I would almost consider this just completely insane, but the guy has thought this out well.

Still won't happen, the banks ain't getting their cut.

Jackson, Jr: Obama should ‘declare a national emergency,’ add jobs with ‘extra-constitutional’ action (http://dailycaller.com/2011/10/12/jackson-obama-should-declare-a-national-emergency-add-jobs-with-extra-constitutional-action/)

Illinois Democratic Rep. Jesse Jackson, Jr. told The Daily Caller on Wednesday that congressional opposition to the American Jobs Act is akin to the Confederate “states in rebellion.”

Jackson called for full government employment of the 15 million unemployed and said that Obama should “declare a national emergency” and take “extra-constitutional” action “administratively” — without the approval of Congress — to tackle unemployment.

“I hope the president continues to exercise extraordinary constitutional means, based on the history of Congresses that have been in rebellion in the past,” Jackson said. “He’s looking administratively for ways to advance the causes of the American people, because this Congress is completely dysfunctional.”

“President Obama tends to idealize — and rightfully so — Abraham Lincoln, who looked at states in rebellion and he made a judgment that the government of the United States, while the states are in rebellion, still had an obligation to function,” Jackson told TheDC at his Capitol Hill office on Wednesday.

“On several occasions now, we’ve seen … the Congress is in rebellion, determined, as Abraham Lincoln said, to wreck or ruin at all costs. I believe … in the direct hiring of 15 million unemployed Americans at $40,000 a head, some more than $40,000, some less than $40,000 — that’s a $600 billion stimulus. It could be a five-year program. For another $104 billion, we bailout all of the states … for another $100 billion, we bailout all of the cities,” he said.

Jackson added that his $804 billion stimulus plan is the only way to solve the unemployment crisis. “I support the jobs plan. I support the president’s re-election. I support Barack Obama,” he said. “But at this hour, we need a plan that meets the size and scope of the problem to put the American people to work.”

“We’ve got to go further. I support what [Obama] does. Clearly, Republicans are not going to be for it but if the administration can handle administratively what can be done, we should pursue it. And if there are extra-constitutional opportunities that allow the president administratively to put the people to work, he should pursue every single one of them,” Jackson suggested.

President Obama’s jobs bill was defeated in the Democratic-controlled Senate on Tuesday and has not been voted on in (http://dailycaller.com/2011/10/12/jackson-obama-should-declare-a-national-emergency-add-jobs-with-extra-constitutional-action/#)The Republican controlled House.

Watch the vid at the link.

Insane compared to the rest of the sheep. No way.

This same argument was thrown around of what should have been done with TARP money along with the endless other bailouts.

The living, breathing turd Jackson Jr. is clearly without a clue. First he believes in the fraudulent 14th Amendment, secondly POTUS cannot spend money which Congress does not give him to spend - doing so would in fact be 'extra-Constitutional'. Anyone who advocates doing things 'extra-Constitutionally' fits the definition of a traitor.

This plan is utterly moronic and certain to fail. Government cannot create productive jobs in the real economy. Government cannot will the economy to grow. Government is a drag, a load on the productive economy. It always has been and always will be. This plan will merely hasten the destruction of the currency, undercut private enterprise and add to the national debt.

The premise, that the Congress is "in rebellion" and "dysfunctional" by virtue of disagreeing with the Executive, irregardless of how Marxist-Socialist and Anti-Free Market his proposals are, are the opinions of a extremsit individual who hates representative government. He wants to grant 0bama the powers of a dictator. Why doesn't this small minded imbecile cut to the chase and declare 0bama a God?!

Based on the track record of negros running things, he just needs to STFU. I can't find one city, county, state or country run by negros that wasn't in complete shambles an completely fucked up beyond recognition.

Jackass Jr. is delusional. First off, any jobs created have to be at prevailing organized crime, er, I mean union wage, per the Obummer admin., secondly a temporary five year program? yeah, right, that would be like a temporary tax, it only exists in failry tales. Then, once 15 million got their foot in the door of a do nothing gubmint job, it wouldn't be long until they would be demanding pensions, etc. and the "$600 billion" program would cost 600 trillion. What a complete tool.

He shares the same delusion that the majority of Americans believe, that paper money = wealth. Create more paper money, give it to everyone, and we'll all be wealthy and comfortable.

So we would get to find out how many of the 15 million would accept a job and show up to work.

Would they get automatic membership in SEIU?

Would there be full benefits?

What offsetting reductions would there be in other entitlement programs?

Would people already employed for lower wages get to quit and upgrade to the government make-work jobs?

How will President Romney phase it out?
