The arrogance that this man has is something on a par I haven't seen in a good while.
I went to his web page and the blind faith they put in this loser is absolutely breathtaking in scale and scope

He said he's suspending his campaign, is there a difference between suspending and withdrawing/quitting?

tax issues, i guess. i think most cain people were for him because of the tax plan. paul is the only other candidate that even has a tax plan, so i figure they'll go over to him.

i don't know how many Ron Paul would get.
Cain was appealing to Repubs because of -
* his personality - good public speaker
* simple 9-9-9 plan
* on his knees for Israel
Ron Paul's simple "cut foreign aid, keep the government out of our lives" will probably appeal to some of Cain's supporters.
but Ron Paul is thoughtful, not a flashy public speaker like Cain. voters who need to be re-assured by a big smile like Cain's won't find much solace in Ron Paul.
I WISH Cain's supporters would go to Ron Paul, and maybe there's some ingenious political move Ron Paul could do to reach out to them.

Anyone care to venture a guess as to whom Handy Herman is going to endorse?

Takes one to know one - he'll probably go for Gingrich. What gets me about Herman Cain is what he represents - that being the epitome of mocking the office he sought. The top job in the world, and a guy who ran a pizza company and worked for the Fed who can't keep it his pants is portrayed as a legitimate candidate.
