I'll have to find out the name of the 2 that I have, they are 1 million volts and has 2 3v Lithium batteries, they are a little big bigger than a marking pen......also has a LED ligh bulb......got them from Cabelas or Cheaper Than Dirt........I think.

Pepper spray - easy for women to carry and fire, and causes temporary blindness to allow for escape. You do NOT want anything that requires physical contact with a perp like a stun gun. An OC canister in the right defensive hands can really ruin someone's day and make for good personal defense. Training and confidence = effective spray shot and escape. My woman carries it on her keychain in a nice leather sleeve and always has it at the ready in unfriendly places.

TT, I'd like to echo the recommendation on pepper spray. It works, I've personally experienced it's effects in a training environment...sprayed in the eye. It feels like your eye is on fire, it's hell.

A friend of mine, good buddy, his girlfriend peppered several attackers away with pepper spray. There was 6 of them, and they cursed and scattered away, but kept them off her and their intended victim, she was trying to help.

Personally, I accidentally forget to take a big can of bear spray out of my vehicle. It's for bears, will spray up to 25 feet, as I do a lot of camping. I don't have a great memory, and forget the bear spray I keep for that reason in my vehicle. Somehow, it seems to stay within easy reach. Of course, it's not meant for people, but bears/animals. However, if I do remember it's there...I can use it if my life depends upon it.
