducted behind closed doors and billed as a practice run—even if flawlessly conducted—could only confirm the correctness of the tally of the unverified (and therefore possibly corrupted) ballots, not that the ballots tallied were correctly marked. No audit based on an untrustworthy audit trail can confirm the correctness of the outcome.”
“I can no longer lend my name to Verified Voting … If they are successful at confusing the public about the correctness of election outcomes in Georgia and elsewhere, I fear it will be in some measure due to the absence of values once embraced by Verified Voting.”



Then, Tracy Beanz who does awesome investigative journalism at UncoverDC, published a story on this NH audit. In her April 28 article, Windham, NH Officials Choose Auditor Opposed to Audit in Maricopa County, AZ, reporter Michelle Edward said:
“Mark Lindeman is the Co-Director of Verified Voting, a non-profit with a history of working with left-leaning organizations, including the Brennan Center for Justice, the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), the Leadership Conference for Civil and Human Rights, and Common Cause. Also worth noting, Verified Voting board chair Barbara Simons also sits on the board of the Democracy Alliance, an influential Soros-funded donor collective.“

Mark Lindeman of VV is the same exact guy who sent a very threatening letter on April 13, along with the Carter Center, the Brennan Center, and some unknown, private for-profit company, RSM Election Technologies, to the Arizona Senate President, Karen Fann!

We checked. Barbara Simons is on the board of George Soros’s Democracy Alliance just as UncoverDC uncovered.

We don’t know how many years she has been there. She was still a board member in January 2021. After that, the Democracy Alliance deleted its board list from the internet.

The Democracy Alliance was founded by George Soros and a handful of secretive progressive Democrat billionaires in 2005 so that they could secretly fund and control U.S. nonprofits and develop a progressive, U.S. infrastructure. Its only purpose is to infiltrate, fund, control, and form new nonprofits, to push its progressive agendas.

The DA also targeted election integrity nonprofits, which now only appear to be nonpartisan: the Brennan Center, Demos, USPIRGs, the LWV, the ACLU, and Common Cause are just six examples. VV is another.

With the DA, you don’t get to be a board member on that powerful of a board unless you are in all the way on Soros’s agendas.

This is how they’re tearing apart our election system.

Right under our noses.

They are trying to secretly replace our Constitutional Republic with socialism.

They’ve weaponized our charities.

Now the computer scientists, supposed to be trusted experts in elections and computer security, software, machines, and these “Risk Limiting Audits,” are also suspect and now you’re fighting them off in NH.

The fact that the co-director of this nonprofit, Mark Lindeman, is being hired by your Board to do the audit work in NH means he’s under the thumb of his board president, Barbara Simons, and she’s under the thumb of George Soros and his secretive club of progressive billionaires at the Democracy Alliance.

The fact that this nonprofit is being hired for this Windham forensic audit, while Barbara Simons, the president of Verified Voting, is also on George Soros’s Democracy Alliance board IS ALARMING.

12. In this Nov. 16, 2020 letter there is a list of 59 American computer scientists to be very, very suspicious of given they all found nothing wrong with the 2020 election!

Scientists say no credible evidence of computer fraud in the 2020 election outcome, but policymakers must work with experts to improve confidence:

“We are specialists in election security, having studied the security of voting machines, voting systems, and technology used for government elections for decades.”
“Anyone asserting that a US election was “rigged” is making an ​extraordinary​ claim.”
“We are aware of alarming assertions being made that the 2020 election was “rigged” by exploiting technical vulnerabilities. However, in every case of which we are aware, these claims either have been unsubstantiated or are technically incoherent. To our collective knowledge, no credible evidence has been put forth that supports a conclusion that the 2020 election outcome in any state has been altered through technical compromise.”



Barbara Simons, Ph.D., signed this letter.
