The sad part is that they can laugh without having a soul. I think for something that resembles a human being to be classified as a human being they must have a soul. Mamboni, you're a doctor, I know you can't physically extract a soul from the body or an IQ from a brain, but would the lack of a soul make someone who resembles a person actually not be a person?

For example, a person is clinically dead when their brain synapse cease to function, i.e. the brain is dead. Would that also hold true for a soulless person?
