Just got back from town......before going to buy my milk and bread I decided to get myself a 12" cold cut sandwich, lefted it in the car while I went into the store............when I got back to the car the dog was sitting in the passenger seat (where he was when I left) but with a very guilty look on his face and shaking, I look in the back seat and all that I could see was a confitti of paper and the sandwich WAS GONEEEEEEEE........crap, my foult, so I did nothing.

I think that I'll have me a hot dog for dinner.

Yes!

My cousin

Countless times removed, just posted on the "Doggy, Bark-Bark, Net" saying it was Delicious! But was disappointed that there was not any milk (one of his favorite drinks) offered, it made the sandwich sorta dry!

The dog ate a 12" sandwich? Come on Ponce, you gotta be a better dog owner. Was there onions, which is a poison to dogs? I recognize that the story is meant to be funny, but this is how dogs die before their time.

You might to review this site.

Last night my jacuzzy and today my sandwich.......next he will want my warm bed.......hummmmmm he will have to fight the cat for the bed, I won't have to do a thing.

General? I had dogs in Cuba and they always ate the left over of what we ate and they all were still alive when I left to come to the state.......there must be a special problem with yanky dogs, they are to delicate.

LOL Ponce, I don't know if it is yanky dogs or maybe just pansy dogs, My dogs are ranch dogs and eat everything too leftovers, squrriels, lizards, shit on a stick, one of my dogs ate a giant size snickers candy bar, I left them both in the truck and when I got back the dog had eaten the whole thing, it never got sick, from what I had heard chocolate will kill a dog. Guess it just depends on the dog? luck?

lol growing up, we gave our trash cans (dogs) everything too... I remember as Kids we would give them vegetables, candy, seeds, anything we thought they might eat... LOL... they would not eat coffee grounds... ;D

I thought it was normal for dogs to eat whatever they can find when you're out of sight. Both eyes closed, soundly sleeping like angels. . . . Two minutes later food wrappers all over the car. Can't say I don't know better!!

My favorite was a homemade fruitcake. I could smell the bourbon all over the car but not a single crumb to be found.

My dog would spit out mushrooms no matter how well I tried to camouflage it.

Brings back memories... Our dogs thought they were in heaven... so much diverse food... they would not eat dry dog food and were very finicky about canned... big stout strong dogs too... I would give them pez as a treat, hold it between in my fingers and make them nibble it. They loved chewing taffy, just lay down and relax and chew it... BTW, they will eat coffee beans, just not coffee or grounds... LOL

Every time that I take my dog for a walk he runs and picks up one of his bones to take with him......well......this morning he came running for me to put the dujiky around his neck and and was holding the bone head of a racoon.....how the hell he got it I have no idea.........I mean, I have a fence ten feet from my home and all the way around it, no way that he could get out to pick up a racoon's head.

Maybe he dug it up somewhere... it seemed to be very special to him, to bring it along on the walk...

ha! We had a dog bring home the head of a deer once! Antlers and all. Some poor hunter probably wondered where it had disappeared!

Same here, about three months ago in one of our walks there was a dead dear by the road, been there for about three days...I wasen't paying any attention when the dog stopped and I thought that he was taking a pis...... well, he started walking next to me once again with either the heart or the liver of the deer hhhahahahhaah... I had a hell of a time making him turn it loose.
