there are things they can do to stop over-enthusiastic voters.
for example, it's easy to delete your cookies and to re-boot your router to get a new IP address. so if someone wants to stack a vote, it takes about 10 minutes to re-boot their computer & re-vote.
to stop them, a website can get the computer's MAC address, the Ethernet card address. that is not so easy to change.
i'm sure Fox can afford web specialists that are capable of stopping poll-spamming.
but maybe the Ron Paul & Herman Cain supporters mostly had unique MAC addresses, leaving O'Reilly with his super-lame explanation.

Ron Paul Endorsed by Iowa Republican Party Leader
Mills says Paul “needed to lead the charge” in 2012
ANKENY, Iowa – The Iowa component of the Ron Paul 2012 Presidential Campaign announced that Iowa Republican State Central Committee member James Mills has publicly endorsed Dr. Paul.
Mr. Mills already serves as 4th District co-chairman for the Ron Paul 2012 Presidential Campaign and a national advisory board member of “Homeschoolers for Ron Paul.” However, as a function of his endorsement he is clarifying his support for Dr. Paul from the perspective of an Iowa Republican Party leader.
“I’m pleased to endorse Congressman Ron Paul for the Republican nomination to defeat President Barack Obama next year,” said Mr. Mills, who is an educator in Mason City living in Nora Springs.
“Dr. Paul’s consistent record of unwavering principles continues to attract new voters to the Republican Party. His ability to unite a diverse, grassroots following is a testament to his message of Liberty. Dr. Paul’s firm belief and confidence in the power of the individual, free markets, sound money, and a non-interventionist foreign policy is needed to lead the charge at the top of the ticket,” said Mr. Mills.
Mr. Mills is a lifelong Iowan raised on a family farm. He graduated with a B.A. from the University of Northern Iowa in Math Education. He worked as a teacher in the Nora Springs Rock Falls Community School District and the Mason City-based Sylvan Learning Center, which he now owns.
“The endorsement of Ron Paul by Republican Party of Iowa State Central Committeeman James Mills is further proof that Dr. Paul’s message resonates with Republicans,” said A.J. Spiker, Iowa Vice-Chair for the Ron Paul 2012 Presidential Campaign.
“Dr. Paul has been endorsed by more members of the Republican Party of Iowa’s State Central Committee than any other candidate seeking the presidency. Five of the 17 members of the RPI leadership have now endorsed Ron Paul. James Mills joins Drew Ivers, A.J. Spiker, David Fischer (http://ronpaul2012.us2.list-manage1.com/track/click?u=9b8827e2d9e8f8bf88bfe6fcb&id=30e7958089&e=c036246f1b) and Jeremiah Johnson (http://ronpaul2012.us2.list-manage1.com/track/click?u=9b8827e2d9e8f8bf88bfe6fcb&id=4b746b668f&e=c036246f1b) in endorsing Ron Paul for President. Each of these party leaders represent more than 100,000 registered Republicans (http://ronpaul2012.us2.list-manage.com/track/click?u=9b8827e2d9e8f8bf88bfe6fcb&id=74e592f12e&e=c036246f1b) in their respective districts,” said Mr. Spiker.

The Ron Paul 2012 Presidential Campaign announced the release of Dr. Paul's "Plan to Restore America," an ambitious federal government spending, tax and reform blueprint that as President he will implement.
The plan, authored by Paul's campaign staff at his direction, promises to restore the federal government to its former Constitutionally-limited, smaller-government and less-burdensome place. The plan cuts $1 trillion in federal spending during the first year of a Paul Presidency and delivers a balanced budget in year three of a Paul Presidency.
"Ron Paul's plan is the only one that seriously addresses the economic and budgetary problems our nation faces. It cuts $1 trillion in one year, and slashes regulations and taxes so our economy can grow and create jobs," said Ron Paul 2012 National Campaign Chairman Jesse Benton, a plan co-author.
"It's the only plan offered by a presidential candidate that actually balances the budget and begins to pay down the debt. And it's the only plan being offered that tries to reign in the Federal Reserve and get inflation under control."
Cuts totaling $1 trillion during the first year of a Paul Presidency would be achieved by eliminating five federal cabinet departments -- the Departments of Energy, Housing and Urban Development, Commerce, Interior and Education. Cuts of this scale will also be accomplished by a Paul Presidency abolishing the Transportation Security Administration and returning responsibility for security to private property owners, abolishing corporate subsidies, stopping foreign aid, ending foreign wars, and returning most other spending to 2006 levels.

