the key word is leveraged.

i think there will be more forced selling, where investors & central banks have to sell gold to pay their bills because they're up shit creek and it's the one thing they have that is valuable. that's supposed to be part of what happened last week, in addition to the margin increase.

i would guess that there will be some more up-shit-creek-ness going around - a LOT more. and more forced liquidations of precious metal positions.
