"Stupid is as stupid does."

The reporter's comments are so moronic that further commentary is superfluous.

I seriously doubt how many 'reporters' are actually in front of a camera. I think 99% are actors, reading their teleprompters as scripted by TPTB.

Green screen is used much more often than people realize. Most, if not all, of those shots of talking heads appearing to be sitting in a 'newsroom' with all the monitors and activity in the background are fake.

That was excellent!

Gold is backed by nothing, as opposed to the US dollar which is backed by the US government and the federal reserve which will be around a year from now.

Hmmmm... I think this girl can be convinced of anything.

By her looks alone I'd say that the design is for her to be doing the convincing.

I think her point was that the Government, the Fed, TBTB, will all be defending the Dollar. It's just too ironic, though, to hear it phrased as "gold doesn't have the backing that the dollar has."

Gold is backed by a bunch of crazy old men with guns. History has proven that is enough to start an economy so I do not see any problem with the backing.

Yes, all those guys that she mentioned had sold it earlier in the day to cover their asses, lend no support to it whatsoever...O0

Apparently its the only thing right now that keeps the market from a full scale slide, so that maybe...

Today's close is very encouraging for gold: DOW down big at -240 pts, yet gold up a respectable 8.90 and the gold mining stocks finish up. Gold all the way, balls to the wall!

OK, so you guys are not going to believe this.
Well you might, but anyways, I thanked God for this one.

So there was a particular section I wanted to quote from Colemans book "The committee of 300" in regards to super-hot female news anchors. That's why I said above that I wanted to reinforce the statement JJ Golddot made.

So I got home and pulled out my study copy, and it is impossible to navigate. While I was reading it, I was sticking little page marker stickers on important parts, marking reference pages, etc, and now the whole thing looks like a giant pile of plastic stickers on the page-edge side. Anyways, long story short, I thought "Screw that, I am just going to find an online version and keyword search it"

So I tried that, but that didn't work out. Couldn't find a good version. So after spending aboutan hour looking for an online version, I gave up, grabbed my book, flipped it open and boom: It landed right on the very paragraph I was looking for. Amazing. That was after I have had it sitting around on a book shelf for a couple years, and after I flipped through it randomly tonight, so that page was not "worked in" any more than any other page.

It was awesome.

Anyhow, this is the paragraph I wanted to quote:
(Hand-transcribed, so any typos are mine)

...Lewin discovered something new; that social control on a wide scale can be achieved by using the media to bring home the horrors of nuclear war, especially via the television media. Conversely, it was found that detailed reporting, including press photographs and coverage of the bodies of the fallen US soldiers being returned from Vietnam, played a decisive role in bringing an end to the war.

It was also discovered that women's magazines were very effective in dramatizing the terrors of a nuclear war. Janus decided on trial run and hired Betty Bumpers, wife of senator Dale Bumpers of Anrkansas, to "wrote" for McCall's Magazine on that subject. As Lewin had discovered, the public believed that women did not lie in crisis situations. The article appeared in McCall's January 1983 issue. Actually, Mrs. Bumpers did not write the article. It was created for her by a group of specialist writers at Tavistock. The article was a collection of untruths, non-facts, innuendoes, and conjectures based entirely upon a false premise. The Bumpers article was typical of the kind of psychological manipulation at which Tavistock is so very good. Not one of the ladies who read McCall's could have failed to be impressed by the terror horror story of what a nuclear war would look like.

The technique of using women to put forward a particular idea was the work of the most famous of all intelligence operatives, Willi Munzenberg, whose real life exploits make "James Bond" tame reading. Munzenberg declared that using women for propaganda purposes was good strategy, because women were not perceived by the public as capable of telling sustained lies. That technique will no doubt be incorporated into the propaganda channels of CBS, ABC and NBC news channels in due course, and we can expect male "anchormen" to be replaced by female "anchorwomen".

It's nice to know that such stupidity cannot be erased from the internet so easily. I would like to meet this girl. I bet I could buy some silverware from her for a couple bucks. I would even give her the special federal reserve notes that are backed by the federal reserve and the treasury too.

Well Joe, you know I have you on ignore, but I figured you posted the video, so I viewed the post, and saw the clip.
Thanks for posting it.

Yeah, this woman is reciting the lines that her handlers have scripted for her. To stupid people, what she is saying will make perfect sense.

there's got to be some way to take advantage of her naivete, besides selling her mutual funds or Vallejo Municipal Bonds.

perhaps we could form the Federal Reserve Officer Retirement association, and call her up.

"hi, i'm collecting for the Federal Reserve Officers Association. we're having a fund-raising drive. in order to reduce the national debt, we are accepting donations of old 14K jewelry and tarnished silverware."