Interesting. For Ron Paul it is not very ambitious. National debt continues to rise over the next 4 years (+1.5 trillion), even as the annual budget goes to surplus in the third year.
It is probably realistic for a situation where a collapse is avoided, and taxes are slashed while spending cut. Not sure this is sustainable. Who does the rest of the cutting to start total nbational debt moving downwards?
I like the idea of selling federal lands- especially in the fenced in western US. Another land rush would kick start the economy.

I didn't think it was very ambitious either but after thinking about it I concluded it was the most and least radical plan that would float with the majority of voters.
One of the parts that I liked a lot was one of the least drastic and probably more symbolic than anything was this....
"Makes a 10% reduction in the federal workforce, slashes Congressional pay and perks, and curbs excessive federal travel. To stand with the American People, President Paul will take a salary of $39,336, approximately equal to the median personal income of the American worker. "

Abolish the Fed - Fiat is worthless
Reinstate the Gold standard - Not many people have gold, the 1% stay in the lead
Remove welfare - Holy fucking rioting batman
I mean, that's just to start! I am all for it, I mean, bring it on, but the majority of the population don't have a single ounce of silver to their name. They certainly don't have 6+ months of food stores.

I'm sure RP has a clue and wont pull the bottle out of the baby's mouth. The welfare folks are already getting a reality check and the money is stopping in many states (oops not reported on MSM) Food stamps and SS will continue as will medicaid etc. although the prerequisites are becoming impossible for the newbies. The rug is being pulled out everyday due to corporate bureaucracy not the need to cut benefits or whatever you want to call them. The bankers get trillions upon trillions yet refuse to give loans, that could go a long way if it wasn't such a fvcking bureaucratic scam.
They system is broken with no jobs and no future, we got change to believe in with the extension of GB1's NWO push. If not RP then?

Ron Paul's camp just dropped a new bailout-themed TV ad (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B7RaYbToq7Q&feature=youtu.be) in the midst of a heated debate over TARP. The spot contrasts supportive words for the bailouts from Mitt Romney, Rick Perry and Herman Cain with Paul's consistent stand against them.
POLITICO's Dan Hirschhorn reports the ad will start airing heavily in Iowa and New Hampshire starting Friday, with smaller buys in other states.

Fiat will become worthless eventually anyway. The question is will it be by our own choice or because it ran its inevitable course. Like a drug user who quits on his own or is forced to quit because they ran out of drugs, the difference is huge.
Our monetary system will be reformed. A return to the gold standard is possible but not certain. The new system will be commodity based in order to restore confidence in the system after the fiat system implodes.
The welfare state will meet its inevitable demise as well as it is tied into the unsustainable deficit. Again, we can give it up on our own or we can let it implode.
None of this will be easy and the longer they kick the can down the road, the more pain we'll feel.
Whatever happens with Ron Paul and his campaign, one thing is for sure. His ideals will eventually come to fruition.

