A little tip for parents, new or old

Here are a few hints for parents:

#1: Always have at least 1 red washcloth in a handy place. When some minor bleeding occurs, use this red washcloth & don't be upset (your child will pickup on your hysteria). Just clean it up & they're on their way!

#2: Buy packs & packs of the same socks. Donate those cute (onsies) pairs you get as gifts. Your laundry folding time is cut in half or more. Believe me!

This also works well for the rest of the family.

Regarding #2, that's a great idea! We spend a ton of time trying to match the kids' socks. I'm going to run this by the wifey and try to move in this direction.

Another one:

Keep at least 1 hardcase diaper wipe container.

We went for a long time w/o needing 'wipes'. Now we discover they may be best w/in a container for litlle 'oops' & sticky fingers all around.
