How did I miss this one?!

House protects pizza as a vegetable (http://www.reuters.com/article/2011/11/18/us-usa-lunch-idUSTRE7AH00020111118)

This about sums it up:

"Clearly more pizza and French fries in schools is not good for kids, but it's good for companies that make pizza and French fries," said Margo Wootan, nutrition policy director at the Center for Science in the Public Interest, a consumer group that advocates better food and nutrition policies.

2 tablespoons of tomato paste make bread a vegetable. Thank goodness we have CONgress around to clear up issues such as this.

What do you expect from a FREE education?

Plank #10 - Free education for all children in Public Schools. (Communist Manifesto)

Notice, there are no complaints about the 'Free' part of their childrens brain washing.

Pizza is a vegetable?! If only...

I went to public schools, every day it was pizza, nachos, hamburgers, or the "daily special" which was some fried mess or the.... duh duh duuuhhhhh shepards pie :-X It was one step ahead of prison food, barley. No wonder our children and young adults are the way that they are.

Good point. If you make the pizza yourself and slice up some vegetables to put on it. :)

yeah, that was one of the many memorable moments of the Reagan administration.

2 tablespoons isn't much. that might be a serving for a 2 year old.
