Michael Authement, who heads the command post at emergency medical provider LifeNet EMS, told The Associated Press that a throng so big took to the field as the game ended that some fans were trampled and one person fell at least 15 feet onto concrete during a wild celebration by Oklahoma State fans.

"They won the game and stormed the field and ripped down the goalposts and some were jumping off the stands and hit the field and others got trampled. It was a nasty deal," Authement said.

He said the crowd was so big it took police at least 45 minutes to clear fans from the field at Boone Pickens Stadium in Stillwater. "There were thousands of people. Thousands of people stormed the field. You couldn't move there were so many people," he added.

I really don't think of myself as too smart. In fact, I consider myself pretty dumb. But when I look at things like this... sports fans.... I figure the average bear is dumber than a box of rocks. It doesn't make me feel smarter. It just makes me feel like a different species.

They filled the stadium. Who made money? The game was aired. Who made money? The fans cheered and got stupid. Who made money?

We use FRNs. Who made money? We borrow to buy. Who made money? We accept FRNs as payment. Who made money?

While I don't consider myself to be "smart" I think of myself as intelligent (maybe I am wrong)...a smart person works by the numbers and remember the numbers.......however.......and intelligent person MAKES the numbers. Many things are created not by what have learned in college but by using common sense and experimenting on the subject, after you have figured it out in your mind......and not with number in a piece of paper.......paper only attracts more paper........go green and use your mind :)

I stepped outside and listened to Dave Ramsey on the local am station.

Woman caller is asking Dave if she should spend 75 dollars on Easter baskets. The real problem was because she didn't budget enough within their total money make over and wanted to get his opinion.
