Are you referring to the Chinese who intentionally put toxins (e.g. melamine) in baby formula (for domestic consumption) during manufacturing in order to stretch it out and maximize profits??

Baby formula is poison period just comes in various strengths and it is regulated by the FDA who gives it's stamp of approval for consumption in the USA, so who is to blame?

McDonald's does the same shit but we flock to them as well.

simple buyer beware.

Contractors buy flawed parts to create an assembly put it together and bless it off as their's so they own it.

Put another way.

Your house is made from lumber the builder installs the 2x12 floor joists when 4x6 is needed and the house collapses 10 years later because of that. Whois to blame?
Is it gods fault because he made the trees?
The loggers because he harvested the trees?
The lumber mill because they processed the trees in to lumber?
The lumber yard because they sold the lumber?

Or is it the builder who did it wrong and the agency that certified it to be safe?
