We've had active threads about various incidents where US gov. agencies team up to destroy healthy food & to intimidate healthy food providers using the threat of armed force.

The movie Farmageddon ties together these incidents into one huge list which makes various points.

We all have our own ways of interpreting these incidents. I think the Declaration of Independence contains language that governs the growing US gov. vs. US small farmers conflicts - "The Right to Life Liberty & the Pursuit of Happiness".

I think it is inevitable that one or more of these incidents will escalate. The simple act of someone putting their foot down, and refusing to throw away some food, or refusing to stop sending milk to friends & family in another state, will bring the pseudo US gov (I say 'pseudo' because they are clearly assuming rights never granted to them by the Constitution) into conflict with US citizens who are willing to defend their rights.

The base legal arguments for the USDA's bullshit are contained in 'laws' such as the Obama-signed "Food Safety Act".

Anyway, there have been enough such incidents that I think it's fairly predictable that we will have an escalating "Ruby Ridge" type incident, where the government 'loses' & has to call in reinforcements. US citizen farmers may be injured or killed, and same for the US gov. jack-booted thugs.

Then the case may go to trial, although under twisted conditions. I sense that the US gov. will go to some lengths to stop an informed jury who exercises Jury Nullification rights to free citizens who were merely defending their homes & farms against armed aggressive intrusions.

They don't make the prediction about it escalating, I guess that's my prediction. It just seems like where things are going. I would guess sometime in the time period 2012 to 2015.

The Chief Administrator for implementing the Food Safety Act - I believe I read that they are a Monsanto alum.

Good Point !

I signed up using a Pseudonym. I hope the movie is as informative as the trailer makes it out to be.

When I was growing up in US public schools, I remember being indoctrinated about how terrible, bureaucratic, and jack-booted-thug-ish the Soviet Union was.

Hence I use the term Soviet-ization to describe the changes we are witnessing.

I could use the term Judaification. Most of the Soviet government was Jews. They constructed a bureaucracy which allowed them to try to control Russian Gentiles.

I see the same thing happening in the US.

Babylonianization.

EDIT - I will get this movie and distribute it. I just won't send them my name, etc. It'll float around on youtube in no time, once it's released.

Filmmaker Kristin Canty tells the story of small, family farms that were providing safe, healthy foods to their communities and were forced to stop, sometimes through violent action, by agents of government bureaucracies. Kristin seeks to understand why and through this film add her voice to the movement to protect and preserve the dwindling number of American family farms struggling to survive.

I guess the short version is - the US gov. is hassling the Sh*t out of small farmers.

I was aware of a few cases, like the Percy Schmeiser case in Canada (GMO pollen blew onto his land & pollinated his crops - then Monsanto sued him for theft of Intellectual Property).

They go into great detail about numerous cases, e.g. some sheep farmers that were in the middle of a legal appeal regarding their farm ... only to be woken up by a total of 42 armed federal agents who took away all their sheep & killed them. The sheep were disease free.

The other sheep farmers got $5000 for every sheep the gov. killed. The sheep farmers that spoke out only got $1300 & were told that was because they spoke out.

Actually, it goes beyond hassling the farmers. The US gov. is treating them like criminals. In the movie they use the metaphor of Nazi Germany.

Maybe they should have said, "Ashkenazi Germany".

Also, I think I mis-titled this thread. It should be, "Farmageddon 2012 ?! -- I think Gov. Intrusion into Small Farms Will Lead to a Ruby Ridge-like Incident".

This government interference in US agriculture goes back a long time. Many of the laws that are now being enforced with hyper vigor came into being in 1938.

Whereas in 1937, the US gov. began the crackdown on hemp farmers.

In the interview with the film-maker, they also mention the involvement of the pharmaceutical companies in agribiz.

The Talmud-worshippers & Vampire Squid have many tentacles.

Government only has as much control as you allow them to have.

Learn to play poker and chess because both games contain elements of how to control government.

When playing chess view yourself in the role of the King rather than a pawn.

When playing poker learn to bluff.

Also when playing poker learn what is not bluff.

Agribusiness is agricultural business. It is corporate. Doesn't matter if it is a small farm or a large producer. The goal is to survive. Survival is measured by money of account. For these corporate farms if you want to know who owns them go to the secretary of states UCC database and put in their names. You will find a lot of paper. The ones who filed the paper are the owners.

CAFR lists the assets of the county. Anything that is not on the CAFR and yet is in the county is owned by the county. The only exception to county legal ownership are those things that have UCC liens filed upon them.

It is an interesting landscape out there. The only thing is the topo charts are not published that who all of this detail. It has to be reviewed and considered. The only ones who are not involved are those who have abandoned commerce.

Small independent farmers and ranchers are being put out of business continualy in this country. I think the goal is to separate people from the ability to feed themselves so they will be dependant upon corporations controled by the government. It happened in the Ukraine in 1931 and 1932 when the farms were collectivised by the Jews and millions starved. They killed everyone who showed any signs of resistance to communist slavery by Jews.

There is a book I've read by Miron Dolot called "Execution by Hunger" that is a first hand account by the author when he was a boy. I see the same sort of thing developing in this country that happened there. The parasites want total control of the food supply so they won't be starved and they don't give a shit about anyone else.

that sounds awfully familiar.

if that was an LP black vinyl record, i'm afraid it's been played 1000's of times by the Talmud worshippers.

part of their response is to de-Jew-ize the historical accounting. so that when we read about Solzhenitsyn in the Gulag, he is a hero - we get to hear that part - but that Jews are running the Soviet camps - they leave that part out - at least in American public schools.

It is truly sad to see the police powers of the state used so hat the ADM ,Cargills and Monsantos of the world can profit while people that can't produce their own clean food are left with unclean crap as the choice of what's for dinner.

It's sad to watch this go down on our watch and the feeling of helplessness it brings knowing that those bringing this to pass are most likely the same as those who built the Georgia guide stones.

I remember talking to a guy who had an ad on Craig's list and kind of being taken aback when he said forget PM get seeds!

There are more people aware out here then I would have guessed.