Ron Paul -- The Trillion Dollar Man
By Lou Lippincott
COMMENTARY | I have followed politics for a long time, and there is never a shortage of politicians promising the world and not delivering. After my recent review of Herman Cain's 9-9-9 plan (http://us.lrd.yahoo.com/SIG=11e5an6j1/EXP=1320331488/**http%3A//www.999taxplan.org/) I detailed why this plan is "all sizzle and no steak" and how an additional 9 percent federal sales tax would give the weak consumer driven economy an immediate heart attack. I believe we already collect enough in taxes, seemingly more than enough, and our problem is almost entirely based around our federal government's spending habits.
Voters should take 10 minutes to read The Plan to Restore America (http://us.lrd.yahoo.com/SIG=12rk5hs21/EXP=1320331488/**http%3A//www.ronpaul2012.com/the-issues/ron-paul-plan-to-restore-america/) proposed by presidential candidate Ron Paul. Many of Paul's closest supporters might not think it goes far enough, while others who don't mind a ballooning national debt might think it cuts too much and that is why this is the best plan for restoring America. It's well balanced. It cuts most federal spending back to the levels of 2006 (I'm sure we can all remember life way back in '06) and it saves tax dollars by ending the wars and stops providing any foreign aid. However, Social Security gets increased funding each subsequent year in the Paul presidency as does Medicare, military retirement funding and veterans' benefits.
More importantly this plan is necessary. Without real major changes in defining what the role of our federal government ought to be, we will not be able to achieve prosperity in America again. Even Rush Limbaugh agreed in saying (http://us.lrd.yahoo.com/SIG=133j6jaen/EXP=1320331488/**http%3A//www.rushlimbaugh.com/daily/2011/10/17/ron_paul_has_a_good_idea_no_really), "Genuine, big spending cuts are the only thing that is going to bring us back into some semblance of ideas. Now, these aren't (just) Ron Paul's ideas. They are ours."
This Trillion Dollar Plan is not a guess, nor a long-term projection. It doesn't make a weak yet hopeful promise to see results 10 years down the road, it delivers immediately by making the cuts in one budget year and would provide a surplus budget before the end of his first term in office.
I like when promises come in written form and from the only honest and consistent candidate running for president in 2012. And since the budget would be in surplus during Paul's first term it would make it easy to judge his presidency when it comes time for re-election. If the debt ceiling isn't raised and my taxes aren't higher, I'll know that you are the real deal; a characteristic that I wouldn't apply to either Barack Obama or George W Bush.
When judging what is truly important this election cycle voters should be focused on two things: Is the candidate trustworthy, and does the candidate know how to fix what's wrong with America? After reading this Plan to Restore America, I feel I have found the answer to both, and I believe that you will too.

COLUMBUS, Ohio --
Republicans who participated in a straw poll conducted in Columbus Saturday gave a majority of support to Ron Paul, known for libertarian party leanings.
The event requires participants to pay $25 to participate giving Ohio Republicans a chance to have their voices heard in the early stage of the presidential primary nominating process.
Those who attended got to hear messages from all campaigns and then voted for their preference.

I love these YT's, because both Mitt and Newt (their campaigns) both know that this is the type of material that's going to be thrown in their faces and they have no ammo at all to throw back at RP for pointing it out.

Ron Paul Now In a Virtual Tie with Gingrich in Iowa 21% - 22%
Top-tier GOP candidates Newt Gingrich and Ron Paul walk a tight-rope in Iowa.
According to a a Public Policy Poll (http://www.publicpolicypolling.com/main/2011/12/paul-closes-in-on-gingrich.html) former Speaker Newt Gingrich is in leading Texas Rep. Ron Paul by a single digit — 22 to 21.
The PPP draws similarities between Paul and former Senator Obama in regards to polling numbers: “There are a lot of parallels … he’s doing well with new voters, young voters, and non-Republican voters”
The report also noted:
“Paul’s supporters are considerably more committed to him than Gingrich’s are. 77% of current Paul voters say they’re definitely going to vote for him, compared to only 54% for Gingrich. Romney has much more solid support than Gingrich as well, 67% of his voters saying they’re with him for the long haul. Among only voters who say their mind’s totally made up, 29% support Paul to 21% for Gingrich, 18% for Romney, and 11% for Bachmann.”
The Ron Paul 2012 Campaign has gained an astounding amount of ground over the past months — the libertarian-leaning Republican has seen only an increase of support since his campaign began.

Hannity gets angry when Rick Santelli says Ron Paul is "the most conservative candidate"
Hannity makes it seem like Ron Paul himself wrote these newsletters, false. He makes it seem like there were many newsletters spanning two decades, false. He mischaracterizes much of what was actually written in the news letters and paints Ron Paul as a racist, also false.
