Gold has been more than Rhodium for weeks now I think. Rhodium is currently at $1850 according to kitco. Iridium is around $1,040. I wonder if this will be the new norm now.

Yes !

Gold didn't get to $1800+ by accident. i don't know of any central banks that are buying platinum.

the forces that have pushed up gold and silver AIN'T GOING AWAY.

they're getting bigger and bigger and bigger.

and bigger.

they're getting fvcking GINORMOUS.

the US bailing out Europe with dollars. every single fvcking dilemma that presents itself to Western governments, they throw money at it.

it seems like Pt and Pd tend to move with Au and Ag, but that Au and Ag are more closely coupled.

For some reason Rhodium is really really stable in price and has been stuck at $1850 for days. So as of right now it's back to the top PM in price.

For trade and barter, gold silver and platinum will always be. They are known world wide and have a very long history.

The other p.m's are not as well known or their value appreciated.
