Ultimately the highest law (the law of nature) comes from the Creator. The highest law supercedes all other law (which is not in harmony with the law of nature).

I'm going to side with hypertiger on this one. Law is reality. Everything else is a rule, a policy, an attempt to socially engineer society. Law is constant and unbreakable.

Rights are creator given, law is man made. Though the 10 commandments are surely God's law too.

Law is given by the creator. Everything else is not law to me because I could still do certain things and get away with it, murder, rape, pot smoking, crossing the yellow line. There are true laws in place that can not be broken.

Law is whatever behavior the people with authority (the ability to kill you) want. It is whatever happens on the street--not what it says in any written documents. It is whatever you can get away with.

I don't think laws by the creator can be broken. Everything else is dynamic, invisible structures that exist at a point within space and time. Some of which encapsulate others as part of a hierarchy.
