Told his mom, "He was choking me so I kicked him in the testicles." Sounds reasonable enough to me, but this happened in Boston, the bastion of over the top lefties...'nuff said.

A different kid fought back a few months ago...

You cannot regulate people...they will protect themselves...

When you finally decide to fight back it's hard and serious and you don't stop until you have taught the person NOT TO FUCKING TOUCH YOU EVER.
