When I'm bored I get extremely fidgetty. I have found that having something to chew on/suck on (no sexual reference here!) helps this for me. My go-to solution for this is sunflower seeds. I like cracking the seeds and it helps my "condition"

Any recomendations for brands that you like? Any non-mainstream brands that people know of?

I usually eat David (original) brand as it is easy to find, but I'm wondering if there is something better out there? Any help?

Honestly, I've never had anything better than David. Those things rock.

Love them, when outdoors sometimes get a cheek full of them and crack, eat them. When I used to weld, would eat them while under the hood and when I would lift it, there would be a rain of cracked shells fall out.

Can not recommend any particular brand, I like them all.

Eat sunflower seeds instead! :P
A 5 Gallon bucket of David brand seeds is like $40 on amazon. How many tins of dip will $40 get you? Like one stack?

Tried looking if NN had any recommendations, they only say it's a great food for you (antidepressant).

I've tried seeds - chewed em till my mouth was raw. Still do.
Sorta rotate between seeds, dip, and nic gum.

It's like nothing gets me in the zone like cope. I'm tired of feeling like I can't beat it.
I'm a wuss. :(

Sorry for the derail. This is about seeds.

DAVID is all I've ever used.

Any idea if the roasting/salting/processing they do destroys all of those benefits? I assume NN is talking about organic raw seeds not DAVID brand 7/11 special?

sorry, none. I just used their search feature which returned these results http://www.naturalnews.com/GoogleSearchResults.html?q=sunflower+seeds&cx=010579349100583850635%3Aw_kzwe9_yca&cof=FORID%3A11&ie=UTF-8#1342 and picked the top one.

Davids are way too salty, I don't know how all of you can stand to chew them. The following are by far my favorite, lot's of zest with less salt.

I'm a salt freak so that's why I love 'em.
