just when you thought your silver and gold coins were portable and outside of the realm of government intervention and scrutiny, we learn that the Transportation Security Administration may very well be starting to scrutinize possession of such coins if you travel through checkpoints, be they at airports or other public venues

WOW !

i was in Mexico yesterday. the price wasn't great so i only bought one Libertad.

never go to Tijuana on a Friday unless you want to wait forever at the border. I forgot.

i had 3 bags when i got to the Border/ Customs guy. he asked me what was in my bags. i said, "clothes". i like shopping at Dorian's in TJ ... though now it's Sears.

as sure as some of Silver Art's prophecies, the US gov. will find ways to crack down on PM ownership. but that means cracking down on coin shops, which seem like one of the most old-fashioned businesses around.

i think it might be good to carry some receipts if you carry an appreciable amount of PM's through a TSA checkpoint.

as sure as some of Silver Art's prophecies,

I like Art, he was right on about $50, I thought they may fight it
but it looked like it was going to blow, Art stood firm, lol , that
was a good call, $50 psychological held firm.

On this though we been talking about this for a long time
and related issues, they are going after anyone that poses
any leadership threat to them, even on a local and very
small level, and to use that to brainwash the masses,
even going after safety deposit boxes.

Gold ownership has always been talked about, portability and
concealablility as one of the primary purposes, with historical
references many times, like Asian gold cast to put up rectums.

They ain't going to find any terrorists on the street and
they know it, they will take your money, gold, guns, and
tazer resistors, add to the mix dumb dip shit fucks running
the whole show at every level with no cameras watching them
like an airport, they will manufacture incidences.

Drudge did a job on the TSA, they need to do better now
highlighting this massive expansion.

what did he say?

that it would not break $50 and that it would downtick to $26.

right on both counts.

maybe he's an insider.

The entire "War on Terror" and invention of TSA was never about 'our' security. It was all about 'their' security, the elite, and about capital controls. TSA was invented to prevent the movement of cash (wireless currency scanner-counters), gold, silver (total body scanners), diamonds (no bottled water, no fluids) and anything else of tangible value. The country is on lockdown now, today, think about it: you need a fricking passport to leave your own country. You need TSA's permission to carry any valuables - and they can take anything from you on a whim. You need to explain to them where you are going and why (chatdowns).

We are all prisoners here and now. The Nazi Gestapo had nothing on the TSA, not a patch!

I alluded to that possibility, and got jumped on.
