I'm Guessing its an Onion-esk type story. His handlers, CIA entourage, and staff alone would make this virtually impossible.

But I really could picture ol' W doing that. Kinda like the old story of Nixon wandering around the beach in San Clemente with his Bermuda shorts and a metal detector.;D
