About to grill two 2inch thick sirloins over pecan flame, fresh greenbeans with crushed garlic and butter, mashed red potatoes again, more garlic and butter with a pinch of dill and blk pepper and venison and bacon wrapped fresh jalapenos stuffed with ranch seasoned cream cheese.
Drinking a nice Argentinian Cabernet sauvignon.

Braised beef & Barley in a mushroom sauce, with homemade Biscuits, and some home canned Green beans.

LOve Smelt!!!, Back when I was a teen (late70's / early 80's) in Oregon we use to the Sandy River when the smelt would run and dip em out 25lbs at a time with big nets..Good times

Had Salmon marinated in teryaki (one steak) and one marinated in an asian ginger soy garlic mixture that my wife makes baked on cedar planks (too cold to grill and its still packed from moving)
Also had mashed potatoes (instant)
and home-canned green beans with pink Himalayan salt and fresh ground pepper (as featured in a post by me in the gardening section)

Freshly caught striped bass with a warmed topping of pinenuts, basil, parmesan, breadcrumbs, sun dried and fresh diced tomatoes. Add a little squeeze of lemon, a sixer of Celebration Ale, and enjoy.

Bourbon St Chicken with broccoli on steamed rice.

We had single serve homemade pizza for lunch. I make my own pita bread and freeze it. It's great for a quick pizza....

I didn't need to see that, General, I haven't eaten dinner yet!

Long work day, I'm getting the grill warmed up. Tonight will be a thick 1 lb t-bone steak, with steamed broccoli. Savoring a Zywiec lager too, my favorite beer.
