I like this part......."And allows the president to call all retired service members to the ready reserves or active duty".
================================================== ===========

WASHINGTON (CN) - President Barack Obama has extended for a year the state of National Emergency declared by former President George W. Bush on Sept. 14, 2001, following the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11.
The state of National Emergency suspends the normal limitations on the number of general and flag officers in the U.S. military, and requires presidential approval for all promotions, retirements or separation of those officers.
The proclamation also lifts similar restrictions and employment practices on commissioned and warrant officers, and allows the president to call all retired service members to the ready reserves or active duty.

No need to worry about a presidental draft............ The economic one is much more effective.

The youth without work or hope will line up as far as the eye to can see to lend their bodies to the organ grinders of state

The draft is quid pro quo for free home delivery of mail. With the U.S. Postal Service tapering back services eventually they are going to come to the conclusion that they can no longer provide this free service when attempting to recover from bankruptcy. When this happens the basis for registering for the draft evaporates.
